Indonesian nation consist of many kind of culture, ethnic, race, religion, etc. At one side that diversity is a treasure of Indonesian, but at other side it triggers social conflict. Conflict that happens about three decade of New Order power is because our education always teaching similarity (uniformity) and averse plurality. Therefore, this paper suggested multicultural education as solution to this problem. Multicultural education has to be implemented on learning process at school. It not necessarily became separated lesson, but can integrated to every lesson . Multicultural education is a process to cultivating attitude to respect each other, honest, and tolerant to cultural diversity that exit on the plural society. With multicultural education we hope thereâ€™s toughness and flexibility of this nation to face the clash of social conflict.

An effort to cultivate process spirit to student has to be done patiently.Â That process will make them remember that success is an accumulation of ability to solve the problem. Big success is an accumulation of little successes. Long-term objective achieved with midterm and short-term effort. Every success full people have reached his point with process full of strategy, struggle, patience and perseverance. Participative education enriched with process will teach student to think critical and open mind.

Kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah memungkinkan pendekatan baru terhadap pengajaran, pembelajaran, dan riset ilmiah. Paper ini membahas bagaimana teknologi menimbulkan dampak pada pendidikan tinggi, dikaitkan dengan kondisi sistem pendidikan tinggi dan konteks sosial yang lebih luas. Lima hal yang penting dibahas adalah sebagai berikut: (1) pendidikan tinggi dan teknologi dalam masyarakat modern; (2) dampak historis teknologi terhadap pendidikan; (3) bidang-bidang pendidikan yang tersentuh kemajuan teknologi terkini; (4) pertimbangan kebijakan pemerintah dalam bidang teknologi; and (5) keengganan terhadap perubahan teknologis dalam pendidikan tinggi. Kemajuan teknologi telah memperluas akses dan penyesuaian pembelajaran dengan kebutuhan koginitif dan tingkat kesiapan pembelajar. Values education is activity which help students in order that they have instruction which determine all of their actions. Values education is considered urgent in education activity. It is purposed to build social solidarity, especially in religion and cultural plurality era. The reality of social, religion, and cultural conflict, showed education functions as transfer of moral values still optimal yet. Pendidikan mental entrepreneurship belum banyak mendapat perhatian masyarakat, meskipun kondisi objektif sebenarnya telah memaksa masyarakat melihat ini sebagai alternatif. Islam adalah agama kerja karena relevan dengan entrepreneurship ini. Islam banyak menjelaskan tentang kerja keras dan dalam sejarah umat Islam dan banyak bersentuhan dengan kegiatan berdagang. Oleh karena itu, sebenarnya Islam sangat konsen dan apresiatif terhadap aktivitas berdagang yang merupakan jiwa entrepreneurship . Hal yang penting adalah praktisi pendidikan harus memberikan ruang yang kondusif pada masyarakat agar jiwa/mental entrepreneurship dapat tumbuh dan berkembang menjadi bagian penting dalam hidupnya dan dapat menjadi pilihan dalam beraktivitas. Mengingat karakteristik dalam entrepreneurship adalah bekerja dengan sungguh-sungguh, maka di samping melakukan upaya yang bersifat kerja nyata juga tidak kalah penting, menurut logika orang beragama untuk memperhatikan hal yang bersifat non teknis; meningkatkan kualitas spiritual adalah upaya yang sangat penting dilakukan.

Education with love as its basic will shape and develop children potential. A Child should able to do activity that good and rational. A teacher and parent are just spectators, who suggest correction when something unwise and dangerous happen to children and everyone else. Creativity forming on love based education is direct student to always creative. Therefore, this conception is a criteria that he applying spiritual quotient. Intelligent people spiritually will not solve live problem just rationally or emotionally. But, he will relate it will life meaning spiritually, connect it with spiritual legacy as sacred texts or saint saying to give interpretation to recent situation.

: This paper has been used to give insight for the researches or the students of high school about nonparametric statistic and itâ€™s applications at the analysis of simple regression specially to fit the regression line and the test of hypotheses. A regression line of estimation Y = a + bX, in nonparametric statistic a and b can be found way of manual with least square method. But in nonparametric statistic can be found way of manual with Brown-Mood method. The test of hypotheses for a and b from population with model of regression equalization Y = a + bX is used Brown-Mood method too. The statistic of test from Brown-Mood method as follow : x2 = with n, n1, and n2Â follow steps from Brown-Mood.Â
