Abstract

Employee work discipline at the STIKES Payung Negeri Pekanbaru is still not optimal, if be observed by extent Employee absences still quite high. This study aimed to determine (1) influence of leadership style, work motivation, work discipline towards employee performance and job satisfaction;(2) influence job satiscaftion toward employee performance. Population and sample in this research were the whole employee STIKes Payung Negeri Pekanbaru and the data collection methods used were interviews, questionnaire, and observation. This study uses descriptive analysis and multiple linier regression. The results showed leadership style, work motivation, work discipline have positive significant towards employee performance. The same effect of leadership style, work motivation, work discipline towards job satisfaction through employee performance. Therefore to improve employee satisfaction STIKes Payung Negeri Pekanbaru was suggested to provide capacity building trainings of leader, to provide employee motivation, to provide attention with reprimand employees reprimand employees who bad job.Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out the effect of compensation, work environment, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Arvena Sepakat Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. The population were 50 employees with saturation sampling. The data used in this study was primery data and the data analysis was multiple linear regression analysis with employee performance as the dependent variable and three independent variables are compensation, work environment, and job satisfaction. The result of the study found that : 1) Compesation has significant effect on the employee performance 2) Work environment has significant effect on the employee performance 3) Job satisfaction has significant effect on the employee performance.Keyword : Compensation, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and compensation on paramedic performance of mother and children eria bunda pekanbaru hospital. The sampling technique is a method that has been selected census to 104 paramedic who were sampled. The research variables used are leadership (X1) motivation (X2) and compensation (X3) as independent variables and paramedic performance (Y) as dependent variables. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 23 for windows. The result showed that: 1) There is a positive and significant effect of leadership on the paramedic performance. 2) There is a positive and significant effect of motivation on the paramedic performance. 3) There is a positive and significant effect of compensation on the paramedic performance. 4) There is a possitive and significant effect of leadership, motivation and compensation on the paramedic performance.Keyword: Leadership, Motivation, Compensation, Peformance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence and work motivation on job satisfaction and its implications on the performance of RSIA Norfa Husada employees in Bangkinang City.The population of this study were all employees of RSIA Norfa Husada in Bangkinang City, totaling 55 people. The sample determination in this study was using the census technique. This means that the entire population is sampled. Therefore the number of samples in this study was 55 people. The types of data used are primary and secondary data, while the data collection techniques use questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).The results of the study show that competence has an effect on employee job satisfaction, work motivation has no effect on employee job satisfaction. Work motivation has an effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction affects employee performance, competence indirectly affects employee performance through job satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of cooperative knowledge, managerial ability, and entrepreneurial competence of cooperative management in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The population of this study includes all cooperative administrators in Indragiri Hilir Regency, amounting to 64 people.. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique that has been selected is to use the Slovin formula. The results showed that: 1) Cooperative knowledge had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the cooperative management in Indragiri Hulu Regency, 2) the managerial ability of the cooperative management had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the cooperative management in Indragiri Hulu Regency, 3). Entrepreneurial competence of cooperative management has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Cooperative Management in Indragiri Hulu Regency, 4), the Effect of Cooperative Knowledge, Managerial Ability and Entrepreneurship Competence together have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Cooperative Management in Indragiri Hulu Regency with a strong influence value.Keywords: Cooperative Knowledge, Managerial Ability, Entrepreneurship Competence, Management Performance

Abstract

This study was undertaken at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V, Kampar Regency. The aim of this study was to discover the effect of the pension program and K3 program variable partially or simultaneously on the work enthusiasm and work performance of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara v Kampar Regency. This study was conducted with a special method on 74 employees who were sampled. The research variables used were the pension program and the occupational health & safety program as independent variables, and work enthusiasm and work performance as the dependent variable. The data analysis method used was path analysis using SPSS 23 for windows. The findings indicated that the pension program variable and the occupational health & safety program variable partially or simultaneously had a significant effect on work enthusiasm and work performance of employees, the result of the coefficient of determination (R2) was 0, 803, it implied that the percentage of the effect of the pension program and occupational health & safety program on work enthusiasm and work performance was 80.3%. While the remaining of 19.7% was influenced by other variables that were not included in this path.Keywords: Pension Program, K3 Program, Work Enthusiasm and Work Performance of Employees

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of Perceived Organizational Support and Supervision with Organizational Citizenship Behavior as an Intervening variable at PT. Hutahaean Group Pekanbaru. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire as a tool to prove the results of the research. Data analysis techniques in this study is using Path Analysis. The sampling technique is a method that has been selected census (60 employees at PT. Hutahaean Group Pekanbaru). The results showed that : 1) Perceived Organizational Support had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior 2) Perceived Organizational Support had a positive and significant effect on employee performance 3) Supervision had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior 4) Supervision had a positive and significant effect on performance employees 5) Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance 6) Perceived Organizational Support indirectly through Organizational Citizenship Behavior as an intervening variable has a significant effect on employee performance 7) Indirect supervision through Organizational Citizenship Behavior as an intervening variable has a significant effect on performance employee.Keywords: Perceived Organizational Support, Supervision, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted at HOTEL INNA PARAPAT. The puspose of the study was determine The Effect Of Compensation and non-physical work environment partially or simultaneously on Job Spirit employee. This reseacrh was conducted using the cencus method on 94 employees who were sampled. The research variables used are compensation and non-physical work environment as independent variables and Job Sipit employee as the dependent variable. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 23 for windows. The result of this study conclude that the variables of compensation and non-physical work environment partially or simultan have a significant effect on job spirit employee, the calculation of the determination coefficient (R2 ) is 0,625, meaning that the percentage of the influence of compensation and non-physical work environment on job spirit employee is by 62,5%. While the remaining 37,5% is influenced by other variables not included in this regression model.Keyword : Job Spirit, Compensation, Non-Physical Work Environment

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether: 1) there is an effect of motivation on employee performance at the Mandau general hospital, 2) there is an effect of training on employee performance at the Mandau general hospital, 3) there is an influence of the work environment on employee performance at a general hospital. Mandau area. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with primary data derived from questionnaire respondents, which amounted to 148 respondents. The location of this research was carried out at the Mandau general hospital. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. To determine the size of the sample taken from the population, the researcher uses the formula proposed by Slovin in Mustafa (2010) with a 95% confidence level with a value of e = 5%. The results of this study indicate that: 1) there is a positive and significant effect of motivation on employee performance at the Mandau regional general hospital, 2) there is a positive and significant influence on training on employee performance at the Mandau regional general hospital, 3) there is a positive and significant influence on the environment. work on employee performance at the Mandau regional general hospital.Keywords : Work Motivation, Training Work Environment and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation, and workenvironment on the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) Kuala EnokCustomer Service Unit Indragiri Hilir. The population in this study were employees of PTPLN (Persero) Customer Service Unit Kuala Enok Indragiri Hilir, as many as 108people. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely 50 officeemployees. Sources of data used are primary data collected by distributingquestionnaires as research instruments. and the analysis tool is multiple linear regressionanalysis through the SPSS For Windows 25 program. With employee performance as thedependent variable and three independent variables, namely work discipline, workmotivation, and work environment. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Workdiscipline has a significant effect on employee performance, 2) Work motivation has asignificant effect on employee performance and 3) Work environment has a significanteffect on employee performance. Keyword : Work Discipline, Work Motivation, Work Environment, EmployeePerformance
