Abstract

Remuneration is a work benefit in the form of salary, honorarium, fixed allowances, incentives, bonuses for achievement, severance pay, and / pension funds. Remuneration will eliminate the assumption that there is no positive correlation between performance and income. This means that employees / employees who are performing well will have unequal income. The government has tried to change the payroll system to be better through the remuneration system. Remuneration consists of basic salary plus benefits derived from pure rupiah and other benefits originating from Non-Tax State Revenues. Problem with remuneration is that the validation carried out by the direct supervisor of the employee concerned is still doubtful. Based on this, we need a system that can detect outlier data from civil servant remuneration data and classify the data using data mining techniques. This research aims to classify data on civil servant remuneration using the k-means clustering method with improvisation at the pre-processing stage and determining the optimum number of clusters. Local Outlier Factor method with a MinPts value of 150 can detect the most outlier data with 162 data outliers detected or 22,98%. Number of optimum clusters by the elbow method is 4 clusters with a Silhoutte value of 0,542 and Dunn of 0,040. Keywords — Clustering, K-Means, LOF, Outlier

Abstract

Abstract—An Expert System of Disease Diagnosis in Dogs Based on Facebook Messenger was a useful application to provide an initial diagnosis of the diseases based on the symptoms given by the users. The application uses the Facebook Messenger-based on Natural Language Processing (NLP) method to allow users to easily and comfortably interacting with the app. Diagnosis was obtained by identifying the pattern, and classifying the pattern. The method used in the pattern identification process is N-gram, this method was a matching pattern method where the number of words or character pattern that would be match could be adjusted. The method used to classify a disease is a Matching Template, this method worked by matching the template pattern with the test pattern to find the similarities between the patterns. The study concluded that the application of an expert systems using the N-gram method and the Matching Template had an accurate diagnosis rate of 80%.

Abstract

Abstract— Final project is one of the requirements that must be passed by students to complete their education. In the process of making the final project there is a guidance stage for the work of lecturers. The construction of the final assignment guidance scheduling system using the Relational Unfied Proccess (RUP) method aims to meet between lecturers and students, it is difficult to determine the schedule of meetings. In the RUP process there are 4 stages that must be passed in building a system. Inception at this stage the search for system requirements. Conducted by conducting interviews with students obtained a schedule for system development, 5 main functional needs of the system and 3 actors contained in the system. Elaboration is done by designing a system using the Unified Modeling Language. Beginning with the design with a use case diagram, proceed to the activity diagram and finally use the class diagram. The construction phase of the system is built based on the web using the programming languages ??PHP, HTML and CSS. Finally, in the transition phase the implementation at the construction stage will be tested using the blackbox method to test the functional system. In testing conducted on the login, submission of guidance, complaints and confirmation of submission obtained valid results for testing.

Abstract

Nowadays, many Indonesian people working as a fish cultivator. This is because the turnover obtained from the sale of fish, one of which is koi fish is quiet high. To cutivate fish especially koi fish, ultivators will make many pools to cultivate these fish. From the first is spawning pool, tiller fish pool and brood pool. To get good quality cultivation, the pools must always be clean (has a turbidity level of water < 400 NTU). Therefore, a system was created to be able to monitor the water turbidity level and automatic feed in koi fish pool which the purpose is helping koi fish cultivator improve their cultivation quality. The monitoring system of the cultivation pool turbidity level works by reading the turbidity value of the pool using a turbidity sensor (Turbidity Sensor). The reading of the sensor value will be processed by the NodeMCU microcontroller and then activate the drainage pump relay module for which will drain turbid water. On the other hand there is a proximity sensor that will measure the height of the pool water. When the pool water is drained, the proximity sensor will send a signal to the NodeMCU microcontroller to activate the distribution pump relay module, so that it can distribute clean water from the water tank to the pool. Therefore, the cultivation pool’s water always be clean. Meanwhile, automatic feeders work using the RTC (Real Time Clock) module in which the feeding time will be set in this module. Then, the time output from the RTC module will be processed by the NodeMCU microcontroller which then sends a signal to the servo as the drive for the fish feed lever. When it is time for feeding, according to the program provided the fish feed lever will open. Therefore, feeding can be done automatically. Abstract

Over time, the market function of the convention has now developed into an updated market namely Online Store. Online Store Business is currently supported by a marketing strategy called Product Segmentation. In the implementation of the marketing strategy, sometimes it is not in a position to satisfy all their customers at any time because not all requirements of every customer can be fulfilled by the Online Store company. To answer this problem, a solution that can be offered to solve the problem is to carry out the usability analysis process of the Ayooklik.com online store system in determining Product Segmentation. The results showed that Ayooklik.com customers were satisfied because the Ayooklik.com system was easy to learn so product needs were even greater. The high and low usability of the Ayooklik.com system affects the price of a product sold.

Abstract

Abstract— In maintaining the quality of aviation fuel, before being marketed, the aviation fuel must pass through the filtering stage using a filter. The use of filters must be monitored for efficiency by using a PDG (pressure different gauge) instrument. PDG is a measuring device that is equipped with a switch and will be a disconnect when the PDG needle shows a number above 15 psi. However, filter monitoring is only done by looking at the PDG installed on each filter and the switches on the PDG have not been used at all. From this problem, the author conducted research out by designing and building a tool that can monitor switches on the PDG and provide SMS notifications. In its design, the device uses Arduino Uno as a microcontroller with a 12VDC power supply. This device is equipped with GSM SIM900A which functions to send SMS. Based on research, the highest current consumption is 0.18 A and the smallest is 0.11 A. The average time for sending an SMS is 7 seconds. Based on testing the tool can work as expected. With the design and construction of this device, it is expected to help PT. Pertamina DPPU Ngurah Rai to monitoring the performance of filters in realtime so that the replacement of filter elements can be done in a timely manner and maintain the marketed aviation has good quality.

Abstract

This reaserch discusses the design of the Hybrid System between Solar Power Plant and Generator as an additional power supply that will be carried out on the Shrimp Vanamei pond. This system will produce electrical energy needed in the cultivation of Vanamei Shrimp, both hatchery and enlargement activities. The use of solar power plants as one form of exploiting the potential of solar energy that is so large in East Nusa Tenggara and the lack of reliability of the electricity network. Based on the PV specifications that will be designed, in a day solar power plant can produce energy of 58.76 kWh, and can meet the electrical energy needs of all Vanamei Shrimp ponds. If in cloudy conditions and the energy produced by solar power plant is insufficient then a generator can be used as a substitute energy source.

Abstract

User behavior prediction on TCP / IP networks is very possible because each data packet is passed through a router that can be analyzed and then classified into several behavior types from commonly performed activities by internet users. User-behavior predictions developed using artificial neural networks (ANN), which can show accurate results in predicting the bandwidth used by users in the next few days. Predicting results helps network administrators to provide a more accurate picture of user behavior patterns in the future, where the Personnel Service Application System (SAPK) which becomes the user behavior internet priority it's only utilized network resources at 26.8% of the total internet network resources available. The ANN that was developed also showed that 40.3% of network resources were used more by streaming video activities and 37% were used for streaming audio activities. With the prediction result, the network administrator rearranges the internet network resources distribution by applying a new prediction results pattern. This study conclusively shows that user behavior with streaming video activities is the largest bandwidth user and needs to get special attention on the internet network at the Regional X National Civil Service Agency Office.
