Abstract

Kebutuhan energi listrik akan terus berkembang seiring dengan bertambahnya jumlah penduduk serta sarana pendukungnya. Dengan demikian sistem kelistrikan yang sesuai dengan standar sangat diperlukan mengingat gangguan yang sering terjadi maka perlu adanya suatu analisis sistem keandalan dan losses daya pada penyulang VI. Penyulang ini melayani kota Dili yang meliputi Kawasan Caicoli, Audian, BidauMasau, Cristo Rei, LahaneOcidentaldan LahaneOriental. PenyulangVI ini merupakan sistem radial, terdiri dari 39 unit trafo distribusi dengan panjang saluran 17,490 km dan kapasitas bebannya 6440KVA.Untuk mengetahui kondisi sistem distribusi di kota Dili maka dengan bantuan program software EDSA (Electrical System Power Design Software) drop tegangan yang terdapat pada sistem distribusi penyulang VI dapat dianalisis.Drop tegangan terbesar adalah 4.24% yang terjadi pada trafo 26, dengan susut keseluruhan yang terjadi pada penyulang VI adalah sebesar 121,600 KW dan 120,926 KVAR. Serta dari hasil perhitungan yang dilakukan pada penyulang VI maka didapatkan Indeks Keandalan untuk SAIFI (System Average Interruption Frequency Index) adalah; 1,69 pemadaman/pelanggan/tahun dan untuk SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index) adalah : 5,257 jam/pelanggan/tahun.

Abstract

Pusat Listrik Tenaga Diesel Gas (PLTDG) Pesanggaran menjadi salah satu pembangkit yang ada di Bali yangmempunyai posisi penting dalam sistem 150 kV Bali, kinerja kestabilan dari PLTDG Pesanggaran saat terjadigangguan merupakan hal krusial yang perlu diperhatikan. Pendekatan model SMIB untuk analisa kestabilanpada PLTDG Pesanggaran digunakan untuk memudahkan analisa, dengan cara mereduksi sistem multimesinmenjadi SMIB dengan Losses Concept. Dari hasil simulasi model tersebut diperoleh hasil bahwa nilai overshootdan settling time dari tanggapan perubahan sudut rotor dan tanggapan frekuensi pada model SMIB PLTDGPesanggaran.

Abstract

Penyulang Batu Belig jaringan memiliki cakupan wilayah yang cukup panjang dan padat sehingga mengakibatkan nilai keandalan jaringan relatif kurang baik, hal itu dapat dilihat dari nilai SAIDI penyulang Batu Belig yaitu 4,0194 h/customer/yr. Keandalan dapat ditingkatkan dengan merekonfigurasi jaringan. Rekonfigurasi jaringan menggunakan 2 alternatif skenario, skenario 1 upaya untuk menentukan dan menambahkan sectionalizer sehingga diperoleh keandalan yang lebih baik. Skenario 2 yaitu membangun penyulang baru di Jalan Peti Tenget yang bersumber dari Gardu Induk Padang Sambian Trafo 2, kemudian menentukan lokasi dibangunnya penyulang baru berdasarkan pembagian beban, setelah itu menentukan jenis kabel yang baik untuk meningkatkan keandalan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penempatan sectionalizer yang tepat dan memperoleh indeks keandalan yang memenuhi syarat World Class Service. Skenario 1, didapat 2 titik terbaik berdasarkan perhitungan di lokasi 1 yaitu di Jalan Peti Tenget pada Gardu Distribusi nomor KA2276 dan lokasi 2 yaitu Jalan Peti Tenget pada Gardu Distribusi nomor KA2593. Skenario 2, setelah membangun penyulang baru keandalan penyulang Batu Belig membaik, nilai SAIDI menjadi 0,5501 jam/tahun/pelanggan dan SAIFI sebesar 1,2510 kali/tahun/pelanggan.

Abstract

Sending data with large data sizes between two or more computers in a company is affected by various factors, both the network connection of the two computers to the data exchange method used, one method that can be used is the ZeroMQ library. The method of sending files using the ZeroMQ method is relatively faster because the architecture is brokerless or without middleware as an intermediary so that the process of sending files can be done quickly and can blow up the resources used. The ZeroMQ method was originally created to send messages, but we can add file conversion algorithms to binary numbers, so the messages sent are binary numbers from encoded files. This application is built on the Python programming language so that it is easier to develop again. The results of the design of file transfer applications using the ZeroMQ library performed on two server computers and client computers explain that this method can be used to send files and from the results of the test the time required and the latency value is relatively faster and more stable.

Abstract

The high fuel demand in Indonesia has resulted in an increase in the ratio of imported fuels and weakened domestic energy security. In response to this, biofuels (BBN) was developed, one of which was bioethanol. The raw material for making bioethanol can be from a variety of objects, but paper is the most easily obtained bioethanol raw material around us. PT Temprina Media Grafika a subsidiary of Jawa Pos Group produces waste paper every day. From the waste is processed into bioethanol and is used as a generator fuel. From 1 kg of paper waste obtained 30 ml of bioethanol with a concentration of 86%. By mixing bioethanol in gasoline, a mixture of fuels called E85, E60 and E35 is obtained. While pure RON 88 gasoline from Pertamina is called E10. Through testing on the generator set with a load of 600 watts and 900 watts, measurements of voltage, power, frequency, RPM and SOFC were obtained that all parameters decreased when using bioethanol mixed fuels.

Abstract

The process of describing parts of the human body, to be able to find any disease that exists in the body parts caused by bacteria and viruses is called the Medical Image. CT Scanning, MRI, X-Ray, is a medical image that is commonly found in general in the form of analog data. The amount of important information contained in medical images causes the size of the medical image file to be relatively large. The need for large data storage media and long delivery times is caused by large medical image data. This study aims to realize a fractal-based medical image codec by testing its performance on several coding entropy techniques. The analysis of this study was based on the PSNR, Image Size and Time Taken needed to compress one image. The conclusion obtained from this analysis shows that the Arithmetic method has more advantages in the field of PSNR, Compression Ratio, Size Image produced along with Time Taken in the compression process, where 15 images of 100% images are better results using the Arithmetic method than by using the Adaptive Huffman method. Abstract

Information System of Kesiman Kertalangu (SIKEKAL) is a system implemented in the Kesiman Kertalangu Village as a solution to facilitate the accommodation of population administration services. To measure and evaluate the performance of the system used it is necessary to conduct an audit using the COBIT 4.1 framework, which in this case is focused on measuring the maturity level of the SIKEKAL system based on aspects of the DS (Delivery and Support) domain, especially in the subdomains of DS5, DS10, DS11, and DS13. This evaluation process also aims to provide recommendations for problems found in the system to be able to be improved in achieving the maturity target to be achieved by the Kesiman Kertalangu Village Office.

Abstract

The current problems in the Computer Laboratory of Udayana UniversityTechnical Engineering Faculty include non-standard room temperature of 28 0 C, nonstandardlight intensity average in the room of 110 lux, seat height of 43 cm and tableheight of 74,50 cm being not adapted to the workers’ anthropometric measurements, anddazzling white-colored curtains. Baseline data on six students after 3-hour workingrevealed the following findings: eye fatigue 81%’ and general fatigue 88%;musculoskeletal complaints 51%; average learning achievement 59.5%, performance16.25%, and efficiency 10.09%. In an effort to improve the working conditions, a totalexperimental ergonomic intervention in the form of redesigning the Computer Laboratorywas introduced.In this study 30 subjects were recruited. The data collected were analyzed by usingdesriptive statistics, normality test, comparability test, and paired-simple t-test with asignificant level of 5%.Total ergonomic intervention has resulted in a decrease of room temperature from280 C to 25.830 C (p<0.05), increase in light intensity from 110 lux to 136.67 lux, decreasein eye fatigue from 81% to 23% (p<0.05), decrease in general fatique 88% to 41%,decrease in musculoskeletal complaints from 51% to 11% (p<0.05), increase in learningachievement score from 59.5% to 89.5% (p<0.05), increase in performance from 16.25%to 41.25%, and increase in efficiency from 10.09% to 75.09% (p<.05).The results of this study revealed that appropriate total ergonomic intervention in acomputer laboratory had succeeded in improving the quality of working and performanceof the workers.

Abstract

Energi alternatif merupakan sumber energi terbarukan, contohnya seperti matahari, angin, air, biomasa dan panas bumi. Energi pasang surut merupakan pemanfaatan energi yang dihasilkan dalam perpindahan massa air akibat pasang surut dengan efek rotasi bumi dan gravitasi bulan. Energi ini banyak terdapat diselat karena pada selat terjadi penyempitan ruang gerak arus sehingga kecepatan arus menjadi lebih cepat. Salah satunya adalah Selat Pulau Serangan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui potensi energi listrik dan kerapatan daya di Selat Pulau Serangan. Pengukuran arus laut menggunakan metode Lagrange dan alat Current Meter di delapan titik penelitian, kemudian dengan metode Regresi Sederhana Deret Waktu untuk meramalkan ketinggian air. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa energi yang dihasilkan saat pasang mencapai 248,028046 kilo Joule selama 24 jam, sedangkan saat surut mencapai 251,8062 kilo Joule selama 24 jam. Untuk rapat daya terbesar berada disekitar jembatan berkisar 25,3604 – 47,05809 W/m2, sedangkan rapat daya terkecil berada di sebelah utara jembatan berkisar 0,012069 – 0,121019 W/m2.

Abstract

The need for electricity in this global era is increasing, so that a more reliable electrical system is needed. A reliable system cannot be separated from interference, so there needs to be a system reliability analysis and power loss to the feeder by configuring the network. This research was conducted to find the reliability index value in the form of interference frequency and duration of interference (SAIFI and SAIDI). In one Tabanan feeder the results obtained exceed the standard so reconfiguration is performed Based on the analysis obtained before reconfiguration, the reliability index for SAIFI is 6,7456 (failure / year) and SAIDI is 11,4767 (hour / year) and power loss by 6,27 %. After reconfiguration of Tabanan feeder, the reliability index was better, for SAIFI is 5.2475 (disturbance / year) and SAIDI is 9,8798 (hour / year), the power loss was 2.82%. Sanggulan feeder is a new feeder reconfiguration result from Tabanan feeder, where the analysis was carried out to find out the reliability index of Sanggulan feeder, it was obtained the SAIFI value of 4.5753 (disturbance / year) and SAIDI of 9.5297 (hour / year) and power loss of 4,80%.
