Abstract

Audit quality is all posibilities (auditor) where the auditor when auditing the financial statements can find what is happening in the client’s accounting system and report it in audited financial statements. The audit must be carried out by one or more people who have sufficient expertise and technical training. The gender factor is an individual characteristic that is brought for within a person that is brought along and self perception is related to the way in which information is collected and prepared, thus affecting the quality of the resulting audit. This study tries to analyze competence and associate gender with audit quality.The subject in this study were auditors who worked at Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) in West Jakarta. Data collections uses purposive sampling with the criteria of auditors who have worked at least one years in KAP. The design of this study is causality or causation, using multiple linier regression analysis tools.The result showed that audit knowledge has a positive affect on audit quality but feminine personality negatively affects audit quality. While work experience and masculine personality has no effect to audit quality. This research to produces audit quality that is produced from audit knowledge while audit knowledge will increase accountability so that it will improve the quality of work results. On the other hand aggressive, emotional and illogical attitudes possessed by feminine personalities would otherwise lose audit quality. Keywords: audit knowledge, work experience, gender, feminine, masculine, audit quality

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to provide inputs for Blackberry mobile phone manufacturers in the latest innovations in terms of features and applications that support the educational world. This research through the distribution of survey questionnaires to the field with regular students the class of 2010 at the University of Esa Unggul. Variables in this study consists of independent variables (price and feature phone) and the dependent variable (Student Satisfaction). Processing data using multiple regression analysis and partial significant test. The hypothesis of this study consists of the first, Blackberry phones prices affect the level of student satisfaction and second, features of Blackberry mobile phones affect the level of student satisfaction. If the results of the t-test <0.05 then the hypothesis is accepted.Keywords: price, features, level of satisfaction

Abstract

Experiential marketing, an approach to create emotional connection with customers through careful planning of tangible and intangible service elements. With ever-increasing competition, service pro-viders seek to develop loyalty by aggressively designing, continuously innovating, and managing their customer experiences. This research empirically investigates and explores the influence bet-ween different service elements designed to create enhanced experience toward on Lion Air and Mandala Air Lines customer loyalty. The secondary purpose of this research is aimed to know how much difference mean of cusomer’s  loyalty between Lion Air and Mandala Air Lines. The sample was taken by clustered sampling method and were analyzed by using regression analysis and mann-whitney U  test. The result of the study proved that there was a simultaneous influence among Sense, Feel, Think, Act, Relate toward Loyalty on Lion Air dan Mandala Airlines passenger. Partially, only Act which had significant influence toward loyalty on Lion Air, and only Relate which had significant influence toward loyalty on Mandala Airlines. In summary, the authors conclude there is no significant difference loyalty between Lion Air and Mandala Airlines . Keywords: Experiential Marketing, Sense, Feel

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to determine business model strategy of a company in the future, how does a company offers more to customers and maintain customers and everything related with business development. Business development is something required to be done by every company in order to be able to compete. This matter also happens in delivery service business. Delivery service business in Indonesia is very popular in Indonesia, wherein online delivery service business develops continuously, so delivery services also increase. But, this development must be followed by business model development, so the result will be satisfying for delivery service companies, especially in Jakarta. Research result shows that the best strategy is market penetration. Some alternatives that can be done are by enhancing resources by alliancy and coopetition, creating a competitive price scheme by mapping the cost from partner to obtain the best price, and also by doing promotion through several medias owned by the company, by ATL or BTL with the main purpose to increase selling. Keywords: Business Model, Courier Service.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji minat untuk melakukan kegiatan investasi di pasar modal. Penelitian ini mempunyai rancangan kausalitas dengan pengujian hipotesis. Metode pengumpulan data adalah survey. Jenis data berbentuk primer berupa data subyek yang menyatakan opini, sikap, pengalaman, atau karakteristik subyek penelitian secara individual. Dimensi waktu adalah one shot study. Responden penelitian adalah mahasiswa ekonomi universitas esa unggul sebanyak 123 dengan unit analisis adalah individu. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan: 1.Manfaat investasi  berpengaruh positif terhadap minat investasi. 2. Edukasi  tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat investasi. 3. Modal mínimum tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat investasi. 4. Return investasi berpengaruh positif terhadap minat investasi. 5. Motivasi  tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat investasi.  Kesimpulan penelitian adalah Mahasiswa perlu diberikan pengetahuan pentingnya informasi, pentingnya melakukan kegiatan investasi di pasar modal demi mendorong minat mahasiswa untuk melakukan kegiatan dipasar modal. Return investasi yang diberikan oleh kegiatan investasi berupa deviden dan capital gain mampu memberikan impact terhadap minat mahasiswa, dimana dari deviden dan capital gain tersebut dapat meningkatkan kesejahteran hidup mahasiswa.

Abstract

Purpose of research after obtained model of Decision of Purchasing in creative motorcycle industry based on brand equity, hence research at next stage which is to be achieved is Construction method and marketing strategy for company in creative motorcycle industry that able to push decision purchase based on brand equty, so useful to develop appropriate strategy policies to increase sales turnover. The application of a marketing strategy formed through a customer purchase decision-making model based on customer equity, is the most valuable asset in business, serves as the foundation that will shape the image, personality, identity, attitudes, familiarity, association and awareness of a product. This research design using triangulation method approach that is combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis. The population in this study is all consumers of motorcycles in Indonesia who buy and use motorcycles. Of this population will be drawn samples to be used in research as respondents as much as 300 respondents. Sampling technique in this research using non probability sampling method with quota sampling method. The analytical method used is SEM with AMOS, resulting in a model which is a representation of the theory analyzed descriptively. From the results of model testing was developed to develop competitive strategy according to the condition of product / company of creative industry concerned by using BCG Matrix, ADL Matrix, and PLC Matrix. The result of the research in model testing shows that the variable of Perceived Quality, Brand Loyalty, Brand Awareness, have significant influence to Decision Purchasing, which is mediated by Intention Purchasing. While the Brand Association does not affect Intention Purchasing and Decision Purchasing. Intention purchasing, able to mediate between Brand Awareness, Percived Quqlity, Brand Loyality to the purchase decision. Based on the purchasing decision formulation, the competitive strategy is mapped based on the life cycle stages of introduction, growth, maturity, and decline to the competitive position of industry through company level including weak, tanable, favorable, strong, and dominant.            Keyword : brand equity, purchasing intention, purchasing decision.

Abstract

Kita hidup tentu saja tidak sendiri, melainkan sebagai makhluk sosial yang setiap saat membutuhkan dan pasti membutuhkan orang lain. Interaksi sosial pun acap kali menjadi hal mutlak yang dilakukan oleh setiap makhluk sosial seperti kita. Penyesuaian merupakan faktor yang penting dalam kehidupan manusia. Sehingga penyesuaian dalam hidup harus dilakukan supaya terjadi keseimbangan dan tidak ada tekanan yang dapat mengganggu suatu dimensi kehidupan. Kemampuan kerja adalah kapasitas individu untuk melaksanakan berbagai tugas dalam pekerjaan tertentu. Dimana kemampuan individu pada hakekatnya tersusun dari dua faktor yaitu : kemampuan intelektual dan kemampuan fisik. Penyesuaian adalah suatu proses. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Profitability on Firm Value with Debt Policy as a moderation variable in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2016. The independent variables used was Profitability proxied by Return On Assets (ROA), the dependent variable used was Firm Value as measured by Price to Book Value (PBV) and moderation variable used was Debt Policy as measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). This study used purposive sampling method with sample is forty four companies. The result of this study was the profitability had positive effect on Firm Value, Debt Policy had positive effect on Firm Value, and Debt Policy can not moderated the relationship between profitability to Firm Value. Keywords: profitability, debt policy, firm value AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan kebijakan utang sebagai variabel moderasi pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2013-2016. Variabel independen yang digunakan yaitu profitabilitas yang diukur dengan Return On Assets (ROA), variabel dependen yang digunakan adalah nilai perusahaan yang diukur dengan Price to Book Value (PBV) dan variabel moderasi yang digunakan yaitu kebijakan utang yang diukur dengan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 44 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas (ROA) berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV), kebijakan utang (DER) berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV) dan kebijakan utang tidak dapat memoderasi hubungan antara profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci:profitabilitas, kebijakan utang, nilai perusahaan

Abstract

his study aims to examine and analyze the effect of financial self-efficacy mediation on the factors that influence financial inclusion in small businesses in West Jakarta. The dependent variables used in this study are commercial attitude and financial literacy, financial inclusion as an independent variable, and financial self-efficacy as a mediating variable. The sample of this study used 176 respondents who used a purposive sampling method. The data analysis model used is structural equation modeling (SEM). The results of this study indicate that financial attitude has a positive influence on financial inclusion. Financial literacy does not have a positive impact on financial inclusion. Financial position has a positive effect on financial inclusion that is mediated by financial self-efficacy. Financial self-efficacy does not mediate the impact of financial literacy on financial inclusion. This means that attitudes and self-confidence of commercial consumers increase access to formal financial services. This research implies that financial managers and the government need to create a sense of security and comfort for small business activists who want to use formal financial institutions, and the government also needs to make regulations and policies that support increased productivity in the use of financial services legal. Keywords: financial self-efficacy, financial inclusion, financial knowledge, financial attitudes

Abstract

AbstrakMasalah yang diteliti adalah terjadinya anggapan Sistem Administrasi Perpajakan Modern dan Kualitas Pelayanan mempengaruhi Motivasi Wajib Pajak dalam Memenuhi Kewajiban Pajak pada KPP Pratama Jakarta Kramat Jati dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Sistem Administrasi Perpajakan Modern dan Kualitas Pelayanan mempengaruhi Motivasi Wajib Pajak dalam Memenuhi Kewajiban Pajak pada KPP Pratama Jakarta Kramat jati. Pemerintah Indonesia telah melakukan perubahan perundang-undangan di bidang perpajakan pada tahun 2008 dengan mengeluarkan beberapa Undang-undang pajak baru yaitu mulai 1 Januari 2009, yaitu UU No 28/2007 tentang Ketentuan Umum dan Tata Cara Perpajakan, serta UU No 36/2008 tentang Pajak Penghasilan. Perubahan Reformasi Pajak tahun 2008 yaitu terdapat terdapat konsep modernisasi administrasi perpajakan yaitu adanya layanan yang prima dan pengawasan yang intensif dengan pelaksanaan prinsip-prinsip good governance serta penurunan tarif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah KPP Pratama Jakarta Kramat Jati. Populasi data studi ini adalah Wajib Pajak. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data primer, yaitu data kualitatif yang diperoleh dari jawaban pernyataan yang diajukan kepada wajib pajak. Dari hasil analisis determinasi diperoleh koefisien 0,320 atau 32,0% dan 68,0% dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain diluar model. Dari hasil penelitian di dapat uji F dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000<0,05 atau Ha diterima, yang berarti secara simultan sistem administrasi perpajakan modern dan kualitas pelayanan mempengaruhi motivasi wajib pajak dalam memenuhi kewajiban pajak pada KPP Pratama Jakarta Kramat Jati. Secara parsial sistem administrasi perpajakan modern berpengaruh terhadap motivasi wajib pajak dalam memenuhi kewajiban pajak dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap motivasi wajib pajak dalam memenuhi kewajiban pajak  Nilai-nilai koefisien regresi yang diperoleh yaitu Y = 12,243 + 0,338X1 + 0,414X2 + e. Hasil penelitian ini mudah-mudahan dapat bermanfaat bagi KPP Pratama Jakarta Kramat Jati khususnya dalam penerapan sistem administrasi perpajakan modern sehingga wajib pajak termotivasi di dalam memenuhi kewajibannya sebagai wajib pajak.Kata kunci: sistem administrasi perpajakan modern, kualitas pelayanan, motivasi wajib pajak
