Abstract

Hasil penelitian secara deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh tayangan film Guru Bangsa: Tjokroamnoto Pengaruh film Guru Bangsa: Tjokroaminoto terhadap rasa nasionalisme remaja siswa-siswi SMUN 4 Depok, secara keseluruhan tinggi baik dari segi Nasionalisme Kemandirian Bangsa, Nasionalisme Agama, dan Nasionalisme Sekuler. Sementara penayangan film Guru Bangsa: Tjokroaminto terhadap rasa Nasionalisme Anti Agama (Komunis) rendah atuau tidak terdapat pengaruh. Terdapat perbedaan nyata pada rasa Nasionlaisme Kemandirian Bangs, Nasionalisme Agama dan Nasionalisme Sekuler,serta tidak ada perbedaan untuk aspek Nasionalisme Anti Agama (Komunis) antara siswa-siswi dalam kelompok eksperimen yang mendapat tayangan film Guru Bangsa: Tjokroaminoto dengan kelompok kontrol yang tidak mendapat tayangan film Guru Bangsa: Tjokroaminoto. Secara umum faktor-faktor dalam film Guru Bangsa: Tjokroaminoto yang berpengaruh tinggi terhadap rasa nasionalisme remaja siswa-siswi SMU N 4 Depok adalah faktor Media dan aspek komunikan, sedangkan faktor karakteristik komunikator dan Isi Pesan dalam film Guru Bangsa: Tjokroaminoto berpengaruh rendah terhadap rasa nasionalsme remaja siswa-siswi SMUN 4 Depok. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk megetahui pola pencarian informasi tentang reproduksi seksual pada mahasiswa di Universitas Sriwijaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berdasarkan Model Perilaku Pencarian Informasi Wilson yang terdiri dari perhatian pasif, pencarian pasif, pencarian aktif, dan pencarian berlanjut. Penelitian ini melibatkan wawancara mendalam dengan 12 mahasiswa Universitas Sriwijaya. Studi ini menemukan bahwa mahasiswa di Universitas Sriwijaya cenderung melakukan pola pencarian pasif ketika mencari informasi tantang reproduksi seksual. Namun hal ini tidak berlaku ketika mahasiswa memiliki tanggung jawab, baik secara akademis maupun profesional, karena diketahui mahasiswa dengan tanggung jawab tersebut akan melakukan pencarian aktif dan berlanjut. Studi ini juga menemukan bahwa model Perilaku Pencarian Informasi Wilson masih dapat dijadikan rujukan. Kata kunci : Pola Pencarian Informasi, Reproduksi Seksual, Motif, Mahasiswa

Abstract

Terrepresentasi dalam iklan Sari Wangi versi “Mari Bicara-Tempat Favorit”, dimana perempuan menjadi inisiator penyelesaian sekaligus memerankan fungsi melayani. Disisi lain, iklan ini juga memvisualkan adanya perbedaan pemaknaan istilah “Tempat Favorit” antara laki-laki (tempat tidur) dan perempuan (restoran). Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi persepsi perempuan menikah bekerja tentang iklan teh Sariwangi “Mari bicara-Tempat Favorit” : a. Isi cerita iklan adalah karakter budaya keluarga Indonesia, b. Peran perempuan melayani suami sudah tepat, c. Perempuan harus proaktif dalam penyelesaian masalah keluarga karena laki laki kecenderungan membiarkan, d. Laki-laki mempersepsi hubungan suami istri adalah hubungan seks, sehingga kata favorit merujuk pada tempat tidur, sedangkan perempuan berpersepsi tempat favorit adalah tempat romantis (restoran untuk makan malam). Abstract

Perpustakan dan pustakawannya berada dalam lingkaran informasi dari berbagai subject dan alat akses-nya yang semakin hari semakin membengkak kualitas dan kuantitasnya. Konsekuensinya, mereka harus membimbing para pengguna perpustakaan untuk mengakses informasi, agar mereka menjadi pengguna yang mandiri. Usaha bimbingan tersebut, yang lazim di perpustakan-perpustakaan lain disebut sebagai User Education, Bibliographic Instruction, Reader Education, dsb-nya seringkali terbentur berbagai kendala. Di mana salah satunya bersumber dari dalam diri mereka sendiri. Kendala-kendala tersebut dapat teratasi hanya dengan kesungguhan dan kiat baik dari pada para pengelola perpustakaan itu sendiri. Artikel ini mencoba sedikit mengetengahkan apa yang sebenarnya menjadi kendala tersebut, sekaligus sedikit. Kata kunci: Pendidikan pengguna

Abstract

Through the provision of information resources, both printed materials and electronic forms are expected to meet the needs of the academic community of the institution, so that the role of the college library as "the hearts of educational programs" can be realized. Nevertheless, attempts to meet the information needs of the many and diverse library user libraries are not an easy task. Moreover, often the user has a high desire for the completeness and availability of the collection and this is often a problem and also the challenge of most library managers, especially college libraries. It is also felt by the managers of the library of Islamic universities in West Java like UIN Sunan Gunung Jati Bandung, IAIN Syeh Nurjati Cirebon and some other Islamic college libraries in West Java. One effort to address this need to be cooperation with libraries and other information centers to share information. In this communication communication perspective is a form of communication network. The mixed method is a strategy that uses quantitative and qualitative research in one study. Abstract

This research aims to determine the response of society to the tprogram of Microphone the Debt Repayment channel and to describe factors causing the response of society. The methods were conducted through observation, interview, and documentation. The sample was taken from society who lived on Purnawirawan Street I Gunung Terang Bandar Lampung. The result of this research was the external factor which influence the most was the frequency of people watching the program; while the internal factor consisted of the characteristics and the background of the society that eventually caused differences in the level of individual response. Overall, the response of society of this program was either positive: the society admitted that the show can trigger their empathy to help others in need, the program can make them to be more grateful, as a form of social entertainment, especially because it can entertain the audiences when the participants used the microphone to sing and responded negatively, tried to exploit the poor to make profit, while it lets the participants to complain easily and to give up to pay their debts. Abstract

The ease and usefulness of technology can be a factor supporting the use of the website as a medium in providing information and public services in order to realize good governance. The purpose of this research is to know perception and attitude of local government apparatus of East Lampung Regency to website as representation of good governance. The theory used was Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) by Davis (1989). Technique of research analysis is descriptive statistic. Sample amounted to 57 respondents from population amounted to 133 employees in the Regional Secretariat of East Lampung Regency. Perception was measured by dimensions of perceived of usefullness, ease of use and interest in using website. Attitude was measured by dimensions of cognitive, affectice and conative. The result showed that perception of government appratus of East Lampung Regency consider that website functionally gives ease and benefit to increase performance in giving information and public service. Nevertheless, in attitude side, government apparatus do not yet reach stage of website in giving information and public service. Abstract

The phenomenon of Cinta dan Rahasia teleseries has finished but still get a place in the hearts of fans. In addition to the increasingly interesting conflicts, the thing that keeps many people from following this teleseries is the quotes from the players in each episode. The purpose of this research is to find out the representation story of family, friendship, and romance in teleseries. Qualitative research design with multimodal semiotics analysis approach was used in this research. The research subject was Cinta dan Rahasia teleseries on Net TV, object of the research was a scene that contained elements of family, friendship and romance. Data analysis technique with multimodal analysis with 2 stages, first, linguistic analysis, second visual analysis. The conclusion of this study showed that refresentative family stories, friendships, and romance in Cintadan Rahasia teleseries conducted by multimodal analysis methods yield results there is a multimodal semiotic system in these shows. Abstract

Basically tattoo which is on the body of tattoo users has their own meaning or a symbol that represents their feelings. The purpose of this study to explain and analyze the construction of self-concept tattoo users in Bandar Lampung. The theory used in this research was the theory of symbolic interaction using constructivism approach. This research used qualitative research type with data collection technique through observation and in-depth interview with informant that is six tattoo users in Bin Ban Tattoo Bandar Lampung. The results of this study indicated that the tattoo user has a positive self concept, positive, and negative, and has three important components on the concept itself namely mind, self, and society. Positive self-concept occurs where the environment supports it using tattoos and tattoo users also feel happy and comfortable with the tattoos that use. The positive concept also occurs where the environment does not support it using tattoos but tattoo users still feel happy and do not care about the environmental response. While the negative self-concept occurs where the surrounding environment does not support it and tattoo users also do not like and uncomfortable with the existing tattoo in his body.
