Kata kunci: stigma, depresi, kualitas hidup HIV ABSTRACTQuality of life of patients with HIV/AIDS has to be headed since this infectious diseases is chronic and progressive so that it widely spread to all physical, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects life. The stigma and discrimination toward ODHA (people life with HIV/AIDS) is still the problem in handling HIV/AIDS in Indonesia. The objective of the researchwas to determine the relationship of stigma, depression, and fatigue with quality of life among HIV/AIDS patients, population in this study were all HIV/AIDS patients who come to visit the Veterans Clinic totaling 78 people and a sample of 78 respondents. Data were collected by researchers using questionnaire assisted by officers from the Clinic Veteran, NGOs and field personnel (counselors) or escort patients who previously trained prior to filling the questionnaire, research instrument used to measure the quality of life is WHOQOL-HIV BREF has been modified, using a scale to measure stigma Berger, whereas depression was measured by questionnaire Epidemiologycal The Center For Studies Depression Scale (CES-D) and fatigue (tiredness) were measured using a questionnaire of fatigue modified scale of HIV-Related Fatigue Rating Scale (HRFS). Analysis of data on bivariate analysis using Pearson correlation test, whereas multivariate analysis using multiple correlation test (multiple linear regression). The research used cross sectional design. The samples consisted of 78 respondents. He result of the research showed that 47 respondents (60,30%) were females, 66 respondents (84,6%) were senior high school graduates, 37 respondents (47,40%) were entrepreneurs, 46 respondents (59%) were married, and 29 respondents (37,2%) underwent HIV/AIDS more than 2 years. He result of correlation test showed that these was significant correlation of stigma, depression, and fatigue with quality of life (p=-0,59, -0,59, -0,39). The result of linear regression analysis showed that the variable of depression had the most dominant correlation with quality of life at coefficient correlation =0,40. The conclusion of this study there is a significant relationship between stigma and depression fatigue with the quality of life of patients with HIV/AIDS with the power being on stigma and depression while on the fatigue strength is weak with the direction of the correlation is negative, which means the higher the stigma, depression and fatigue, the lower quality of life. Depression variables are variables that most affect the quality of life of patients with HIV / AIDS with a correlation coefficient of 0.63. Recommendations from this study is necessary to approach the traditional leaders and religious leaders to give a good explanation related to the stigma that is still felt by patients with HIV / AIDS so that people can accept people living with HIV are well and need to do the nursing interventions independently and collaboratively on patients with depression such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (to improve the self-esteem of patients by giving hope about things that can still be done the patient.Keyword : stigma, depression, quality of life HIV.
