Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and non-financialcompensation on the performance of Puskesmas employees through employee jobsatisfaction in Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The population in thisstudy were 49 employees at the Puskesmas. Primary data in this study were collectedusing a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study. To test thehypothesis in this study, Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS)was used with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The sampling technique wascarried out using the Saturated Sampling Method (Census) and 49 PNS Employees (CivilServants) were selected as samples. The results showed that: 1) There is a positive butnot significant influence between the Work Environment on the Job Satisfaction of HealthCenter Staff in Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, 2) There is a positiveand significant influence between Non-Financial Compensation on the Job Satisfaction ofthe managers of Batang Cenaku District, Regency Indragiri Hulu, 3) There is a positiveand significant influence between the Work Environment on the performance ofPuskesmas employees in Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, 4) There is apositive and significant influence between Non-Financial Compensation on theperformance of Puskesmas employees in Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri HuluRegency, 5) There is a positive and significant influence between satisfaction on theperformance of PUSKESMAS managers in Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri HuluRegency, 6) There is a positive but not significant influence between the WorkEnvironment on performance through employee job satisfaction as i intervening variablesin Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, 7) There is a positive and significantinfluence between Non-Financial Compensation on performance through Employee JobSatisfaction as an intervening variable in Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri HuluRegency. Keywords: Work Environment, Non-Financial Compensation, Performance,Satisfaction

Abstract

his research was conducted at Efarina Hospital Pangkalan Kerinci. The purposeof this study was to determine whether work motivation, work environment, andwork stress affect nurse performanceat Efarina Hospital Pangkalan Kerinci. Thepopulation in this study were all nurses at Efarina Hospital Pangkalan Kerinciwith a total of 76 employees. The sampling technique method uses a saturatedsample method, namely as many as 76 respondents. Technical analysis for testhypothesis that used in this study are double regression. using descriptivestatistical analysis and simple linear regression analysis to produce classicalassumption tests, data analysis models, coefficient of determination and provehypotheses. The of this study indicate that the variable of work motivation has apositive and significant effect on the performance of nurses, the work enviromentvariable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses andwork stress has a negative and significant effect on the performance of nurses.Work motivation, work environment and work stress simultaneously affect theperformance of nurses. Keywords: Work Motivation; Work Environment; Work Stress; Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the use of Advertising and ElectronicWord of Mouth in Tiktok application through Brand Image on PurchasingDecisions for Scarlett Whitening skincare products in Pekanbaru City. Thepopulation in this study are consumers of Scarlett Whitening skincare products inPekanbaru City who use Tiktok. The sample in this study amounted to 100samples using the purposive sampling method. Primary data was collected byquestionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the research, to test thehypothesis in this study is using path analysis with SPSS version 25.0. The resultsshowed that : 1) Advertising in Tiktok application has a positive and insignificanteffect on Brand Image of Scarlett Whitening skincare products in Pekanbaru City,2) e-WOM in Tiktok application has a positive and significant effect on BrandImage of Scarlett Whitening skincare products in Pekanbaru City, 3) Advertisingin Tiktok application has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisionof Scarlett Whitening skincare products in Pekanbaru City, 4) e-WOM in Tiktokapplication has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decision ofScarlett Whitening skincare products in Pekanbaru City, 5) Brand Image has apositive and significant effect on Purchasing Decision of Scarlett Whiteningskincare products in Pekanbaru City, 6) Advertising in Tiktok application throughBrand Image has no significant effect on Purchasing Decision of ScarlettWhitening skincare products in Pekanbaru City.7) e-WOM in Tiktok applicationthrough Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisionof Scarlett Whitening skincare products in Pekanbaru City. Keywords : Advertising, Electronic Word of Mouth, Brand Image, PurchaseDecision
