Abstract

The use of smartphones currently grows rapidly and has become a necessity in everyday life. Compared to the past, the basic use of cell phones is only for making phone calls or sending messages, but the function of the smartphone today has improved in terms of its usefulness to meet social needs. However, looking at the recent condition of the COVID-19 Pandemic, it is totally contradicted with the growing trend of internet use. Some smartphone companies experienced a decrease in sales due to lower economic activity, which has implications in decreased people’s purchasing power. The objective of this study was to determine the factors that can encourage consumer buying interest, consisting of product quality, price, and brand experience. The data analysis obtained from the research object used a survey model with a quantitative approach. The number of samples obtained as respondents was 240 people. The data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests by the outler model and the SEM structural model as a representative of the inner model. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the quality of the product had no effect on buying interest. Price had a significant effect on buying interest. Brand experience had a significant effect on buying interest.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to find out the effect of SAK EMKM-based accounting, education level, accounting knowledge, lenght of bussines, and size of bussines on the quality of financial report. This study was a quantitative research using primary data types by questionnaires and measured using a Likert scale. The population of this research was all UMKM businessman in Pati Regency. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, as many as 43 MSME actors. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 23. The results of this study indicate that accounting knowledge has a positive effect on the quality of financial reports, while SAK EMKM-based accounting, education level, length of business, and size of business have no effect on quality of financial reports.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the increase in learning activeness and learning outcomes of class XII students in Creative Products and Entrepreneurship subjects at SMK Hidayatus Sholihin using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning implementation model. This research is a classroom action research (classroom action research) to solve problems in the classroom. The research was conducted in three cycles and each cycle was carried out a reflection on the action given. The data technique used observation sheets, learning outcomes tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique is using quantitative quantitative analysis techniques. The results showed that the implementation of learning using the Problem Based Learning learning model can improve learning activeness and learning outcomes of class XII students on PKK subjects at SMK Hidayatus Sholihin. This can be seen from the activeness of students from the first cycle of 62.01%, an increase to 76.30% in the second cycle and an increase in the third cycle of 80.19%. The learning outcomes of students' knowledge can be seen from the class average score in cycle I of 76 with a 50% proportion of completeness and an increase in the second cycle of the class average to 80 with the proportion of completeness of 64% and an increase in cycle III the class average to 84 with the proportion of completeness 86%.

Abstract

The Payroll and Wage System of PT. Pratama Abadi Industri Sukabumi (JX) in its application is already good because in this company already uses a computerized system. Some functions and parts are carried out by one different department. Documents used in the remuneration and remuneration system still have discrepancies because in this company already using a computerized system, the procedure in the payroll and remuneration system is done well, it can be seen from several payroll and wage procedures that are appropriate and regular. records that are used in the remuneration and remuneration system are still incompatible, internal controls related to the payroll and remuneration processes are good, it can be seen that some activities, especially in remuneration and remuneration are carried out by several different parts and responsibilities.

Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic situation cannot result from long-term economic problems. Even so, the community continues to take advantage of the things around them to generate and generate additional finance. One of the uses referred to is the use of social media as a marketing area. The objectives of this study are (1) Knowing the state of micro and small businesses during the Covid 19 pandemic. (2) Analyzing the increase in the marketing of micro, small and medium enterprises through social media. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by utilizing primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from micro, small and medium entrepreneurs in the Kediri karisidenan who used social media as a marketing medium during the Covid 19 pandemic. Secondary data were obtained from scientific journals, ministerial survey data and other supporting survey data. The results of this study were (1) The state of micro, small, and medium enterprises in two situations, namely being hit and increasing. As for the increasing condition of micro, small and medium enterprises, namely businesses that use online social media as a marketing area. (2) The use of social media to support marketing during the Covid 19 pandemic has experienced a significant increase. The conclusion of this study is to increase the marketing of micro, small and medium enterprises by utilizing social media.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the reason of the Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) which is a government economic program that is held to help Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menegah (UMKM) in order to overcome the existing economic problems, and become a solutions for job creation, to prevent poverty, unemployment and social inequality. This research is focused on procedure, implementation, and obstacles in the distribution of Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) in Bank Rakyat Indonesia Sukabumi Branch Office Unit Situmekar to UMKM in the BRI Unit Situmekar work area. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method. Researchers use a primary and secondary data to do the analysis. In this research, researchers conducted several techniques to collect supporting data such as observation, interviews and documentation, then the researchers interactive patterns, including data collection, data reductions and do the conclusions. The results of this research shows that the step of procedure of distribute Kredit Usaha Rakyat towards UMKM is to apply for Kredit Usaha Rakyat in the nearest Bank Rakyat Indonesia office, Credit Analyisis, On The Spot, Preparing the credit files, then the money is credited to your saving account. At the time of distribution of Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) there are several conditions that must be considered such as the debitur must not have a working capital loan, and the obstacle for the distribution is the condition of economics.

Abstract

The problem discussed in this study is the transparency of land and building tax management in preventing fraud in Balekambang Village, Nagrak District, Sukabumi District. This study aims to determine the effect of transparency on fraud. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The samples in this study were 43 people using saturated samples because the study sample was less than 100. The results showed that the transparency of the management of land and building tax payments in Balekambang Village, South Nagrak Village, North Nagrak Village, and Pawenang Village the results did not affect someone in committing fraud.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of human resources competency, on the management of village fund allocation. The survey was devoted only to 6 villages in the Nyalindung sub-district of Sukabumi Regency. The study used quantitative methods with data collection techniques used by literature studies, dissemination of questionnaires, and documentation. The number of questionnaire distributed by researchers amounted to 70 questionnaires addressed to village heads, village secretaries, village Treasurer, chief affairs, sexy heads, and village consultative bodies. To know the regression model is carried out testing of normality, multi-kolienirity, and heteroskedastisity. IBM SPSS 26 for Windows software. The results of the study showed that the competency of human resources simultaneously has a significant influence on the management of Village Fund allocation (ADD). The result of coefficient of determination test indicates that the value of R Square in this study is 0.731 or at 73.1%. This can mean that the human resource competency variables influence the management variables of the village's funding allocation by 73.1%, while the remaining 26.9% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims2 to examine2 and analyze2 the2 effect2 of leverage (DER), company size (SIZE), liquidity (CR) on the1 profitability of pharmaceutical companies on2 the2 Indonesian Stock2 Exchange2 in the period 2012 - 2018. The population1 in1 this1 study1 is pharmaceutical companies1 listed1 on1 the Indonesian Stock1 Exchange1 in the 2012-2018 period. Sampling uses a purposive sampling technique, so that a sample of 7 pharmaceutical companies is obtained. Data collection is carried out using documentation techniques obtained from the official website www.idx.co.id .The data analysis2 technique2 used2 is multiple2 linear1 regression1 analysis. The results1 of1 this study indicate that leverage, company size and liquidity simultaneously affect profitability while partially leverage influences profitability as well as company size and liquidity affect the profitability of pharmaceutical companies.

Abstract

The phenomenon of cooperatives in Indonesia As of December 2017, as many as 40,013 cooperative units were disbanded. Where 7,235 cooperatives were dissolved by the Region and 32,778 were dissolved by the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs. However, under the same conditions, the existence of Financial Technology (Fintech) has a role and function so that cooperative management can be done digitally and controlled, as well as member services that can be even better. The research method used a qualitative approach, using literature review. The literature review in question is to analyze the relationship patterns and forms of the POAC management life cycle in the context of fintech and innovation of Indonesian cooperatives. The research subjects were Indonesian cooperatives that existed until December 2017. The object of research was the product management life cycle. Data collection comes from secondary sources (websites, books, other documents) that are relevant according to the study of this research. The results of research on the Financial Technology (Fintech) review of the types of Indonesian cooperative activities are: Financial Technology (Fintech) can be classified into two types of Indonesian cooperative activities, namely goods and services. The cooperative product management innovation life cycle is in the introductory (initial) cycle.
