Abstract

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the influence of price and product quality on customer loyalty and consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable (Case Study at Paradigma Kopi Store in Menganti Gresik). The method used is a field survey with a questionnaire approach directly distributed to customers and consumers. A total of 96 respondents were selected using the Non-Probability Sampling method, specifically the Incidental Sampling type. From the test results, all indicator questions and variable dimensions showed adequate validity and reliability. To analyze the data, this research uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on PLS 4. Based on the results of this study, it shows that price and product quality have a direct influence on customer loyalty, and price and product quality also have a direct influence on satisfaction. However, satisfaction does not have a significant influence on loyalty, and satisfaction cannot mediate the relationship between price, product quality, and customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Product, Promotion and Price on Repurchase Decision. The sample in this study is consumers who are at least 17 years old and have purchased Pocky Products in West Surabaya. The sampling technique in this study used a non-probability sampling technique in the form of purposive sampling with a total of 74 respondents. Data mining was carried out using questionnaires, responses from respondents were analyzed using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) program version 21. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing is performed partially (t-test) and simultaneously (F-test). The results of this study show that the Product, and Price do not have a significant effect while the Promotion partially and simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the Repurchase Decision of Pocky Products in West Surabaya.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of profitability, company size, and the proportion of independent commissioners on carbon emission disclosure in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling and obtained 36 company data as samples. Data analysis was performed using statistics using SPSS Version 26 tools. Based on the results of data analysis using the t test, it is known that partially Profitability, Company Size and Proportion of Independent Commissioners do not have a significant effect on carbon emission disclosure. And based on the results of test f it is known that simultaneously Profitability, Company Size and Proportion of Independent Commissioners do not have a significant effect on carbon emission disclosure.

Abstract

This research focuses on applying the Du Pont System to assess the financial performance of construction service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange over the past four years, from 2018 to 2021. The main objective of this study is to depict how the financial condition of these companies changed during that period using the Du Pont System. The analytical approach used is the Du Pont System, considering variables such as Net Profit Margin (NPM), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Equity Multiplier (EM), Return On Investment (ROI), and Return On Equity (ROE). This research is causal-comparative in nature and employs a descriptive approach. The data utilized consists of secondary data obtained from the financial reports and annual reports of the companies, collected through a documentation method by visiting the website www.idx.co.id. The analysis results using the Du Pont System indicate that out of the nine companies studied, three of them have a Return On Investment level above the industry standard average. Therefore, it can be concluded that three out of the nine companies can be considered to have good financial performance.

Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect of company growth (growth) with the Total Asset Growth indicator, profitability with the Return On Assets indicator, and company size with the Firm Size (ln total assets) indicator on dividend policy with the DPR indicator in manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector. registered on the BEI in 2019-2021. This type of causal research with a quantitative method approach. The population is manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector that are listed on the BEI in 2019-2021. This study determines the sample purposive sampling method. So that a total of 54 samples were obtained in this study. This study uses multiple linear analysis methods: (1) Growth has a significant effect (2) Profitability has a significant effect (3) Firm size has no significant effect (4) Growth, Profitability, Firm Size have a simultaneous effect.

Abstract

The Effects of Brand Personality and Brand Loyalty on Purchasing Decisions of Fashion Brands in Indonesia Erigo Store Surabaya, 2023.This study aims to identify the effect of brand personality and brand loyalty on purchasing decisions for the Indonesian fashion brand Erigo Store. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. This research was conducted on respondents who have experience in using Indonesian Erigo Store fashion products.Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed via social media. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents. The data obtained was then processed and analyzed using SPSS software version 25. The results showed that brand personality and loyalty significantly influence purchasing decisions for the Indonesian fashion brand Erigo Store. In addition, the results of the analysis show that the dimension of brand personality that has the most influence on purchasing decisions is the dimension of sincerity, while the dimension of brand loyalty that has the most influence is the indicator of brand trust.This research has an essential contribution to Erigo Store in developing its brand and increasing customer satisfaction. The results of this study can also be a reference for future researchers in developing research in the field of brand marketing.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of occupational health, occupational safety, and work environment on employee performance at PT Tjiwi Kimia Mojokerto. The research method used is quantitative method with multiple regression analysis. Data were collected from 75 paper production employees using questionnaires and documentation. The results of the analysis show that occupational health, occupational safety, and work environment have a positive effect on employee performance. Employees who have good occupational health and safety and a conducive work environment have better performance. The health variable has a positive and significant influence partially on employee performance at PT Tjiwi Kimia Mojokerto. The safety variable also has a partially positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tjiwi Kimia Mojokerto. The work environment variable also has a partially positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tjiwi Kimia Mojokerto. Health variables, safety variables, and work environment variables together have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tjiwi Kimia Mojokerto.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work experience, work discipline on employee performance, a population of 40 employees. This study uses a quantitative approach, the data obtained through a questionnaire that has been filled out by several respondents. The method used is multiple linear analysis method.Data analysis was carried out using statistics with SPSS tools. Based on data analysis using the t test, work experience does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, based on the results of data analysis using the F test, it is known that simultaneously the variables of work experience, work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Success Prosperous Works Surabaya.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Word of Mouth and Service Quality on Consumer Purchase Decisions. The unit of analysis in this study was Jun's Photo Studio consumers of 96 people. Samples were taken using Accidental Sampling. Data analysis was performed using statistics with SPSS tools. Based on the results of data analysis using the t test it is known that partially Word of Mouth and Service Quality have a positive and significant influence on Consumer Purchase Decisions. Meanwhile, based on the results of data analysis using the F test, it is known that simultaneously Word of Mouth and Service Quality have a positive and significant influence on Consumer Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of leadership style, organizational culture and work discipline on the performance of J & T Express employees (Study at PT Karya Niaga Abadi Surabaya). The sample in this study were 119 employees of PT Karya Niaga Abadi. Data analysis techniques performed using SPSS through Validity and reliability tests, Classical Assumption Test, multiple linear regression, F test, t test and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of statistical tests that have been carried out, it can be seen that leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has no significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has no significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style, organizational culture, and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.
