Abstract

ABSTRACT: This study discusses the ability to listen to news eighth grade students of SMP YLPI Marpoyan program plus Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the listening skills of eighth grade students of SMP news YLPI Marpoyan program plus Pekanbaru. The sample used in this study in which the total sample, total sample of 48 people. The method used is the method description. The subjects were eighth grade students of SMP YLPI Marpoyan program plus Pekanbaru. The data collection techniques used were engineering tests. This research data analysis techniques to analyze data about essay writing skills description, by collecting student worksheets that have been done while listening to the news to be analyzed. From the research results obtained by the ability to listen to the news in determining what elements (what) eighth grade students of SMP YLPI Marpoyan Pekanbaru programs plus high category with an average of 91.7 (91.7%) of the total score of 100 an student. The ability to listen to the news in determining element who (whom) eighth grade students of SMP YLPI Marpoyan program plus Pekanbaru high category with an average of 92.7 (68.357%) of the total score of 100 an student. The ability to listen to the news in determining element when (when) the eighth grade students of SMP YLPI Marpoyan program plus Pekanbaru category with the average being 72.9 (72.9%) of the total score of 100 an student. The ability to listen to the news in determining where elements (where) Junior High School eighth grade students SMP YLPI Marpoyan plus programs Pekanbaru high category with an average of 95.83 (95.83%) of the total score of 100 an student. The ability to listen to the news in determining elemental why (why) eighth grade students of SMP YLPI Marpoyan Pekanbaru program plus high category with an average of 86.5 (86.5%) of the total score of 100 an student. The ability to listen to the news in determining how elements (how) Junior High School eighth grade students SMP YLPI Marpoyan programs plus Pekanbaru Medium category with an average of 70.83 (70.83%) of the total score of 100 per student. It can be concluded the average ability of listening to news of the eighth grade students of SMP YLPI Marpoyan Pekanbaru overall program plus high category with a mean overall 86.44. Abstract

This study entitled "Analysis of Individual Counseling 5 People Against TheTroubled Students In Junior Tri Bhakti Pekanbaru Academic Year 2012/2013"shows the range of problems experienced by students, both physical healthproblems, family problems, problems with peers or problems in the field of studyso as to make the students feel very disturbed. The objectives of this study were:1) To determine how the general picture problems experienced by students injunior high 5 Tri Bhakti. 2) To know how is the alleviation of the problemsexperienced by students in junior high 5 Tri Bhakti. 3) To determine how students'opinions towards the achievement of individual counseling in the junior TriBhakti. 4) To determine how the description of the results of individualcounseling for students in junior high 5 Tri Bhakti. The population in this studywere junior grade students VIII4 Tri Bhakti Pekanbaru totaling 42 people, but asthe samples in this study consist of 5 people. The method used is the method ofaction Counseling. Of the implementation of individual counseling can bediscovered overview severe problems experienced by 5 students. After theimplementation of individual counseling students completed a questionnaire aboutstudents' responses after the implementation of counseling to determine thesuccess rate of individual counseling tersebut.Dari results of questionnaires filledout by 5 students can be seen that the level of success has been achieved, namelycounseling terentasnya problems experienced by 5 students. This is shown in theresults of data analysis and description based on the results of individualcounseling expressed by the students during the 5 counseling.Keywords: Individual Counseling, Counseling Results.

Abstract

Hasil identifikasi masalah menunjukkan bahwa salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhihasil tolak peluru gaya ortodox yang kurang maksimal adalah kurangnya eksplosif power ototlengan dan bahu dan merupakan masalah yang harus segera diatasi agar tolak peluru gayaortodox mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal dengan adanya eksplosif power otot lengan danbahu yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan informasi seberapa besarhubungan antara eksplosif power otot lengan dan bahu dengan hasil tolak peluru gayaortodox.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasional dengan populasi mahasiswa penjaskesreksemester 6. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu denganmengunakan teknik total sampling, dimana sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruhpopulasi yang berjumlah 20 orang. Instrument yang dilakukan ntuk mengumpulkan datadalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan tes dan pengukuran langsung yaitueksplosif power otot lengan dan bahu dengan hasil tolak peluru gaya ortodox.Pengukuran eksplosif power otot lengan dan bahu dengan menggunakan medicineball dan pengukuran tolak peluru gaya ortodox dengan tes tolak peluru gaya ortodox. Untukmengetahui seberapa besar hubungan kedua variabel dapat ditentukan dengan menggunakanrumus product moment, sedagkan untuk mengetahui signifikan korelasi tersebut dapatditentukan dengan menggunakan uji-t.Dari hasil analisis data menujukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antaravariabel X dan Y. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapathubungan yang signifikan antara eksplosif power otot lengan dan bahu dengan hasil tolakpeluru gaya ortodox, dimana pada taraf α= 0,05 diperoleh t hitung 88,2 ttabel 1,734 sehinggaHo ditolak dan Ha diterima, sumbangan variabel X terhadap variabel Y dikategorikan tinggidan diperoleh rhitung = 0,98 >rtabel=0,444.Kata kunci : Eksplosip Power Otot Lengan dan Bahu, dan Hasil Tolak PeluruOrtodox

Abstract

Every organization, including school certainly has a vision and mission. Inachieving the vision and mission have to be supported by the ability of a leaderwho not only lead, but also should have the competence and in accordance withhis position as a leader. This is consistent with the fact that leaders who succeedare those who have the ability and drive themselves to the objectives of theinstitution he leads. Phenomenon which is discovered in kindergarten in PagaranTapah Darussalam Rokan Hulu such as(1) the presence of some principals who donot want to work on improving the ability of educational personnel in improvingteacher performance, when there are seminars held outside the school, (2) themost principals do not have a good ability in cooperating with the teacher, (3) theprincipals who are less able to manage the facilities and infrastructure of existingschools, (4) the principal who did not want to attend a meeting at school andoutside school, and asked his representative to attend the meeting. The purpose ofthis study is to investigate teachers' perceptions of the leadership of TK. The studywas descriptive, which used quantitative as the technique of collecting file.Collection used questionnaire approach. The number of samples in this studywere33teachers. Based on the results of data processing, obtained a description ofthe leadership of the head teacher's perception TK in Pagaran Tapah DarussalamRokan Hulu in terms of indicators(1) leadership oriented to the duties of 49,62%,(2) leadership oriented to the relationship between humans by 58,71%. Thus, itcan be concluded that the perception of the leadership of the head of thekindergarten teachers are pretty good.Keywords: perceptions of teachers, principals Leadership

Abstract

The results of this research is that the application of cooperative learning modelNumbered Head Together (NHT) can improve student learning outcomes IPA offifth grade in SD N 93 Pekanbaru, it can be seen from: (1) an increase in theactivities of teachers at each meeting, where the meeting I 58.33% percentage ofteacher activity and the second meeting increased to 72.91%, an increase of14.58%. At the third meeting increased to 79.17%, an increase of 6.26%, and at ameeting of IV increased to 95.83%, an increase of 16.66%. (2) Increased activityof students at each meeting, in which the first meeting of the percentage of studentactivity and 43.70% in the second meeting increased to 58.33%, an increase of14.63%. At the third meeting increased to 75.00%, an increase of 16.67%, and thefourth meeting increased to 95.83%, an increase of 20.38%. (3) Improved studentlearning outcomes from baseline score to the second cycle, which on the basis ofthe average score of student learning outcomes 61,50, the first cycle increased to69.17 with an increase of 12.47%. In the second cycle of the average studentlearning outcomes at 83.67, with an increase of 36.05%. (4) Improving studentlearning outcomes in the classical style on the base score is 43.33%, in the firstcycle increased to 60.00%, an increase of 16.67% and in the second cycleincreased to 90.00%, an increase of 30 , 00%.Keywords: Cooperative Learning, the result of science study

Where data can be obtained and collectedto tes early and final tes that is Tes Dribble Ball, before and after giving practice ofTwo Diagonal practice and in-forward of Step:One ou-forward in,One, as a mean toKnow Influence of this Method Practice To Skill Dribble Ball player of team of SSBGenari SMR Pekanbaru.From result of data analisi indicate that there are comparison of influencewhich signifikan practice method of Two Diagonal practice and in-forward ofStep:One out in,One to skill dribble team ball of SSB Genari SMR Pekanbaru.Pursuant to result of calculation of analysis statistic test t yield group thitung of Aequal to 3,57, group of B equal to 3,80 with ttabel 1,833, at group of A and group ofB equal to 4,15 with ttabel 1,734 at level of signifikan 0,05. Meaning thitung > ttabelso that can be taken conclusion that third hypothesis accepted, hence practice of TwoDiagonal practice and in-forward of Step:One out-forward in,One can uplift skill todribble ball. Abstract

The research aims to investigate the influence of learning facilities to thelearning outcomes of students at class X and XI IPS on economic subjects in SMANegeri 3 Pekanbaru. Based on a survey that has been done by the writer at theschool, there are skill students in class XI IPS who have not reached the KKM.While students in the class X most still many who have not reached the KKM oneconomic subject which can be based on semester exam brade in 2012/2013. Theresearch has been done to X dan XI IPS students in SMA Negeri 3 Pekanbaru. Thenumber of entire class or population of X dan XI IPS class are 448 students and thesample in this research is 82 students. The data collection techniqe is using simplerandom sampling. Data collected by using questionnaire that contain the questionsabout the students facilities at school or at home/ students individual property that isthen distributed to students as the respondents in this research, and this data is calledprimer data. As for the secondary data in the form of the value of the secondsemester of academic year 2012/2013 on economic subjects. In this study the datawere analyzed using simple linear regression. Test used in the analysis requirementsof normality and linearity test data. Hypothesis testing is done by using T test and itcan be seen that the calculated value of T (11.130)> T table value (1.664), the errorrate of 5%. Analysis of the calculation results in a simple regression equationobtained a constant value of 21 421 and a regression coefficient or b values obtainedfor 17 352. And the coefficient of determination (R ^ 2) obtained by the R value of0.780 and the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.608.\Key Word:Learning facilities, Students’s Learning Outcomes
