Abstract

The study was conducted at PT. Karya Indorata Persada Usun SukaMakmur Gunung Sahilan, Kampar, Lipat Kain Utara, Bangkinang, KabupatenKampar, Riau. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, workenvironment and leadership on job satisfaction of employees of PT. KaryaIndorata Persada. In this study there are 4 variables: Work discipline (X1), workenvironment (X2), leadership (X3) and job satisfaction (Y). The population in thisstudy were employees of PT. Karya Indorata Persada with a total of 58respondents. Data collection in this study is by giving questionnaires torespondents and also added with data from the company. The analytical methodused in this study is multiple regression analysis using SPSS (Statistical Packagefor Social Science) version 21. The results of this study indicate that workdiscipline, work environment and leadership have a significant effect on jobsatisfaction. Work discipline has a significant effect on job satisfaction. The workenvironment has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Leadership has asignificant effect on job satisfaction.Keywords : Work Discipline, Work Environment, Leadership, Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the variable impact of job discipline, motivation and work environment on employee performance. The study was done on the PT. Duta Dimensi Batam. In this study are four variables: one common variable and three free variables. Such variables are employee performance (Y), work discipline (X1), motivation (X2), and work environment (X3). The study was conducted using the slovin method where the sample number was 89. The method of analysis used is the testing of quantifying (validity and religious testing), the systematic systematic systematic of quantitative desensitizing analysis, the systematic analysis and simultaneous linear analyssion analysis with the help of version 20's SPSS (statistical package of social science). Research shows that job discipline has a positive and significant impact on performance, motivations have a positive and significant impact on performance. Work environments affect employees' performance simultaneously.Keywords: work discipline, motivation, work environment, employee performance

Abstract

This research was conducted at Rumah Sakit Jiwa Tampan Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variable work discipline, motivation, and organizational commitment partially or simultaneously on the performance of employee Rumah Sakit Jiwa Tampan Pekanbaru. The study population was all employees of 49 people and the number of samples was done by census, which made the entire population in to a sample 49 employees. The research variables used were work discipline, motivation, and organizational commitment as independent variables and employee performance as the dependent variable. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 23.0 for Windows. The results of the study concluded that work discipline, motivation, and organizational commitment partially or simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance. The result of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0.590 which means that motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment can explain the variable employee performance by 59%, while the remaining 41% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords : Work Discipline, Motivation, Organizational Commitment, and Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze "The Effect of Supervision, Discipline and Occupational Safety & Health (K3) on Employee Performance of PT. Citra Agro Sejati, Simpang Kanan Subdistrict, Rokan Hilir Regency ”with 44 respondents in the processing division. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS (Statistical Package of Social Science) version 20. Based on the hypothesis testing conducted, the results showed that supervision had a significant effect on performance, discipline had a significant effect on performance, and occupational safety & health had a significant effect. on performance. Supervision, Discipline and Occupational Safety & Health (K3) have a significant effect on performance.Keywords : Supervision, Discipline, Occupational Safety & Health (K3), Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of leadership and job satisfaction on employees performance of PD. BPR Kubu Babussalam Branch, Rokan Hilir Regency. The population in this study were all permanent employees who worked at PD. BPR Rokan Hilir, Kubu Branch, as many as 39 people. Sampling using the census method, namely taking the entire population as the research sample. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, with quantitative analysis tools, namely multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 20.0. Based on the test results it was found that leadership and job satisfaction simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The contribution of the influence of the leadership variables and job satisfaction on employee performance is 70.1%, while the remaining 29.9% is by other variables not included in this model.Keywords: Leadership, Job Satisfaction And Employees Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of academic procrastination, learning discipline and peer environment on student achievement in the 2017 Management Department, Faculty of Economics and Business Riau University. The population in this study included all students of the 2017 Management Department, Faculty of Economics and Business Riau University, totaling 242 people. The sampling technique that has been selected is the probability sampling method using sampling simple random sampling (151 students of the 2017 Class of Management Department, Faculty of Economics and Business Riau University). Primary data were collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study. The results showed that: 1) there is significant influence between Academic Procrastination on Learning Achievement in Management Department Students Class of 2017 Faculty of Economics and Business Riau University, 2) there is significant influence between Learning Discipline on Learning Achievement in Management Department Students Class of 2017 Faculty of Economics and Business Riau University, 3 ) there is no significant effect between Peer Environment on Learning Achievement in Management Department Students Class of 2017 Faculty of Economics and Business Riau University, 4) there is significant influence between Academic Procrastination, Learning Discipline and Peer Environment on Learning Achievement of Management Department Students Class 2017 Faculty of Economics and Business Riau University.Keywords: Academic Procrastination, Learning Discipline, Peer Environment, and Learning Achievement

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership and compensation on jobsatisfaction of employees of PT. Mitra Means Building in Pangkalan Kerinci. Thepopulation in this study were all employees of PT. Mitra Sarana Building inPangkalan Kerinci totaling 145 people. The analytical method used is multiplelinear regression with the help of SPSS program. The results of this study indicatethat leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction;compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; leadershipand compensation have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on jobsatisfaction. Keywords : Leaderships, Compensation, and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work from Home (WFH) on Work Effectiveness and Employee Productivity Center for Food and Drug Administration (BBPOM) Pekanbaru. The population of study included all employee as civil servant at BBPOM Pekanbaru, totaling 90 people and sampling technique used was saturation sampling. Primary was collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the result of research. Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS version 3 was used as methods of data analysis. Abstract

This research was conducted at Permata Hati Hospital Duri which is located onJenderal Sudirman Street No. 37, Duri City, Riau. The purpose of this research isto find out how the effect of work family conflict, quality of work life and workstress on the performance of female nurses at the Permata Hati Hospital Duri.The population in this research were married female nurses, totaling 60 people.The sampling technique chosen was saturated sampling or census so that theentire population was sample. Data processing was carried out using the SEMmethod with the SmartPLS version 3 application. Abstract

This research was conducted on nurses at Arifin Achmad Hospital, RiauProvince with the aim of analyzing the influence of leadership and workload onjob satisfaction and nurse performance. The population in this study were allnursing staff who served in 21 inpatient rooms at Arifin Achmad Hospital,amounting to 487 people. The data collection technique was done through aquestionnaire technique, the data in the form of primary data and secondary data.The analytical method used in this study is path analysis with the help of SPSS 21.The results of this study indicate that leadership has a significant positive effecton job satisfaction. And workload has a significant negative effect on jobsatisfaction. leadership and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect onnurse performance. The workload has a significant negative effect onperformance. Job satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of leadership andworkload on nurse performance. Keywords: Leadership, Workload, Job Satisfaction and Performance
