Abstract

Increasing competition demands business people to maximize the performance of a company. This research was conducted based on the phenomenon of customer fluctuations that make repeat orders, fluctuations in customer complaints on Ganesha Transport and the research gap. This study aims to reexamine the effect of service quality variables and price perceptions on the loyalty of users of transportation services through customer satisfaction This research was conducted at Ganesha Transport in Badung, Bali. This research is quantitative. The sampling technique in this study is non probability sampling with a purposive sampling method, with a total sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique in this research is PLS. The results showed that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, price perception has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, price perception has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, and price perception has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The aims of this study was to examine the effect of net profit margins on profit growth at PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk. The population used is the financial statement data from 1997-2018. With a sample of research for 7 years namely 2012-2018. The method used is purposive. The type of data is secondary data sourced from financial statements. The data analysis method used is a simple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing results, Net Profit Margin (NPM) has no significant effect on profit growth.

Abstract

The use of quality human resources is needed in achieving hotel goals, one of which is improving employee performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of recruitment, training and compensation on employee performance at the Mercure Bali Harvestland Kuta-Badung. The sample size was 73 employees of Mercure Bali Harvestland Kuta-Badung. Determination of the sample using the saturated sampling method. Multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, determination analysis and t-test analysis were used to analyze this study. The results showed (1) recruitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) training had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The implications of this research are expected by hotel managers to carry out recruitment well, provide training according to company needs, and be able to increase compensation so as to realize optimal employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of liabilities and equity on profitability. Indicators to measure profitability use Return on Equity (ROE), while liabilities use the ratio of short-term debt to equity (STDE) and shareholder equity using the ratio of prorietary ratio (PR). this research was conducted at PT. Primarindo Asia infrastructure, tbk. This type of research is associative research. The sampling technique used is a non probability sampling technique that is purposive sampling, with the sample used is for 8 years. The analysis technique used in this study is the classic assumption test and multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the regression analysis shows short-term liabilities, and capital alone has no influence on profitability either partially or simultaneously

Abstract

The number of cellular providers in Indonesia are mutually price war with a variety of advantages each resulting in confusion in selecting society. This study aims to determine the effect of product, price and promotion either partially or simultaneously, and to determine the most dominant influence in influencing consumer purchasing decisions. This type of research is included in the survey research. The sample used in this research is 96 students of Economics faculty at Univercity Warmadewa, where the sample is taken by using accidental sampling technique. Collection was done by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Correlation Analysis, Coefficient of Determination and Test F and Test t. The results of this study showed the value of multiple linear regression analysis that is Y = 0.426 + 0.274 X1 + 0,152 X2 + 0,453 X3 value of coefficient of determination show value equal to 0,689. This shows that in consumer satisfaction variable shows 68,9% value influenced by product, price and promotion variable. While the remaining 31.1% influenced by other variables not included in this study. Test F obtained result that Product (X1), Price (X2), and Promotion (X3) have influence to Decision of Simpati (Y) cellular card, sig value. F 0,000 (<0.05), then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The conclusion is that all independent variables (Product variables (X1), Price (X2), and Promotion (X3)) have significant effect simultaneously on Simpati Mobile Card Purchase Decision (Y). The value of the product thitungvariable (X1) has a value of 3.634 and the value of Sig. 0.000 <0,05, then Ho is rejected and H1 accepted, it means there is partial influence by Product variable (X1) to Purchase Decision (Y). Price Variable (X2) has Thitung3.067 and Sig value. 0,003 <0,05, then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, that means there is partial influence by Price variable (X2) to Purchase Decision (Y) .Variable Promotion (X3) has value of Thitung 6,222 and Sig value. of 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and H1diterima, it means there is a partial influence by the variable Promotion (X3) on Purchase Decision (Y) In addition, the results of this study also shows that Product, Price, and Promotion has a dominant influence on the decision purchase of Simpati cellular card at Univercity Warmadewa. .

Abstract

This research was taken at PT. Akbar Indo Makmur Stimec Tbk, This research aims to knowing the presence or absence influence EPS on stock prices PT.Akbar Indo makmur stimec tbk.The sample used in this study is 5 years from the year 2014-2018.The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling. The data analysis technique used is (1) simple linear regression (2) coefficient of determination (3) correlation test (4) hypothesis test T test.The results showed that EPS influence but not significantly to stock price PT. Akbar Indo Makmur Stimec Tbk, with observational years from 2014 to 2018.

Abstract

Denpasar City as the Capital of the Province of Bali is a center of social, economic activity and tourism destinations. Terminal levies as a source of regional revenue need to be developed and assessed for effectiveness, efficiency and prospects as a basis for making optimal terminal service management policies. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of effectiveness of terminal retribution receipts in Denpasar City, to determine the level of efficiency of terminal retribution receipts in Denpasar City and to determine the prospects of terminal retribution receipts in Denpasar in 2009-2014. The data used in this study are secondary data collected from related agencies within 5 (five) years from 2004-2008. The analysis used in this study is the analysis of effectiveness, efficiency, and prospects. The analysis shows that the level of effectiveness of terminal retribution receipts based on targets set from 2004-2008 averaged 101.04 percent which is in the very effective category, The average level of efficiency in managing terminal fees in Denpasar from 2004-2008 is classified as inefficient, because it is above 100 percent, even reaching an average of 110.48 percent, and prospects / estimates of terminal retribution receipts in Denpasar City in 2009-2014 amounting to Rp 1,376,903,828, Rp 1,632,462,579, Rp1,888,021,330, Rp 2,143,580,081, Rp 2,399,138,832, Rp 2,654,697,583.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the factors that influence the behavior of the people of Denpasar in consuming fast food where there is the highest percentage of commodity types of population expenditure, namely in the food and beverage sub-group which has increased from year to year with the most regional classification is urban and experienced a significant increase in 2018 namely 44.12 percent in urban areas and 32.31 percent in rural areas. This shows that people prefer to consume processed foods and beverages rather than make their own home-made foods or consume traditional foods and urban communities tend to spend more on consuming processed foods and beverages. The data used in this study are primary data in this study obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents who have met the established criteria and secondary data in this study were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency. The variables analyzed use path analysis to determine the direct and indirect effects and the Multiple Test to determine the level of significance of the intervening variable as a mediating variable. This research was conducted in Denpasar City with 150 respondents. The results of the analysis show that buying motives have a positive and significant effect on lifestyle, lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on fast food consumption behavior, lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on culture, culture has a positive and significant effect on fast food consumption behavior, Lifestyle is a variable mediation between buying motives for fast food consumption behavior, Culture is a mediating variable between lifestyle for fast food consumption behavior. Based on the analysis that people tend to prefer fast food than traditional food in the cooking process made themselves so consumers need to consider consuming fast food with a companion supplement nutritional value of fiber are better than consuming fast food. The lifestyle of today can not avoid the era such at this time where the development of technology and information is growing rapidly with the flurry that a wide variety of fast food is certainly an option for the consumer. With the knowledge possessed by the people of the city of Denpasar should be more wise in determining the food menu that is consumed for health.

Abstract

The budgeting process involves various parties in the company and the budget cannot be analyzed only through the accounting field, but must also consider the behavior considerations involved. The purpose of this study is 1) to determine the effect of budget participation on managerial performance, 2) to determine the effect of budget participation on goal commitment and 3) to determine the effect of goal commitment effect on managerial performance. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with 32 managers and assistant managers as respondents. The data collected was analyzed by path analysis with the AMOS program. The results showed that 1) Budget Participation had a direct and positive and significant effect on Managerial Performance. 2) Budget Participation has positive and significant direct effect on the Commitment of Goals. 3) Commitment on the Goal has a positive and significant direct effect on Managerial Performance. 4) Commitment The objective is to act as a partial mediator in the relationship of Budget Participation variables to Managerial Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Operating Revenues and Operating Expenses on Net Profit at PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk. The population in this study is the income statement data for 10 years and the research sample for 9 years with the sampling used is purposive sampling. This research is an associative research, using a quantitative approach consisting of secondary data. The process of collecting research data uses the literature study and documentation method. To measure the effect of operating revenues and operating expenses on net income of PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk using multiple regression analysis through the F Test and t Test. The results of this study indicate that operating income has a partially significant effect on net income, operating expenses have no significant effect partially on net income. While operating revenues and operating expenses simultaneously have a significant effect on net income.
