Abstract

The aim of this research is to examined the influence of money financial to firm value of manufacture companies listed one the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Money financial looks from financial ratios are ROA (Return on Asset) dan ROE (Return on Equity). This research object is manufacture companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange since 2009 – 2011. After sample has taken to observated by using method of purposive sampling, there are 74 manufacture companies.The result of this research show that ROA (Return on Asset) and ROE (Return on Equity) have influence to the firm value simultaneously. Partial, only ROE (Return on Equity) has influence to the firm value.

Abstract

The aims of this study to evaluate the performance of companies that are still using manual systems on sales activities and cash receipts which resulted in the presentation of cash receipts and sales report on PT. Trust Technology is becoming less effective, and providing advice to develop the company become a computer based system,that can improve the performance of the company to be more effective and efficient to produce cash receipts and sales reports.The results showed that there are still many weaknesses in information sales and cash receipts manual system in PT. Trust Technology, such as lack of control over the transaction receipt  is still in the form of paper and very easily to lost or damaged, and double tasks between departments. This is some of problems experienced by the  companies.To minimize the weaknesses of the company,the authors propose to develop sales and cash receipts computer-based information systems.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of concentred ownership, firm size, leverage and profitability to dividend payout policy of banking firms sector on the Indonesian stock exchange period of 2005 – 2012. Purposive sampling was used in this research. Off 34 banking firms, only 5 banking firms were carried out as samples. Multiple regression, t test and F test hypotheses were implemented to see the influence of concentred ownership, firm size, leverage and profitability to dividend payout policy. The result of t test showed that only leverage had no influence to dividend payout policy while concentred ownership, firm size and profitability had positive and significant effect to dividend payout policy. The result of F test indicated that concentred ownership, firm size, leverage and profitability had positive and significant influence to dividend payout policy. For furthet research, it is recommended to include other related variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyse and find out the influence of motivation and organization culture to employee’s performance of Business Unit SPBU PT. Putra Kelana Makmur Group Batam.   There are two variables in this research. The Independent variables are motivation and organization culture, and dependent variable is employee’s performance. Population in this research are all the employee’s of Business Unit SPBU PT. Putra Kelana Makmur Group Batam, 198 peoples. Sample taken with cluster divided from work contract status, the sample is 132 respondents. Data analyse is used double linear regression analysis for testing the influence of motivation and organization culture towards the employee’s performance of Business Unit SPBU PT. Putra Kelana Makmur Group Batam.The result of this research, a) motivation is positively and significantly influenced the employee’s performance. b) Organization culture also influenced positively and significantly to employee’s performance. c) Motivation and organization culture simultaneously, positively and significantly influenced the employee’s performance. Increasing employee’s motivation can give them more challenge and achievement. Giving support to the employee for participating in worker’s society. Increasing organization culture through giving more attention from leader, implement open communication system and treats to all the employees with fairness.

Abstract

The research is conducted to identify how much influence the general interior, store layout, and interior display affect the decision to buy by consumers of Nyenyes Palembang Outlet. The Data are analyzed by the application of multiple linear regression test, that is, t test and f test. SPSS version 12.00 for Windows is used to compute the test. The respondents consist of 52 customers of the outlet. The F test and t test show that the store atmosphere variable, that is, general interior (X1), Store layout (X2), and Interior design (X3) indicate a significant influence on the decision to buy by Nyenyes Palembang Outlet consumers. The linear regression computation result in Y=(a)3.039 + 0.225(X1) + 0.046( X2) + 0.077X3 indicating that the most dominant factor is genera interior.

Abstract

This research is aimed at identifying the influence of work ethic, knowledge, experience, and interpendence on the auditors’ judgement at the Financial Audit Office of South Sumatera. This research uses a quantitative method and data are computed using SPSS 16.0. The sample consists of 34 auditors working in financial audit office of south sumatera. The primary data are collected from questionnaires. The research results show that work ethic, knowledge, experience, and interpendence simultaneously have a significant influence on the auditors’ judgement, that is, as much as 78%. This suggest show that the work ethic, knowledge, experience, and interpendence has significant impact on the auditors’ judgement at the financial audit office of south sumatera.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to examine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation (EO) on SMEs’ performance. The data were collected from 170 respondents from SMEs in furniture industry located in Klender and Cirebon. The results reveal that entrepreneurial orientation affect SMEs’ performance. The results also show that the degree of EO is approximately the same across all SMEs in both locations. Similar to this, the results found there is no evidence that the degree of EO is different for exporter SMEs and non-exporter SMEs. However, exporter SMEs has better performance compare to their no-exporter counterparts.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine the important factors of various types of information for potential students when selecting a university. The data were collected from 202 respondents of students in year 1 at various university in Jabodetabek. The results reveals that students have five personal reasons when they choose HEI i.e. institution reputation, capacity development, facilities on campus, program suitability and tuition fee. The institution reputation emerges as the most important factor when students gather information to choose his or her future HEI. However, tuition fee is the most influential factor which affects student’s decision to enter the university.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to analyze the effect of Education and Training as well as Promotion on Employee Performance PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) UPT Balai Yasa Lahat Divre III Sumsel. This research used data from primary data collected directly from the object under study using questionnaires. Analysis technique in this research is multiple linier regression for obtaining overall concept about the relationship between one variable with the other variables.The result of this research show that Education and Training and promotion influence towards the performance of 59.3%. While partial test results education and training variable has positive and significant effect to employee performance. Promotion variables have positive and dominan effect to employee performance. The results of this research are expected to be used as suggestion, either for PT. Kereta Api UPT Balai Yasa Lahat to managing the company or by researchers further.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze Financial Management Rural Infrastructure Support National Community Empowerment Program ( RIS - PNPM ) in Local Community Organizations (CSOs) sub-district of Musi Rawas Tuah State. The variables used in this study is financial management. The analytic technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis. Based on the survey results revealed that the financial management of Rural Infrastructure Support National Community Empowerment Program ( RIS - PNPM ) in Local Community Organizations ( CSOs ) sub-district of Musi Rawas Tuah State has gone well, it is known to have responsibility, the ability to organize and manage finances, managed honestly, has the power effectiveness and efficiency, and effectively implemented in accordance with the available budget. Administrators and managers must have a human resource activities and have a good knowledge and mental activity that can be run either by giving pelatiahan - financial management training
