Abstract

The current problems in the Computer Laboratory of Udayana UniversityTechnical Engineering Faculty include non-standard room temperature of 28 0 C, nonstandardlight intensity average in the room of 110 lux, seat height of 43 cm and tableheight of 74,50 cm being not adapted to the workers’ anthropometric measurements, anddazzling white-colored curtains. Baseline data on six students after 3-hour workingrevealed the following findings: eye fatigue 81%’ and general fatigue 88%;musculoskeletal complaints 51%; average learning achievement 59.5%, performance16.25%, and efficiency 10.09%. In an effort to improve the working conditions, a totalexperimental ergonomic intervention in the form of redesigning the Computer Laboratorywas introduced.In this study 30 subjects were recruited. The data collected were analyzed by usingdesriptive statistics, normality test, comparability test, and paired-simple t-test with asignificant level of 5%.Total ergonomic intervention has resulted in a decrease of room temperature from280 C to 25.830 C (p<0.05), increase in light intensity from 110 lux to 136.67 lux, decreasein eye fatigue from 81% to 23% (p<0.05), decrease in general fatique 88% to 41%,decrease in musculoskeletal complaints from 51% to 11% (p<0.05), increase in learningachievement score from 59.5% to 89.5% (p<0.05), increase in performance from 16.25%to 41.25%, and increase in efficiency from 10.09% to 75.09% (p<.05).The results of this study revealed that appropriate total ergonomic intervention in acomputer laboratory had succeeded in improving the quality of working and performanceof the workers.

Abstract

Unit pembangkit listrik dengan bahan bakar beragam dioperasikan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan energi listrik saat ini. Sebagian besar total biaya pengoperasian pembangkit (60%) di keluarkan untuk bahan bakar, sehingga solusi meminimalkan biaya penggunaan bahan bakar sangat penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan Economic Dispatch merupakan suatu cara efisiensi pembangkit tenaga listrik dengan melakukan pembagian pembebanan pada setiap unit pembangkit yang beroperasi agar didapat biaya pembangkitan minimum. Penyelesaian permasalahan Economic Dispatch menggunakan metode metode Fuzzy Logic Controller (FLC) disimulasikan menggunakan aplikasi pendukung yaitu Matlab versi R2016a. Langkah awal sebelum melakukan simulasi adalah membuat pemodelan FLC analisis Economic Dispatch. Kemudian digunakan pendekatan algoritma Fuzzy Logic Controller yang diharapkan mampu memberikan solusi yang lebih baik. Hasil simulasi kemudian akan dibandingkan dengan hasil dari Real System dan hasil dari metode Iterasi Lamda.. Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Diesel Gas (PLTDG) di Pesanggaran Denpasar. Hasil perhitungan Economic Dispatch menggunakan metode Fuzzy Logic Controller menghasilkan total biaya produksi yang lebih murah 3,94%

Abstract

In this study, human face detection have been widely conducted and it is still interesting to be research. In this research, strong impact of color space for face i.e., many and multi faces detection by using YIQ, YCbCr, HSV, HSL, CIELAB, and CIELUV are proposed. In this experiment, intensity normality method in one of the color space channel and tested the faces using Android based have been developed. The faces multi image datasets came from social media, mobile phone and digital camera. In this experiment, the color space YCbCr percentage value with the image initial value detection before processing are 67.15%, 75.00%, and 64.58% have been reached. Then, after the normalization process are 83.21%, 87.12%, and 80.21% have been increased. Furthermore, this study showed that color space of YCbCr have reached improvement percentage

Abstract

One of significant change in learning process is exam implementation applying a computer-based test (e-exam) rather than paper-based test. Many institutions currently use wireless network with bring your own device (BYOD) policy for their e-exam implementation, due to limitation of space and user terminals. Moreover it is hard to maintain the availability of reliable signal quality in wireless network for all users during e-exam process. Therefore, this research proposes a development of time adaptive for mobile exam (TAMEx) framework to provide all users with good quality of service of e-exam in wireless network environment when dealing with signal quality variations. The received signal strength indication (RSSI) is the main indicator of the signal quality. The framework supports e-exam implementation in wirelesslocal area network and the use of BYOD mechanism. The research shows that the framework successfully has provided time compensation for the users who experienced temporary connection loss due to bad signal quality. The result exhibits that tiny processing time has been needed for signal loss detection, user’s request of compensation time, and server’s execution. In conclusion, the TAMEx could guarantee good services for all users who doing e-exam in wireless network environment.

Abstract

Harga yang stabil pada bahan makanan berpengaruh pada perekonomian suatu wilayah/kabupaten.Dengan stabilnya harga daya beli masyarakat menjadi meningkat. Untuk menjaga harga komoditas bahan makan stabil diantisipasi dengan melakukan peramalan pada Indeks Harga Konsumen (IHK) di tiga Kabupaten dengan Metode Support Vector Regresion (SVR). IHK merupakan Indikator ekonomi mengenai informasi harga barang dan jasa yang dibayar oleh konsumen. Pada penelitian ini IHK yang digunakan berjenis Bahan Makanan yang dikeluarkan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik dan sebagai variabel input diambilkan dari harga komoditas bahan pokok di tiga Kabupaten yaitu Banyuwangi, Jember dan Sumenep di web Siskaperbapo Disperidag Surabaya. Dengan metode SVR dapat dipetakan vektor input ke dimensi yang lebih tinggi dan menghasilkan fungsi bergelombang mengikuti jalur/kurva yang terbentuk, sehingga hasil prediksi lebih akurat. Dalam meramal IHK, data dibagi sebagai data training (2016-2017) dan data testing (2018-2019). Dalam mengujian digunakan Kernel RBF dan Polinomial. Di mana Kernel RBF lebih bagus performansinya, hal ini bisa diperlihatkan dengan Mean Squared Error (MSE) yang dihasilkan kecil dari Kernel Polinomial dan Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) nya kurang dari 3. Kabupaten Sumenep mempunyai nilai terkecil (MSE = 2.5182 dan MAPE = 1.5508) dibandingkan dengan Jember (MSE = 2.6219 dan MAPE = 1.6823) dan Banyuwangi (MSE = 10.5131 dan MAPE 0.851 sehingga bisa dikatakan ramalan IHK untuk Kabupaten Sumenep lebih baik akurasinya.

Abstract

In order to fulfill the need of society energy, especially in the rural area, the building of an energy storage in every village is compulsory. The energy storage should be built by utilizing the local energy potency source, be processed and utilize as the energy reservoir, resulting the self-sufficiently energy. This Community Service was done in Pungutan, Telun Wayah village, Sidemen Karangasem regency. The farmers group was given the illumination how to use and utilize the cattle-drops to be biogas. They were very interested in attending this activity and they hope it can be continued.

Abstract

Beji Temple in Les Village owned by the residents of the Les Village. It is bounded by the east and south by page of Desa Temple / Bale Agung, the west by a vacant lot owned by the village, and the north by Place Baths (Shower). Beji Temple in Les Village has undergone a total refurbishment. With the restoration of the temple in the rebuilding of Beji expanded westward with consideration extant village lands and population growth. Currently Beji Temple has been completely rebuilt and inaugurated by the Village People. In the development process has been carried out the design and implementation of lighting systems. Design lighting system has been designed and a new implementation at the stage of planting cabling that will be used in lighting systems. The design and implementation of the illumination system is designed to provide safety and comfort to the citizens who wishes to engage in worship at night. Besides, it also sheds light on the baths (shower) and contain aesthetic value. Beji Temple lighting system is expected to citizens of Les Village imitate and implement in other temples.

Abstract

Green building is an alternative to anticipate damage to the earth due to development activities. This studyreviews the development of green building inkIndonesia with a systematic literature method. The reviewthat was carried out included regulations, implementation and implementation of green building inIndonesia. The development of government regulations on green buildings requires that every buildingmeet the criteria of a green building. There are 20 buildings that have been certified green building by 2018with the gold to platinum category. Research in the field of green building has also developed with 53scientific publications. From the latest reviews, it is found that the implementation of green building inIndonesia has been carried out in various aspects of the building. In the future, policies and regulations atthe national and regional levels are integrated with each other to implement green buildingcomprehensively in Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merencanakan sistem kelistrikan untuk penyediaan daya di gedung AF Program Studi Teknik Elektro Fakultas Teknik Universitas Udayana Kampus Sudirman serta lift yang akan dipasang di gedung C. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, diperoleh jumlah titik lampu sebanyak 163 titik, kotak kontak 165 titik, AC sebanyak 52 buah, beban total untuk gedung AF sebesar 82.410,11 VA ditambah dengan beban lift sebesar 12.000 VA sehingga beban total menjadi 94.410,11 VA dengan diversity factor 65%, total daya yang dibutuhkan adalah 61.366,5715 VA. Untuk sistem pembumian, jika menggunakan sistem pembumian elektroda batang bertipe 1 rod dengan kedalaman 14 meter mengunakan pembumian bertipe 2 rod S < L dengan kedalaman masing-masing rod 8 meter dan 2 rod S > L dengan kedalaman masing-masing rod 6 meter. Jika menggunakan sistem pembumian bertipe pelat dibutuhkan 2 buah pelat. Perencanaan lift yang direkomendasikan dengan kapasitas 1050 Kg dengan daya sebesar 14,0 kW.

Abstract

Penyaluran daya listrik di kawasan Badung Tengah dan Badung Utara disuplai oleh Penyulang Blahkiuh yang bersumber dari Trafo-IV 10 MVA Gardu Induk Kapal. Penyulang ini berbentuk konfigurasi jaringan distribusi 20 kV tipe radial dengan 172 bus. Rugi-rugi Penyulang Blahkiuh sebesar 0,150 MW. Untuk mengurangi rugi-rugi daya pada penyulang Blahkiuh maka dilakukan pemasangan kapasitor. Dalam paper ini dilakukan pemasangan 1 kapasitor sebesar 600 kVAR di Penyulang Blahkiuh. Dalam menentukan lokasi pemasangan kapasitor digunakan metode Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO).Berdasarkan analisa yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Particle Swarm Optimization diperoleh bahwa lokasi optimal dalam pemasangan kapasitor terdapat pada Bus 28. Pemasangan kapasitor pada Bus terjadi penurunan rugi-rugi daya pada Penyulang Blahkiuh dari 0,150 MW menjadi 0,087 MW. Tegangan terendah pada bus 0,9430 p.u.
