Abstract

This research starts from the general assumption that most of the Indonesian generation is dominated by Muslim communities who attend public schools rather than madrasa schools, whereas Islamic Religious Education (PAI) taught to students is more taught in madrasa schools. As a result, many Muslim students have a lack of understanding of religion and they do not understand perfectly (kaffah) about the values ​​contained therein. Islamic education in public schools such as elementary schools to senior high schools must receive development, modification, innovation and additional learning programs so that the integral objectives of Islamic education can be achieved properly. A more optimal learning system can be done by broadly modifying PAI subjects. Besides, pesantren-based education launched in public schools is to create students to have higher moral character. This study discusses the development and learning process of PAI in public schools that implement pesantren-based school programs. This study aims to describe the pesantren-based schools by describing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the learning system. The analytical approach in this study is naturalistic by conducting a comprehensive and descriptive discussion on the focus of research in an integrated education system, with observation and interview methods, followed by testing the validity of data through frequent interactions with primary sources, conducting more diligent observation and conduction triangulation tests. Besides, this research uses descriptive analysis, cross-case analysis and comparative and inductive reasoning for the discussion and analysis of findings. The results of this study explain that the application of pesantren-based Islamic religious education in public schools has good grades for students because students can practice and explore religious knowledge as they should.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to analyze the competence of special education teacher with collaborative teaching. The research method used is qualitative research that is literature study (library research). Based on the results of the literature study, it is found that collaborative teaching can develop the competence of Special Supervising Teachers in the area of specific abilities, namely the abilities needed to educate students of specific types of special needs. As for collaborative teaching, special education teacher can develop individual education programs that function as blueprints for special education programs.

Abstract

Hearing-impaired students are visual learners. That’s why the visual media selection will be the most appropriate media assistance for teachers, especially in teaching vocabulary. This research aimed to investigate the use of visual media and teacher challenges in developing English vocabulary for hearing-impaired students. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach. The participants of the research were an English teacher and eight hearing-impaired students in the 8th grade of SMPLB N Banjarnegara. The data were obtained through observation, interviews, and students’ self-reports. The researchers found that the teacher used limited visual media at around the combination of a whiteboard, images, picture dictionary, and realia. The teacher used a whiteboard to write and draw the material. Images and picture dictionary were used to give an overview and insight to the students and sign language was used as language instruction in the teaching process. Less practice pronouncing the words and misunderstanding on reading the lips movements became the challenges for the teacher. Furthermore, the teacher has less technical skills to utilize technological-based media in delivering the materials.

Abstract

The main competence required by teachers is the competence of assessment and decision making (judgment and decision making), which is defined as the ability to draw conclusions about the situation at hand and the ability to make decisions under any conditions, including when under pressure. This ability must be possessed by every individual including the teacher because the condition under pressure or often called stress has become an inseparable part of life. Stress can make someone who experiences it think and try hard in solving a problem or challenge in life as a form of adaptation response to stay afloat. But it also becomes a big problem for teachers because it can affect health and achievement and can have adverse effects on their students.

Abstract

Early childhood learning in KINDERGARTEN or PAUD, there is no doubt that the name plays and sings. The song became one of the media that is often used as a learning media by teachers. There are so many types of song genres in Indonesia, and one of the genre of songs commonly used as a media study in KINDERGARTEN or PAUD is a song with religious genres, with the purpose of planting religious character for children, as a medium for the development of moral religious value for children and others. Ann's research conducted by researchers was classified as a librarary research study by collecting primary and secondary data related to early childhood Islamic songs. This study used a qualitative approach, to interpret and explain the research object, which is the analysis of religious values in early childhood Islamic songs. In this study, researchers took some early childhood Islamic songs as samples, which would later be analyzed what religious values were in the song. The results of this study showed that

Abstract

The background of this research originated from the admiration of the author of the book Habis Gelap Terbitlah Terang by R.A. Kartini who has an extraordinary spirit in fighting for the dignity of women. Women who are not valued, are not recognized, and do no have the opportunity to develop themselves during the R.A. Kartini, now has freedom. His dignity and recognition are recognized by the community. But along with the development of the era that was so extraordinary. Book Habis Gelap Terbitlah Terang began to be forgotten by the people. This research included qualitative research and the type of research that the authors do is library research. The research approach used is the historical approach. The method of data collection in this study is adjusted to the type of research conducted, namely the research library, then the right data collection method is the collection and documentation method. Data analysis in this study uses content analysis method. Based on the results of research conducted by the author about the concept of the dignity of women in view of R.A. Kartini can be concluded that the concept of the dignity of women in the view of R.A. Kartini has seven concepts: educated women, virtuous women, skilled women, free women who are civilized and educated, men collaborate with women, women who are knowledgeable about religion, and delete the caste system in society. The seven concepts have a close relationship to Islamic education which is focused on the goal of Islamic education, namely facilitates women to develop themselves, both in the realm of individuals, families, social and in work so that we create human being.

Abstract

Indonesia is predicted to experience a demographic bonus between 2015 and 2035. With the abundance of productive human resources, Islamic education institutions must be ready to manage their human resources with the right strategy to implement. Management of human resources from Al-Quran's perspective is the right choice in an Islamic educational institution, and this management has been implemented in integrated Islamic schools. In this research, a case study will be taken at SDIT Insan Cendekia Boyolali, which is considered useful in implementing human resource management. The implementation carried out by SDIT Insan Cendekia Boyolali starts from four management components: 1) Planning, 2) Organizing, 3) Controlling, 4) Actuating has implemented Al-Qur'an perspective management. Likewise, in the implementation of the principles of human resource management, namely: 1) The principle of monotheism, 2) The principle of justice and welfare, 3) The principle of deliberation, 4) The principles of efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity, 5) The principles of discipline, integrity, and loyalty, 6) The principle of division of authority and responsibility, 7) The Ukhuwah Principle. There are still some deficiencies in the implementation, but educators can already felt the results.

Abstract

This research examines the Concept of Advanced Islamic Education in the View of Haedar Nashir. The focus of the research that was reviewed is how Haedar Nashir views the concept of Advanced Islamic Educators. This type of research is library research which is a pure library research. Thus the collection of data in this study is to use documentation methods that look for data on things or variables in the form of records such as books, magazines, documents, articles, words, daily minutes, meeting notes and so on.

Abstract

This research study aims to determine the implementation of the learning start with a question method in learning akidah morals at MA Mazro'atul Huda Wonorenggo Karanganyar Demak, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in this implementation. Qualitative method is a method used in this research, namely an approach that aims to understand a phenomenon in depth. The subjects of this research were the head of Madrasah, a teacher of akidah akhlak at MA Mazro'atul HudaWonorenggo Karanganyar Demak and one female student of class X IPA 1. Data about the implementation of the learning method start with a question on learning akidah akhlak at MA Mazro'atul. Huda Wonorenggo Karanganyar Demak was collected by interviewing, observing, and using documentation study. After the researcher went directly to the field and collected data accurately and analyzed it, the results showed that: First, the learning method start with a question is an innovative method in learning that can create situations and conditions for students to be much more active in learning and can develop the ability to ask questions about the material akidah morals given. The implementation of the learning method start with a question in learning akidah akhlak at MA Mazro'atul Huda Wonorenggo Karanganyar Demak has been implemented properly. Second, the supporting factors of the method, namely: from the mediator or educators, the factors of the education participants, the advantages of the learning start with a question method itself and the infrastructure such as the learning media used. Abstract

Abstrak: metode pembelajaran berbasis Audiovisual adalah metode pembelajaran yang menggabungkan audio dan media visual atau bisa disebut visual tampilan media yang. Media audiovisual sangat tepat digunakan di tingkat sekolah dasar untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa sejak dini. Dalam penelitian ini penulis memiliki beberapa aspek pokok bahasan yang dituju, yaitu (1) mengetahui bagaimana proses persiapan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis audiovisual, (2) pengaruhnya terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, (3) mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan metode berbasis audiovisual dalam pembelajaran online.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan studi pustaka (literature review). Metode penelitian kepustakaan jenis ini digunakan untuk membahas penggunaan media audiovisual yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada tingkat sekolah dasar. Untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian, penulis menggunakan teknik dokumentasi yaitu pengumpulan data berupa dokumen, sumber data yang bersifat mati, bisa berupa catatan, surat, aset, foto, dll.
