Abstract

According to "Undang-undang nomor 14 tahun 2005 tentangGuru dan Dosen ", teacher college institution (LPTK) has astrategic role in preparing professional teachers with fourcompetencies: pedagogical, personal, professional, and socialcompetencies. In this context, LPTK is requested as a goodeducational institution to prepare professional teachers.To anticipate that challenge, LPTK needs to do some programsto prepare professional teachers. One of them is to applyexperience-based instruction because the instruction is therealization of the curriculum design in the classroom.Some activities to support the application of experience-basedinstruction are the synchronization of competency formulation,development of the competency-based field study program, anddevelopment of the performance-based evaluation.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine the model of experiential learning,theoretically, and to consider it's appropriateness to be applied inentrepreneurship training, especially in non-formal educationprograms.The Characteristics contained in this learning model is in accordancewith the characteristics of the learner of non-formal educationprograms. Thus, philosophically speaking, learning experiential modelis in accordance with the philosophy of non-formal education.Therefore, this accordance create the possibility of this modelapplication in non-formal education programs, specifically those whichaimed at improving or developing the entrepreneurial spirit and learnerin the community.

Abstract

Tujuan peneliti ini untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam menyusun RencanaPelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) model pembelajaran kontekstual dengan diskusi tutor sebayapada guru kelas SD Negeri 02 Kwadungan Semester 1Tahun Pelajaran 2011/2012. Metodologiyang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Skolah (PTS) yang terdiridari..........Hasil penelitian tindakan sekolah menunjukkan keberhasilan ketercapaian indikatorpenelitian dengan perincian sebagai berikut; (a) pada kondisi awal penguasan penyususan RPPmodel pembelajaran kontekstual para guru kelas dengan alat penilaian APKG 1 mencapai ratarata75. (b) pada siklus 1 pencaian nilai rata-rata penyusunan RPP model pembelajarankontekstual adalah 82,5. Berarti mengalami peningkatan 7,5 digit dari kondisi awal. (c) padasiklus 2 pencapaian nilai rata-rata penyusunan RPP model pembelajaran kontekstual adalah 92.Berarti mengalami peningkatan 9,5 digit.Maka dapat disimpulkan penelitian tindakan sekolah dengan hipotesa ” Metode diskusitutor sebaya dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam menyusun RPP model pembelajarankontekstual pada Guru Kelas SD Negeri 02 Kwadungan Semester 1 tahun 2011/2012” dapatditerima.

Abstract

Resource Based Learning 11dalah suatu pendekatan yangdirancang untuk memudahkan siswa dalam menguasaiketeranipilan. Pendekatan pembelajaran ini berusaha memberipengertian kepaja peserta didik tentang luas dankeanekaragaman sumber-sumber infonnasi yang dapatdimanfaatkan untuk belajar. Mendesain busana adalah menciptamode atau mencipta sesuatu yang baru tentang pakaian. Hal inidapat dilakukan oleh indiv!du-individu yang memiliki jiwakreatif karena di da'am mer11ncang mode harus dilakukandengan keinginan ::rang kuat dari dalam pribadi perancangsupaya ketika mendesain tidak merasa jenuh, bosan dan berhentiketika mendesain. Sehubungan dengan hal itu maka seorangperancang mode harus memiliki banyak inspirasi dalammenciptakannya. lnspirasi tcrsebut akan diperoleh apabilapeserta didik memiliki sumber-sumber infonnasi yang berkaitandcngan mendesain. Sumber tersebut dapat berupa buku, jumal,surat kabar, multi media, web dan desainer.Dengan memanfaatkan sepennhnya segala sumber infonnasisebagai sumber belajar, maka peserta didik deilgan mudah dapatmemahami konsep tentang cara meningkatkan kreativitasrnendesain sehingga nantinya dapat mengembangkankl!percayaan akan diri sendiri di dalam mendesain yangmemungkinkan untuk mela11jutka11 belajar sepanjang hidupnya.

The background of this article came from violence cases at schoolwhich encompass physical psychological violence. Some datashow these thoughtful conditions need to be treated immediately toanticipate broader (larger) consequences for teachers, students andeducation word in Indonesia. Teachers use some kinds of abusebehavior forms as a means to make students be discipline.However, these are not such a right way for that purpose. Thereforethey will need an educational practice which is humanist forstudents. One of the supportive aspects for humanistic education isrespect. Respect is an attitude that admits, appreciate views andstand points of students without underestimate them, open to havecommunication with, and not only provide academic valuation butalso psychological security and give them success experiences.More ever, mutual respect is also important in learning activitiesbecause it can improve student learning interests and motivations.In sum, teachers need to have that kind of attitude (respect), so theycan contribute to the attainment of learning goals maximally.

The learning experience obtained as much as possible to provide real learning experiences of students. One of source which can be utilized in Civic Education learning is based on the environment. Environment that can be used for Civic Education learning in primary schools is the natural environment, social environment, and cultural environments.

Abstract

The research is aim to describe; (1) The ICT base of distance learning program implementation (PJJ S-1 PGSD) of PPSD FIP UNY from some aspects such are; (a) instructional planning (b) instructional process and (c) iinstructional evaluation, (2) The constraint factors that is faced to achieve most favorable program implementation of PJJ S-1 PGSD, (3) The instructional impact of the program to the students self motivated learning. The research method is descriptive qualitative of embedded case study research in order to gather relevan data. Data collection technique is interview, observation, and documentation. The informant is the program management, the tutor and the students of PJJ S-1 PGSD. The data is analysis with interactive model of Miles and Huberman. Data validity is obtained by conducted extensive research, persistent of observation, prolong full participation, memberchek, key informant review, and triangulation (method, data and time).The research finding is; (1) There are some paces of instructional program implementation of PJJ S-1 PGSD that are (a) training program (preparation), (b) in house tutorial, (c) self assignment by on-line, practice, and field visit, and (d) evaluation in the form of formative test, self assignment, amount of tutorial participation, and final examination (UAS). (2) The constraint factors of PJJ S-1 PGSD program implementation are: (a) dual role of the students, (b) dual role of lecture, (c) low students ICT literacy, (d) limited access to the internet, (e) students low in self motivation and achievement, and (f) limited of learning facilities. (3) instructional learning process of PJJ S-1 PGSD have no sufficient impact to the students self motivated learning, which d by; (a) limited capability of self regulation in learning such as time management, learning strategy, and important critical learning activities as reading, summarizing, note taking is not well programming, (b) low learning responsibility of the students in self evaluation, reflection, problem solving, and regulating learning process, and (c) limited learning resources utilization of the students.

Pendidikan merupakan faktor penting dahlm mobilitas sosialseseorang. Pendidikan. sebagai sebuah kebijakan formal sudahberulang kali mengalami eksperimentasi sejak era kemerdekaansampai saat ini. Namun demikian pendidikan justru banyak dinilaigagal mengantarkan bangsa ini sebagai bangsa yang sejajar dengan I ..negara maju. Bahkan untuk sekedar dibandingkan dengan negaranegaradi kawasan asia tenggara. ·Pendidikan bahkanmengahadirkan p!rsoalan baru yang jauh lebih rumit dankompleks. Beberapa hal yang mendasari kegagalan · daripendidikan kita diantaranya bahwa model pendidikan kita yangahistoris, anti realitas, dan tidak berorientasi pada karakter intisebagai potensi bangsa yang paling diunggulkan. Basis sosiokultural masyakat kita adalah masyarakat agraris dan maritim.Untuk itu, pendidikan seharusnya diorientasikan untuk dapatmemberdayakan dua potensi dasar ini. Disinilah peran · pentingTeknologi Pendidikan diperlukan. Desain pendidikan secarakomperhensif dari SD sampai perguruan tinggi nampaknya lebihdiperlukan dari sekedar membuka sekolah-sekolah kejuruanpe~ian atau kelautan sebagaimana telah menjadi kebijakan yangtelah lalu. Sec~ra konkret, Ilmu pendidikan mesti terlibat dalampenyusunan kurikulum pada kelompok agronomi, teknik; ekonomi,dan juga ilmu-ilmu social yang didesain berbasis pada agraris dankelautan. Kelompok disiplin agro/maritim. mesti mampumenghasi!kan lulusan yang produksi pertanian/kelautan,pengolahan basil pertanian/kelautan dan agro industri. Disiplinilmu teknik mesti mampu mencetak lulusan yang terampil dalammendesain mesin-mesin pertanian dan perkapalan. Disiplin ilmuekonomi mengembangkan kompetensi jaringan pemasaran sectorpertanian dan disiplin llmu social harus mampu mengembangkanlembaga-lembaga social tradisional pertanian dan kelauatan.
