<![CDATA[Higher Education is an educational unit that organizes Higher Education. Universities are required to carry out the tridharma which consists of teaching, research and community service. Community service carried out by students in the form of Real Work Lectures (KKN) is a form of implementing collaborative student learning experiences through the implementation of theory and practice that will be applied to problems found in the village so that efficient, effective and appropriate solutions and strategies can be determined to improve the economic well-being of the community. However, to carry out the Wira Desa Thematic Real Work Lecture (KKNT-WD) which has been determined by the Bima College of Economics (STIE), students who have passed the KKN registration administration must attend the KKNT-WD debriefing in order to improve knowledge competence before interacting with the community and knowing village potential for the preparation of work programs during activities at the KKN location. The form of debriefing for KKNT-WD is carried out face-to-face, lectures and questions and answers. The result of the debriefing is that students know and understand the general description and concept of the Wira Desa Real Work Lecture and its outputs in the form of publications in community service journals published online.]]>

<![CDATA[The sacrificial activity as a form of community service as one of the tri dharmas of higher education is a means for the active role of the STIE Bima academic community. Eid al-Adha in 2021 will take place during the pandemic, so it will have an impact on the implementation of qurban worship. The form of creative activity driven by the academic community of the STIE Bima educational institution is the arrangement of the schedule for the distribution of sacrificial meat through the order number of distribution coupons. This is in addition to preventing mass crowds in the Covid-19 era in carrying out the PPKM (Enforcement of Community Activity Restrictions) policies implemented by the regional government. It is hoped that the role of the academic community will become a means of literacy in building community participation while still paying attention to health safety in the Covid-19 era. The lecturers carry out the practice of managing sacrificial meat which can be seen from four functions starting from planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. The STIE Bima campus involved the entire academic community, both lecturers and staff, to actively play an active role in the success of the implementation of sacrifices around the campus environment. Community service by the Academic Community of the Bima College of Economics (STIE) in addition to building community enthusiasm, also increases the participation of lecturers and staff to carry out the tri dharma of higher education.]]>

<![CDATA[This paper writes about the management of plastic waste in Southeast Sulawesi Province, a case study in Muna and Buton Regencies. This activity is in the form of sharing the author's knowledge with the Indonesian City Diplomacy Community partners in 2020-2021. This activity uses observation, socialization and interview methods to build the community's mindset. The author found that plastic waste management activities in Muna and Buton have been maximized. This is done because the community upholds the value of morality as a form of social responsibility. Cultural values as the foundation of society in protecting the sea. This means that the authors in sharing knowledge only confirm community activities and provide little knowledge to the community. The community is very aware of protecting the sea as part of their identity, branding, and representation of toughness. The sea is the ancestral medium of the community that must be preserved as a form of appreciation. Because the sea is the source of the local community's economy. So, if the nature is damaged, it will damage the economy of the surrounding community. Dissemination and sharing of knowledge are effective because the community does not need to be equipped with much in protecting the sea. Cultural experience and moral principles guide them to be able to make the sea an asset of the future. The sea is the way humans relate to nature, natural resources.]]>

<![CDATA[Agricultural products from year to year continue to decline. One of the factors that affect the decline in agricultural yields is the presence of Plant Pest Organisms (OPT) so that control measures are needed. Chemical control is one of the most widely used pest control by farmers. However, there are many negative impacts from the use of chemical pesticides for both the environment and human health. The relatively expensive price of chemical pesticides adds to the problems for farmers, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. Vegetable pesticides can be used as an alternative for pest control during the Covid-19 pandemic because apart from being cheap, they are also safe for the environment and human health. The method used is cuunseling, training, and mentoring with the sample used is youth from the village source of Ketempah. The purpose of this activity is to make Sumber Ketempah village agriculture better, independent, and sustainable. The results of the implementation of the work program are 1 liter of papaya leaf vegetable pesticides and applied to tobacco plants at a dose of 10 ml/l to control armyworm pests.]]>

<![CDATA[The economic sector is no less worse off than theHealth sector in terms of the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. The implementation of social distancing, Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB), to the Implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) with various regulations have made the community's economy worse off. One of the latest regulations is business operating hours. One of the entrepreneurs is Mrs. Sunarsih, who is an entrepreneur of Traditional Herbal Medicine. This is due to a decrease in revenue due to operational congestion. Conventional stores that were originally open from 16.00 to 22.00 must close less than 20.00. The decline in income has also greatly impacted the community's economy, apart from basic needs that have not decreased, there are also other factors that it has, such as health costs so that the body is not susceptible to disease during a pandemic. Therefore, this service aims to help Mrs. Sunarsih to provide innovation to businesses so that they can survive during this pandemic. The method used in this service is mentoring which contains training regarding digital products and marketing. After this service was carried out, Mrs. Sunarsih's income increased thanks to the addition of products made by Mrs. Sunarsih herself, the business has social media that is still developing as a digital marketing medium in addition to conventional marketing in stores, and Mrs. Sunarsih can find out how to determine product prices.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this service is to socialize the use of the Microsoft Teams application from Microsoft Teams 365. Microsoft Teams is a modern application in the form of a hub for a team, both in small and large-scale organizations that allows users to collaborate and communicate easily wherever they are. Each user can make adjustments to add notes/other applications using the Conversation or Chat features to communicate with their co-workers. In addition, users can make edits to a document directly simultaneously without opening another application. So that everything is centered in one place. Microsoft Teams in the world of education is used as a tool to design virtual classes that make it easier for teachers and students, between teachers/students to communicate and collaborate to produce better learning outcomes. The method used in this teaching is the method used in this activity is counseling, training and mentoring. The teachers of SDN 3 Rejosari experienced a rapid increase of 93% in terms of understanding and mastery of Microsoft Teams for Education in the very good category of online learning. The cooperation as well as the motivation and enthusiasm of the SDN 3 Rejosari teachers are highly appreciated.]]>

<![CDATA[The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on MSMEs is believed to be greater due to the high level of vulnerability due to changes in people's lifestyles. Several policies carried out by the government, such as large-scale social restrictions (PSBB), a ban on going home and the recommendation to "stay at home" are aimed at reducing the number of spread of this virus. However, this situation also has an economic impact on the income of business actors, especially MSMEs. In the midst of this situation, digital marketing is a way out that can become the main strategy in expanding the market. In this community service, we focus on training MSMEs in Agam Regency, West Sumatra Province in the field of digital technology through social media platforms. This strategy is believed to be very effective in expanding the market and strengthening branding. This service activity was carried out in November 2020, through training methods and social media creation practices. The result of this activity is that around 80% of MSMEs have used social media and are able to create persuasive messages. MSMEs have also paid special attention to strengthening product branding. This training can be continued with the creation of e-commerce for a wider marketing reach.]]>

<![CDATA[This service aims to provide training and assistance to SMK Accounting Teachers in Malang City in evaluating learning outcomes. This activity is carried out by utilizing a screening application based on Ms. Excel. This is motivated because the process of evaluating student learning outcomes based on the final score and its implementation is still manual. Even though the era of industrial revolution 4.0 requires teachers to develop learning with technology. The result of this service is the Ms. Excel-based screening application training to evaluate student learning outcomes per Basic Competence. Thus, student learning outcomes will be seen per Basic Competence and the teacher can find out which parts have not been understood by students. The success of this service was measured by the percentage of understanding of the use of ICT, which rose from 55% before the training to 75% after the training.]]>

<![CDATA[“Psychoeducation is a process of providing psychological understanding or education to individuals or groups. Corona viruses are a family of viruses found in humans and animals. Most of the virus can infect humans and cause variety diseases start from common illnesses such as the flu, to more fatal diseases, such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). The purpose of this community dedication is to provide understanding and education about the importance of wearing masks, washing hands, and consuming healthy food, motivating the people to pay attention to health during this covid-19 pandemic. The method of exspressing deep in psychoeducation is carried out directly such as providing counseling, and also through intermediary print media banner installation. The target of this activity is the general public of Banding Agung Village. The results from this psychoeducation are that most residents are motivated to keep up health and taking vitamins and food that’s healthy and nutritious foods, and Increased insight and knowledge about the importance of Stay healthy on the central of the COVID-19 pandemic.”]]>
