Abstract

Pedagang kaki lima (PKL) yang ada di Bandar Lampung terus berkembang dan semakin banyak salah satunya yaitu  Nasi Goreng Rico di Bandar Lampung yang merupakan penjual produk Nasi Goreng, Mie goreng, dan Mie rebus dengan rasa yang lezat dan kualitas yang baik. Masalah pada penelitian ini adalah mengalami ketidakstabilan volume penjualan pada bulan Januari sampai  bulan desember 2012, Strategi yang dipakai juga kurang tepat untuk menghadapi pesaing. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut maka permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu “Apakah menurunnya volume penjualan pada Nasi Goreng Rico di Bandar Lampung di sebabkan oleh penggunaan strategi pemasaran yang kurang tepat ?. adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang dapat meningkatkan volume penjualan Nasi Goreng pada Nasi Goreng Rico di Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini  adalah penelitian kepustakaan (Library Reseach), penelitian lapangan (Field Reseach), melalui cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif yaitu dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT dan Matrix BCG. Berdasarkan  hasil pembahasan analisis SWOT, Nasi Goreng Rico di Bandar Lampung memiliki keunggulan dari produk, bahan baku yang berkualitas baik, dan kemudahan dalam mendapatkan bahan baku  ini membuat Nasi Goreng Rico memiliki peluang untuk dapat meningkatkan volume penjualan di lihat dari produk yang di hasilkan mempunyai kualitas yang lebih baik dari pesaing. Kelemahan terbesar perusahaan adalah kurangnya pilihan produk, ruang usaha yang sempit, dan tidak melakukan pencatatan keuangan. Berdasarkan Analisis Matrix BCG posisi pangsa pasar diperoleh nilai tingkat pertumbuhan pasar sebesar 9% sedangkan untuk perhitungan pangsa pasar diperoleh nilai sebesar 2.24. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Nasi Goreng Rico berada pada Kuadran III, yaitu Sapi Perah (Cash Cows) yang memiliki pangsa pasar relatif tinggi tapi bersaing dalam pertumbuhan industri yang rendah. Organisasi sebaiknya pengembangan produk merupakan strategi yang menarik untuk Sapi Perah, Strategi yang cocok untuk posisi tersebut adalah stability strategi.Street vendors (PKL) in Bandar Lampung continues to grow and more and more one of them is Nasi Goreng Rico in Bandar Lampung which is the seller of fried rice, fried noodles and boiled noodles with a delicious flavor and good quality. The problem in this study were experiencing instability sales volume from January to december of 2012, the strategy adopted was also less apt to deal with competitors. Based on the problem, the problem in this research is "Are declining sales volume in Nasi Goreng Rico in Bandar Lampung caused by the use of the lack of proper marketing strategy?". as for the purpose of this study was to determine the marketing strategy to increase sales volume on Nasi Goreng Nasi Goreng Rico in Bandar Lampung. The method used in this research is the research library (Library Reseach), field research (Field Reseach), through observation, interviews and documentation. The analytical tool used is qualitative analysis by using SWOT analysis and BCG Matrix. Based on the results of the discussion SWOT analysis, Nasi Goreng Rico in Bandar Lampung has the advantage of products, raw materials are of good quality, and ease in obtaining raw materials makes Nasi Goreng Rico has the opportunity to be able to increase sales volumes in view of the products produced have the quality better than competitors. The biggest drawback is the lack of enterprise product selection, business space is cramped, and does not perform financial records. Based on the analysis of market share position BCG matrix obtained market value growth rate of 9%, while for the calculation of market share obtained a value of 2.24. This indicates that the Nasi Goreng Rico located in Quadrant III, the Dairy Cattle (Cash Cows) that has a relatively high market share but to compete in the low industrial growth. Product development organization should an interesting strategy for Dairy Cattle, strategies suitable for these positions is stability strategy.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kesehatan dan perkembangan usaha PT Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Kedaton di Bandar Lampung. Data yang digunakan adalah data keuangan perusahaan yaitu neraca dan laba rugi Tahun 2008 - 2012 dan kemudian diolah menjadi data yang lebih spesifik agar mudah untuk dianalisa. Analisis rasio keuangan yang digunakan sebagai dasar penilaian tingkat kesehatan keuangan PT Pegadaian (Persero) telah diatur dalam SK Menteri Badana Usaha Milik Negara No. 10 kep. 100/MBU/2002 tanggal 4 Juni 2002 yang meliputi delapan (8) rasio, yaitu return on equity, return on investment, cash ratio, current ratio, collection periods, perputaran persedaiaan, perputaran total asset, rasio modal sendiri terhadap total aktiva. Analisis perkembangan usaha PT Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Kedaton ditinjau dari rentabilitas ekonomi selama periode yang diteliti dapat dianalisis dengan cara menghitung besarnya rentabilitas ekonomis untuk periode yang diteliti dan untuk menguji hipotesis yang kedua digunakan rumus analisis trend linier dengan menggunakan metode least square. Kinerja keuangan PT Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Kedaton pada tahun 2008 samapi dengan tahun 2012 memiliki rata-rata kondisi yang sehat dengan kategori A. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh rata-rata penilaian kinerja keuangan diperoleh nilai sebesar 50,6 persen. Nilai tersebut lebih besar dari batas minimal perusahaan sehat sebesar 45,5 sehingga hipotesis pertama yang menyatakan bahwa tingkat kesehatan finansial PT Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Kedaton selama periode penelitian telah memenuhi klasifikasi  sehat, diterima. Pencapaian rentabilitas ekonomis dari tahun 2008 sampai dengan tahun 2012 cenderung mengalami penurunan, hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil analisis trend yang diperoleh berkoefisien negatif, yaitu sebesar -3,607 sehingga hipotesis kedua yang menyatakan bahwa perkembangan usaha PT Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang kedaton selama periode penelitian mengalami peningkatan, ditolak.The purpose of this research is to know the level health and the development of  PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Branch Kedaton in Bandar Lampung. This Research using finacial data such as profit and loss bal ances at years of 2008 through 2012. The data will being calculated to become a specify data and makes it’s easy to analize. The analize of financial Ratio being used as a indicator of financial health of PT. Pegaradaian (Persero) has been ruled in Minister Of Goverment Finacial Organization Policy Number 10 Kep. 100/MBV/2002, june 4, 2002 which consider to 8 ratio, such as  : Return On Equity, Return On Investment, Cash Ratio, Current Ratio, Collection Periodes, Funds Circullation, Total Asset Circullation,Prive Artio To Total Aktiva. The analize of PT Pegadaian (Persero) effort Branch Kedaton beinglooked at economic rentability alongthe periode which being research, to test the second Hipotesis used linier Trend Analize using Least Square Methode. The financial performance at PT pegadaian (Persero) branch Kedaton in years 2008 through 2012 hadaverage kealth condition in A categories it based from the finacial performance average which value 50,6 percdnt. The value more valuable then the company health limited which value at 45,5 percent based from that assumption the first hipotesis had fullfilled to the classification. Rentability economy reach decending trend at years 2008 through 2012, analizing to the case using trend anailize the negative koefesien being approved at -3,607 according to the assumption the second hipotesis will not approved.

Abstract

Problems faced by PT. Telkom as the telecommunications company is the number of consumer complaints against service quality flexi users has increased every year. On the other hand the number of consumers has increased flexi users. The problem of this study is: Does Quality of Service effect on customer loyalty flexi user? The purpose of this study to determine the effect of service quality on customer’s loyalty flexi at PT. Telkom in Bandar Lampung. Sampling method used was accidental sampling as many as 78 samples. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire with Likert scale measurement. The analysis tool used is the method of multiple linear regression. The results showed that the quality of service that consists of realibility ( ), Responsiveness ( ), Assurance ( ), Empathy ( ), Tangible ( ), in this way they make positif influence where similarity regresi Y = -12,538 + 0,245X1 0,256X3 +0,325 + X2 + + 0,330X4 0,484X5. Effect of quality of service (realibility, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles) on customer loyalty (Y) with the coefficient of determination (R Square) by 0,692 means that customer loyalty can only be explained by reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles statistically by 69,20% .. While the remaining 30.80% is influenced by other factors. F test results obtained F count (table Anovab) of 32,417. While the F table. obtained 2,45. Thus Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. It can be concluded that the five variables of service quality (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles) jointly have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty.

Abstract

In the era of globalization like today, we must often hear and talk about the business world, a sector that is developing in Central Lampung, namely food, namely Pempek 299. This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the influence of product quality and price on customer loyalty in Pempek 299 partially and simultanously. The population in this research, namely Pempek 299 consumers in 2020 as many as 975 consumers based on data from Pempek 299 consumers. The research sample totaled 91 respondents. Collecting data by means of interviews, observations, documentation and questionnaires. The analysist technique is in the form of validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regressions analysist, determination coefficientR2, hypothesis testing. The research results show 1. Product Quality has a significant positive effect on Customer Loyalty at Pempek 299 in Central Lampung. 2 Price has a significant positive effect on Customer Loyalty at Pempek 299 in Central Lampung. 3. Product Quality and Price have a significant positive effect on Customer Loyalty at Pempek 299 in Central Lampung.

Abstract

Salah satu kuliner khas Indonesia ialah sate terutama di Lampung. sektor yang sedang berkembang yaitu sate bang jack. Studi ini di lakukan untuk mengetahui kualitas Produk, Kepuasan Pelanggan, Promosi Online terhadap Minat Beli Ulang pada Sate Bang Jack secara parsial dan simultan. Populasi pada riset ini yakni sebanyak 1.561 dengan sempel penelitian 94 responden berdasarkan data konsumen Sate Bang Jack dengan mengisi kuesioner. Teknik analisis berupa ujivaliditas, ujireliabilits, regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasiR2, uji hipotesis. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda: Y = 2,975+ 0,087X1 + 0,299X2 + 0,329 X3. Hasil dari uji T yaitu Variabel Kualitas Produk (X1) nilai t hitung sebesar 2,891 > dari nilai t tabel 1,662. Variabel Kepuasan Pelanggan (X2) dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,876 > dari nilai t tabel 1,662. Variabel Promosi Online (X3) terhadap Minat Beli Ulang (Y) dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 3,299 > nilai t tabel 1,662. Sehingga hasil significant yang diperoleh sebesar 0,001, lebih kecil dari a yaitu 0,05 sehingga dapat dikatakan significant. pengujian simultan diperoleh nilai F hitung (15.677) > F tabel (3,1). Hasil koefisien determinasi (Rsquare) diperoleh sebesar 0,343.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence and motivation on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Tanjung Karang. The main source for the success of the task in an effort to increase work productivity. The respondents of this research were all employees of PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Tanjung Karang, totaling 30 respondents. Data collection using SPSS version 25.0. Based on the results of the discussion obtained multiple linear regression equations. The coefficient of determination test is 0.417. The test results show that competence has a significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with the f test results at a significant level of 0.000 simultaneously showing competence and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTProblems in this research was motorcycle sales brand honda beat to PT .Astra Honda Motor experienced fluctuations , sales the highest was in april of 7,03 % , while declining sales the highest was in june of 5,63 %. The problems formulated is whether brand image and prices influential of the decision the purchase motorcycle honda beat in students of the Faculty Business And Economy University Bandar Lampung .Population in this research is students of the faculty business and economy university bandar lampung were 96 respondents , data collection use spss 23.0 version .Based on the results of discussion a conclusion can be drawn that obtained the regression equation is linear multiple of y = 8,018 + 1,084 x1 + 0,459 x2 , value f statistic of 58,608 with significance of 0.000 .Value the coefficients determination 75,4%.Keywords : Brand Image, Price, and Purchase Decision
