Abstract

There are many news in the mass media about the crime of bribery cases in the taxation scope and state budget waste may give a negative perception for WP toward the goverenment’s efforts to intensify tax collection and tax management transparency. This study aims to determine whether the benefits of having NPWP, sanctions, and the perception of taxpayers compliance of micro and small entrepreneurs in the city of Bandar Lampung related tax law number 28 of 2007. The sample in this study are small and micro entrepreneurs in the city of Bandar Lampung which are furniture business, home industries (manufacturing business of tofu, pempek, chips), convections, workshop, bakery, cafe, restaurant, panglong woods, and shops. The data used are primary data by direct surveys using the media poll/questionnaires. Data analysis tool that is used in this research is descriptive analysis.The results showed that the benefits of having NPWP, sanctions, and the perception of taxpayers effect to the tax compliance of small and micro  businesses to obey tax laws related to tax law number 28 of 2007.

Abstract

The increasing development of the retail business in Indonesia has resulted in fierce competition among retail companies. With this, retail companies will increase their marketing activities, in particular, such as service quality and promotion. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and promotion on consumer purchasing decisions. This research uses quantitative research methods. The data collection was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to visitors to the Kebumen Jadi Baru Department Store. The sample in this study collected 97 respondents with a sampling technique that is accidental sampling. Analysis of the data used in this study is multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS version 25. The results of this study state that service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Moreover, service quality and promotion have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the variables that affect the willingness to pay for environmental quality improvement in Nglanggeran Ancient Volcano. This study uses primary data with a total of 100 respondents. And the sample collection technique uses a combination of accidental sampling and purposive sampling using a contingent valuation method (CVM) approach. The analytical tool in this study is to use logistic binary regression on SPSS Version 21.0 for windows. The findings of this study indicate that the variables of age and number of dependents have a negative and significant effect on willingness to pay for improving environmental quality at the Nglanggeran Ancient Volcano tourism object. While the variables of education level, recreation costs, income, and frequency of visits have a positive and significant effect. The results of this investigation indicate that the value of Nagelkerke's R Square is 0.93 or 93%. Willingness to pay to improve the environmental quality of the Nglanggeran Ancient Volcano can be proven 93% influenced by education level, recreation costs, income, frequency of visits, age, and dependents, with 7% variance explained by factors outside the model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance through motivation as a mediating variableat the north sungkai subdistrict office north lampung, employees at  the north sungkai sub district office in north lampung in carrying out prigram or tasks are always given direction by the leader and the pettern of relationship that are well estabilished between the leader.and subordinates so that enthusiasm to feel motivated so that they can achieve agency goals effectively and efficiently. The data used in this study is primary data, namely data obtained directly from the 35 respondets who filled out questionnaire and used econdry data, namely in the form of supporting data whose source in this study used path analysis with the help of the spss program. Based on the t-test, the spirit of the partial way of leadership style has a positive an significant effect on employee performance, the result of the f-test of leadership style and employee performace simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on motivation at the north Sungkai sub – district office north Lampung.

Abstract

The government accounting information system was developed on an accrual basis. Many obstacles in the application of the accrual basis are faced by the state financial management apparatus. Broadly speaking, these constraints are categorized into two factors, namely the preparation of information system technology and the operators who run the system. Information technology is an important tool that supports organizational effectiveness and efficiency in supporting good state financial governance. Literature study with the selection of topics relevant to the current conditions of implementing SAKTI 2022. The journal publications used are those published by universities and the Ministry of Finance. The keywords for journal search are "implementation" and "SAKTI”. The criteria for the selected journals are (a) studies that discuss the impact of implementing SAKTI, (b) original research, and (c) journals published by universities or institutions. The results of the review show that the quality of SAKTI is well received, although it is recommended that some features be improved. One of the risks borne by the durability of this system device is very important. Efforts to mitigate the risk require a high level of technical support. This requires proficient skills, fast response times, solution accuracy, and even empathy for system users.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence and motivation on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Tanjung Karang. The main source for the success of the task in an effort to increase work productivity. The respondents of this research were all employees of PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Tanjung Karang, totaling 30 respondents. Data collection using SPSS version 25.0. Based on the results of the discussion obtained multiple linear regression equations. The coefficient of determination test is 0.417. The test results show that competence has a significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with the f test results at a significant level of 0.000 simultaneously showing competence and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
