Abstract

The principle of education humanistic make from progressivism, namely child centered education. The teacher has a democratic and cooperative role, participation in student activity. Learning process and activity based student, it is a problem solving. Education is not only with target to humanistic but need transcendental target. Morality become is very important in this educational model, how created someone can meaningfulness it self and another. Education can build morality and capacity to realization living goal is it a style education humanism religious. Finally all person in this live can taste comfortable to ibtigha’a mardlatillah and radliyatan mardliyyah.

Abstract

Literature learning can be used as student’s self development, in form interest and talent realization. This implemented with reading, writing, and appreciation activity. From these three activity, literature learning at school can reach there main learning competence, namely affective, cognitive, and psychomotor competence. But literature learning still not reaches optimal outcome, explicit from lack of Indonesia writer that “born” from literary faculty.

Abstract

Since early age, children have to give knowledge, in a form of many stimuli. Teaching at early age is like forming carving at stone that will last forever. Abstract

Iqbal’s Islamic education basic principle properly entitled “modern” because he has trying to synthesize education. This kind of education is not traditional education (orthodox and Sufi) and not modern education ala West an sich, but education that have direction to form human being, creating human character that not only “knowing” but also creative and dynamic, that enhance human values and specifically Islamic spiritual culture. Therefore, Iqbal principle of thought has correlation with recent modern education nowadays.

Abstract

From a recent research in psychology, revealed that IQ is not only factor that affect learning performance. One of other factor is emotional intelligence (EQ). This article explore the relation between EQ and learning performance, based on survey at 2nd grade State High school (SMAN 2) Mataram. Emotional intelligence is one’s capability to recognize and manage emotion, self-motivation, recognize others emotion (empathy), and ability to build relation (cooperation) with others. Learning performance is learning outcome from learning activity that measured and rated academically at report figure. SQ scale used here based on Daniel Goleman theory. The result is that there are relation between emotional intelligence and learning performance.

Abstract

: Multidimensional crisis at our country is based on value (akhlak) crisis that emerge from lack of spiritual intelligence. Abstract

 Religious education problems are generally same, with typology lack of internalization process of religious values on student soul. Education is only at religion knowledge level, not at how to practice religion. To eliminate this problems we need alternative solution namely tauhid as religion’s core, that will bring result takwa. Whatever lessons in school, if based on tauhid spirit comprehensively, will give strong impact to lofty character and behavior of students.

Abstract

Text book is books that function as student reference as learning media (instructional). Text books have important role on every education system, inside class or outside class. Text book content developed based on prevailing curriculum. Therefore, text book must standardized, and seen as collection of knowledge about every side of life. Its have to be prepared on its comprehensiveness and its presentation, so can give facility to autonomous learning activity, on its substance or its method. Abstract

it’s an obligatory to measure individual performance at an organization. From that we will know whether task is conducted by individual, and whether result work productivity. This work productivity measuring is an effort to ensure employee or personal have do their task with certain standards. This evaluation result can be used as basis for reward or punishment. There are several methods to value employee performance, namely Checklist method and Behaviorally Anchored Rating Scale (BARS). Checklist method have simplicity on application, but prone to evaluator bias. Whereas BARS method is more adequate, because based on employee active participation, but not every performance domain can be valued with this method.

Abstract

The aim of learning not only for fundamental principles mastery in the field of skill, but also develop which are positive attitude, research and invention with problem solving from their ability. The mathematics study in elementary school, supposed happen reinvention. Activity open-ended can bring student in answer problem with many manner and may be also many answers (true) so that invite intellectual potential and student experience in course to find something new.
