Abstract

The Effect of ROA, EPS, DER on Changes in Share Prices in Company Tbk. (Study on Cigarette Sub-Sector Company Tbk. 2014-2021 Period). Stock prices that change at any time can provide profits or losses to investors. In the field, the ups and downs of stock prices are unpredictable. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of ROA (Return On Assets), EPS (Earning Per Share), and DER (Dept to Equity Ratio) on changes in stock prices in cigarette sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in 2014-2021. This research is a quantitative research that uses purposive sampling method in data collection. In this study the population was taken from 5 cigarette companies, the sample in this study were 4 cigarette company Tbk. Analysis of the data used is to perform quantitative analysis using statistical calculation techniques, namely regression analysis through the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) statistical version 24 data processing program.The results of this study indicate that ROA, EPS, and DER have no effect on stock prices in the cigarette sub-sector companies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the current ratio, debt to equity ratio and return on assets on firm value. This type of research is quantitative research using comparative causal method. The population of Property, Tbk companies is 63 Property companies with the period 2019-2021. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling with the number of samples obtained based on predetermined criteria, namely as many as 16 Property, Tbk companies for the period 2019-2021. Data analysis was performed using statistics with SPSS version 25. Based on the results of data analysis using t test, it is known that partially current ratio, debt to equity ratio and return on assets have a significant effect on firm value. Meanwhile, based on the results of data analysis using F test, it is known that simultaneous the current ratio, debt to equity ratio and return on assets have a significant effect on firm value

Abstract

Analysis of the Effect of Product Quality, Quality Service and Customer Value to This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of quality Products, service quality and customer value to customer satisfaction. Sampling techniques used in this study probability techniques sampling and samples used as many as 100 respondents. Data analysis is done by using statistical tools SPSS version 26. Based on the results of data analysis using known t test that product quality has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction customers, the quality of Service has a positive effect but does not affect significant to customer satisfaction and positive influence customer value and significant to customer satisfaction. Product quality, service quality and customer value simultaneously affects customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of Gajah Mada Village Owned Enterprise in minimizing brain drain in Kebontunggul Village, Mojokerto Regency. This study used a qualitative approach with an explanatory case study type of research. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by analyzing relevant data according to the diagnostic elements, analyzing the responses of organizational actors, pattern matching, chain of evidence and cross check. The results of this study indicate that BUMDes Gajah Mada has implemented several strategies in order to minimize the brain drain phenomenon that occurred in Kebontunggul village, but the implementation of these strategies has not been effective in minimizing the brain drain phenomenon in Kebontunggul Village.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work conflict and work stress on employee performance at Daarul Muttaqien Islamic Elementary School Surabaya. The sample in this study were employees of the Integrated Islamic Elementary School. The sampling technique in this study using the sampling technique in this study using a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, totaling 50 respondents. Statements were given using a questionnaire. Responses from respondents were analyzed using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 21 tool. The results of this study indicate that work conflict and work stress simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially, work conflict and work stress affect employee performance. The independent variable in this study has an influence of 66.7% on purchasing decisions and the rest is influenced by other variables that are not in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of liquidity and capital structure on stock returns. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling and there are 14 companies as research samples with a population of 30 food and beverages company. Data analysis was performed using statistic with SPSS version 26. Based on the results of data analysis using the t test it is known that partially liquidity has no significant effect on stock returns while capital structure has a significant effect on stuck returns. And based on the F test simultaneously liquidity and capital structure have a significant effect on stock returns.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of profitability ratios on stock returns of pharmaceutical companies tbk (study during the covid-19 pandemic). The population used in this study were 11 companies, and the sample was 10 companies using purposive sampling technique through the criteria set by the author. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis method and data analysis is performed using statistics with SPSS tools. Based on the partial test results, Return On Assets (ROA) has a significant negative effect on Stock Return, Return On Equity (ROE) has a significant positive effect on Stock Return, and Net Profit Margin (NPM) has an insignificant positive effect on Stock Return. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous test show that the variables Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROA), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) simultaneously have a significant effect on Stock Return of Pharmaceutical Companies Tbk.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of handity ratio and activity ratio on profitability in the agricultural sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, partially or simultaneously. This type of associative research is causal with a quantitative approach. There are 26 companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange on the Indonesian Stock Exchange, and with purposive sampling technique, 24 companies are obtained as research samples. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear analysis techniques using SPSS version 26. Based on the results of data analysis using the test it is known that partially the liquidity ratio and activity ratio have no significant effect on profitability, while based on the F test it is known that the liquidity ratio and activity ratio are simultaneously no significant effect on profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of product, price, brand, and promotion on geprek mak joss chicken Jalan Sememi Jaya No.4 West Surabaya. The sampling technique used in this study is the side accidental technique. The population of this study were buyers who happened to be met from May to July 2022, with a total of 75 respondents. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression test with Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that the research variables Product (X1), Price (X2), Brand Image (X3) and Promotion (X4) have a significant effect on Repurchase (Y) in this study providing an effect of 79.2%. while the remaining 20.8% is other outside influences that are not included in the calculation model.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of product, price and location on purchase decision. The sample of this research is the people who consume the product of Mie Rate "Raja Tega" Balongpanggang Gresik. The sampling technique in this research used the theory of Sugiono with a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling totaling 100 respondents. Statements were given using a questionnaire. Responses from respondents were analyzed using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 21. This study research multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing was carried out partially (t-test) and simultaneously (F-test). The results of this study indicate that product, price, and location simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for the Mie Rate "Raja Tega" Balongpanggang Gresik product. Partially Product affects the Purchase Decision. While the Price and Location have positive effect but not significant on purchase decisions. The independent variables in this research have an influence of 58,7% on purchase decisions and the rest are influenced by other variables that aren’t in this research
