Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to improve the learning process and improve learning outcomes class X learners of SMKN Negeri 1 Mandau by applying cooperative learning model TPS . The subjects were learners in class X which consisted of 4 women and 30 men with heterogeneous academic ability. This research is a class act with two cycles . Each cycle has four stages : planning, implementation, observation and reflection . Data collection instrument in this study is the observation sheet activities teachers and learners, as well as the achievement test. Sheets were analyzed qualitatively descriptive narrative, while the achievement test were analyzed by descriptive statistical study by analyzing the development of the individual and group values, KKM achievement analysis, and analysis of the success of the action. Results of research on the observation sheet shows the activity of teachers and learners have done well and according to plan after the action . Improvements in the learning process of students and increase the number of learners who achieve KKM at the end of each cycle UH compared to the number of learners who achieve a score of KKM on base score. At the base score only 35,29% of learners who reach KKM , the UH I increased to 58,82% and the UH II also increased to 73,52% . The results of this study indicate that the application of cooperative learning model TPS can improve the learning process and improve learning outcomes class X learners of SMK Negeri 1 Mandau in the second semester of the academic year 2013/2014.   Keywords: Mathematics Learning Outcomes, Cooperative Learning, Think Pair Share (TPS), Classroom Action Research .

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This study aims to describe the System Greeting Sub-dialect Inuman Riau Malay Language. The greeting system that kinship and non-kinship greeting. In addition, the study also discusses the changes of address and the factors that cause these changes. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The results of the research is a classification system of kinship and non-kinship address, change of address, as well as the causes of these changes. The result of this research is a form of greeting documentation contained in Inuman community in Kunatan Singingi. Keys words: system greeting, change of address.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aimed to describe  the students’ learning outcome of science physic process skill through implementing scientific approach in heat lesson in class VII1 SMPN 1 Rambah Samo. The subjects of this research were the students in class VII1. They were 29 students that consisted of 15 male and 14 female students. The instrument of collecting data used was the test of the students’ process skill learning outcomes. The data analysis used was descriptive analysis to portray the description of students’ process skill learning outcomes by using the criteria of absorption, the effectiveness of learning, and the completeness of students’ learning. From the analyzed data, it showed that: the average of class absorption was 78,97% with a good category, the effectiveness of learning declared in effective way, the completeness of students’ learning classically worth 72, 41% and it was categorized as incomplete, and the completeness of lesson worth 100% and declared as complete. Therefore, the learning outcome of science physicsprocess skill through scientific approach was effective for the learning process in class VII1 SMPN 1 Rambah Samo.   KeyWords  : learning outcome,process skill,scientific approach

Abstract

Abstract. Phenomenon which occurs in the majority of kindergarten principal in district Tampan Pekanbaru City aresome headmasters arelessin motivatingthe teachers so that teachers can not give maximum performance, there is still difficultyof kindergarten headmasterif they are requested direction and advice, and there is still kindergarten principal less firmly in giving warning for errors made by the teachers. The purpose of this study is to describe the soft skills and leadership of the principal, and determine the relationship between soft skills by kindergarten school leadership in District of Tampan Pekanbaru City. Respondents in this study amounted to 42 people. Data collection techniques used by questionnaire and observation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative statistical data processing (SPSS). From the research results obtained are positive and significant relationship between soft skills by kindergarten school leadership inDistrict Of Tampan Pekanbaru. It can be seen from rhit value = 0.811 and p = 0.000. Therefore p <0.05 (0.000 <0.05), then Ho is rejected. In addition, the hypothesis test "t test", the result thit = 8.843 and the value ttab (5%) (df = n - 2 = 42-2 = 40) = 2.000. Because thit> ttab (8.843> 2.000), it means that there is a positive and significant relationship between soft skills with school leadership. The resulting determinant coefficient is r2 (0.8112) = 0.657, it can be seen that the influence of soft skills for 65.7% of the kindergarten school leadership. The level of correlation between the soft skills and school leadership is in very highcategory with a correlation coefficient 0.811. Keyword : soft skills, school leadership

Abstract

Abstract : This research aims to describe outcome of process skills and scientific attitudes students in tenth grade of Dharma Loka Senior High School Pekanbaru using KIT IPA on Matter and Heat topic.  The method used in this research is Pre-Experimental Design and was conducted by the research design One Shot Case Study.  Data collection instrument in this research is the process skills test and scientific attitude questioners.    Analysis of the data in this research is a descriptive analysis for describe process skills and scientific attitudes. From the analysis of process skills data showed: the average absorption is 82 % with good category; effectiveness is 82% is categorized effective learning; completeness learning material is 100% with complete category. While analysis of the data in scientific attitudes is 81% with very good category.  So it can conclude that outcome of process skills and scientific attitudes students in tenth grade of Dharma Loka Senior High School Pekanbaru using KIT IPA at Matter and Heat topic is very good. Abstract: This watchfulness aims: 1) to analyze internal factors that be preference student chooses continue to senior high school. 2) to analyze external factors that be preference student chooses continuing to senior high school. 3) to detect category preference student internal chooses to senior high school. 4) to detect category preference student external chooses to senior high school. this watchfulness is carried out at senior high school iv district marpoyan jln adi sucipto. as to this watchfulness time in october 2014 until december 2014. this watchfulness belongs descriptive watchfulness that aims to describe systematically factual and accurate hit fact and certain population characters that are population in these watchfulness SMAN 4 Pekanbaru in tenth year that consists of 10 class that number 325 person students teachings year 2014/2015. In this watchfulness, researcher takes 50% from population total. for that, this watchfulness sample is taken student in class x1, x2, x4,  and x7 that number 144. based on watchfulness analysis result that done so can be taken conclusion: 1) preferensi student from internal factor has chosen to continue to senior high school partly big because finished senior high school has wanted to continue to college, want to get proper job, value enough subsidize, as according to aim,  and a minority minor part a minor part because want to finish study to s3. 2) preferensi student from external factor chooses to continue to senior high school partly big because on approval parents, deepen science has general, base the science has been studied at junior high school, achievable school cost by parents economy ability. 3) internal factor category that be preferensi student in choose to continue to senior high school a large part present in tall category. 4) while in external factor category that be preferensi student chooses to continue to senior high school absolut majority present in category. Abstract

Abstract :The background of this research is the process of learning to teach a class V C SDN 110 Pekanbaru in mathematics which still is dominated by teachers so that students become passive, as well as material provided by the teacher and the learning results are not satisfactory with an average value below the KKM.This study aims to improve student learning outcomes math class V C SDN 110 Pekanbaru. This study was conducted on 43 students. Data were collected through observation using observation sheet to the data model of problem-based learning through UH UH 1 and 2. Teacher activity increased in the first cycle the first meeting of the percentage of teacher activity 68.18%, at the second meeting into a 75.00% increase by 6.82%, the second cycle of meetings III activity increased 79.54% 4.54%, while the V meeting 88.63% increased by 9.09%. While the activities of students in the first cycle the first meeting of 61.36%, in the second meeting of the 68.18% increase of 6.82%, and the second cycle at the third meeting of 77.27%, the fourth meeting be increased by 86.36% 9:09%. Increased student learning outcomes in the first cycle than before tindakkan ie 39.53% base score of 43 students who completed the student and the first cycle to 62.79% of the 43 students who completed the students and increased by 23.26%, and the cycle II 81.39% of students who pass out of 43 students, an increase of 18.6%. From the results of research and discussion as described above that the use of problem-based learning model is correct then the activity of the teacher and student activities and student learning outcomes be improved and better. This information proves that the hypothesis which says: With the adoption of problem-based learning model can improve student learning outcomes math class V C SDN 110 Pekanbaru accepted. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi karena adanya fenomena pada guru yaitu: Sebagian besar guru belum mampu membuat membuat ide untuk membuat Alat Permainan Edukatif (APE) sendiri, kurangnya pemahaman tentang Alat Permainan Edukatif (APE) yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan anak, sebagian guru kurang terampil dan kurang sabar dalam mengolah bahan sisa dan bahan Alam menjadi Alat Permaian Edukatif (APE), rendahnnya kesediaan guru untuk mengolah bahan sisa dan bahan alam menjadi Alat Permainan Edukatif (APE),guru kurang percaya diri dengan karya yang dibuat sendiri yang mengakibatkan guru cenderung menggunakan metode dan alat permainan yang menoton, seperti lembar kerja anak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kreativitas guru Paud dalam memanfaatkan bahan sisa dan bahan alam sebagai sumber belajar di Kecamatan Kempas Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir.  Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 guru, sedangkan  sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket. Tehnik analisis pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan tehnik persentase. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 92,4%. Dimana nilai 92,4 berada pada antara nilai 86,6-95,4 atau berkategori sedang dan besarnya persentase tiap indikator yaitu dari 5 indikator terdapat 4 indikator berkriteria tinggi dan 1 indikator berkriteria sedang. Abstract

Abstract :This research aims to find out how big the influence of sales promotion costs to sales volume. This research was conducted in PT Rianda Ganda Mandiri in Pekanbaru. Located in the way of a rajawali street no.86 F Sukajadi Pekanbaru, appointed by PT. Shell Indonesia Campanies in 1997 as the official distributors. The research was carried out in May-June 2014. The data used is primary data, namely data any information obtained, observed and noted by the researchers directly from the company that became the object of research. A promotional forms were used, obtained from PT Rianda Ganda Mandiri and data secondary the data or information derived from the company, in the form of data on the volume of sales and promotion costs obtained in the sale of PT Rianda Ganda Mandiri. Results of calculation shows tcalculate>ttable (t6.819>t2.032),it means there is a significant influence among the promotional cost of sales volume. And the magnitude of the effect of sales promotioncosts to sales volume PT Rianda Ganda Mandiri in Pekanbaru is equl to 57.8%, while the rest in influenced by other factors not examined this study, as the cost of advertising, publicity fees, the cost of personal selling. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to improve learning outcomes and creativity of students in learning science to use Project Based Learning (PjBL) model and through laboratory experimental method in class VIII.6 SMPS YPPI Tualang. The research was conducted in July to October 2014. The parameters used in this study is the result of learning, creativity, and skills of students in practical performance, projects and products. The research instrument used was a learning device that consists of a lesson plans, syllabus, student worksheet, worksheet project, and instrument data capture form of learning about the test results, observation sheets for creativity and skill in the performance lab and assessment sheets for skills in project and product performance. The collected data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the absorption of students in the first cycle of 3.03 (B / Good) increased in the second cycle becomes 3.27 (B+/ Good). Mastery learning of individuals in the first cycle of 2.74 (B-/Good) increased in the second cycle becomes 3.78 (A-/ Very Good). Creativity of students in the first cycle is 47.31% or 1.89 (C / Enough) and increased in the second cycle into 61.00% or 2.44 (C+/ Enough). Student's skills in practical performance in the first cycle is 3.31 (B+/Good) increased in the second cycle is 3.58 (B+/Good). Students' skills in project performance in the first cycle is 3.33 (B+/Good) increased in the second cycle is 3.38 (B+/Good). Student's skills in the performance of the product in the first cycle is 3.33 (B+/Good) increased in the second cycle is 3.64 (A- / Very Good). It can be concluded that the model PjBL through laboratory experiment method can improve learning outcomes and creativity of science teaching biology class students VIII.6 SMPS YPPI Tualang.
