Abstract

Indonesia is a country with plenty of natural resource and recently Indonesia needs investment in the mining sector reached IDR 830 trillion by 2014 in the context of the Master Plan for the Acceleration and Expansion of Indonesias Economic Development (MP3EI). In order to reach target, the researcher analyzing the effect of export mining sector, exchange rate, interest rate on foreign direct invesment mining sector in Indonesia during 2009 - 2012. This research using quantiative analysis with secondary data. Quantitative analysis consists of classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing by T test and F test, and determination coefficient (R2) analysis. Hypothesis test using T test shows that partially exchange rate have significant influence on FDI mining sector in Indonesia, but export mining sector and interest rates not significant on FDI mining sector in Indonesia, with α = 5%. Export mining sector has a positive effect while exchange rate and interest rates have a negative effect to FDI mining sector in Indonesia. F test showed that all independent variable are adequate to test dependent variable, means that independent variable have a significant effect into dependent variable with F score is 7.844. Adjusted R2 is 0.323 shows that 32.3% can be explained by the independent variables (Export mining sector, Exchange rates, and Interest Rates), and the other 67.7% is explained by other causes outside the model.

University as an educational organization working to implement IT solutions to help its street operations and serve customers (students). ISO (the International Organization for Standardization) and IEC (the International Electrotechnical Commission) form the specialized system for worldwide standardization. National bodies that are members of ISO or IEC participate in the development of International Standards through technical committees established by the respective organization to deal with particular fields of technical activity. ISO and IEC technical committees collaborate in fields of mutual interest. Other international organizations, governmental and non-governmental, in liaison with ISO and IEC, also take part in the work. In the field of information technology, ISO and IEC have established a joint technical committee, ISO/IEC JTC 1.

The objectives of this paper are three folds, first is todescribe the use of Soft System Methodology as an epistemological bases in facing such a complex, dynamic problems. The second is to build institutional model of private higher education institutionsustainability. The third is to develop the strategic model of organizational dynamic capabilities ofprivate higher education institutions. The result of this study shows that there are 21 stakeholders thatinfluence the sustainability of private higher education institutions. In addition, the institutional model ofprivate higher education and the strategic model of organizational dynamic capabilities at private highereducation institution describe the process of coordinating, learning, and reconfiguring the private highereducation institution stakeholders.

Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to analyze interrelationships among variables used on the survey of public sector integrity by Indonesia’s Corruption Eradication Commission (Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi, KPK). The nine variables include corruption experiences, corruption perceptions, working environments, administration systems, the behavior of individuals, corruption prevention efforts, integrity experiences, integrity potencies, and integrity total. Using factor analysis, the approach is to explain these variables in terms of their common underlying dimensions, well-known as factors. Technically, factor analysis involves condensing the information contained in a number of original variables into a smaller set of new composite factors with a minimum loss of information. The results show that based on eigen values the first factor alone accounts for 70.7% of the common variance. The second factor alone accounts for 13,4%. The common variance of the nine variables explained by two factors is 84.1%. Using the varimax rotation and based on values of factor loadings the first factor makes high contribution to the variance of corruption experiences, corruption perceptions, working environments, the behavior of individuals, integrity experiences, and integrity total variables. The second factor makes high contribution to the variance of corruption prevention efforts and integrity potencies variables. Similar results, also, are obtained by quartimax rotation and equamax rotation

Moreover, total economic value has also not been implied into national regulations. Thoseprevious problems shall be completed into a better improvement by including the considerations of totaleconomic value to many regulations controlling food security. This review is undertaken by having tradetheory, food security regulation, and field data analysis. By covering total economic value aspect, hopefully, it helps better position for Indonesia in optimizing food security and increasing state (tradequantity and quality) incomes and quality of life of the society itself.
