Abstract

Parking system is a step in regulating the rate of development of vehicles that will park in IBI Darmajaya Bandar Lampung, hope that this parking system can be  utilized to facilitate the control of data on IBI Darmajaya parking Bandar Lampung. The method used in the manufacture of this data processing system is the method of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model of Waterfall. And data collection performed by the method of observation and book study while the implementation of this waterfall models described by systems analysis, Data Flow Diagram, Normalization, Table Structure Database, Table Relationships, and the design of Input / Output. Abstract

System information (SI) has been very instrumental in improving competitive advantage (Competitive Advantage), to create value for the organization. not least in informatics and Business Darmajaya (IBI), a Higher Education Institution that made the Academic Information System (AIS) to support his efforts. To achieve this requires a development of the Academic Information System (AIS) are structured. Academic information systems that exist today with the new integrated financial information system and have not been able to meet all the needs of the academic information required by internal users and external users. Therefore, analysis of the needs of academic information systems is necessary in IBI darmajaya, where the activities of academic services is the responsibility of the work of a firm called BAAK (Bureau of Academic Administration and kemahasiswaaan) and academic information system development is the responsibility of a unit of the Unit Executive technical Computer Center (UPT Puskom). Abstract

Operating system has began to divides the system resources to many programs simultaneously to improve system performance. But when the system runs without resource sharing, an error in the program  will only cause problems in the program. Along with development of the operating system, then the overall control  system is given to the operating system. In general, the memory need to be protected for the operating system accesses protected from user programs and also to protect user programs with one another. The program – a program the user can access directly to the Central Processing Unit to execute intructions. When a program error appears, the operating system must abnormally terminate the program, provide appropriate error messages, and frees memory used by the program. Abstract

Development of technology at automotive engineering will be impact the fastest of motor cycle. To protecting the traffic accident on the road needed a regulation about maximum and minimum limitation speed of motor cycle. This article offer an alternative tools to reduce traffic accident with detection tools using webcam and microcontroller based on personal computer. Methodology used is design of block system diagram, hardware and software design, testing and later is report analysis. The final result is a tools to detection the speed of motor cycle that exceed the limitation of maximum speed, censor will send a signal to computer, then webcam will automatically capture the image, so it can be identification the rider who break the law. Abstract

Kalianda farm is a company engaged in the cultivation of laying hens. Operational reporting daily transactions and daily, weekly and monthly are still using hand written. On the other hand, management needs to get a quick report to be presented on a periodic basis. As one effort to achieve these objectives, it is necessary to build an information system that can assist livestock operations in the data record Kalianda farm feed, egg production, administration, warehouse and generate reports. The system is built using technology that runs in a multiuser network of Local Area Network (LAN) architecture client / server applications that are expected to directly obtain information about the recapitulation in a relatively short time and has managed to periodically. Data collection instruments using library research, interviews, and documentation. While the software to build applications using MS. Visual Basic 6.0, MySQL and Crystal Reports 8.5. Of this study obtained a production information system with client / server architecture, so the application can be run by several users at the same time to assist the administration of farm production in Kalianda South Lampung. Abstract

Expert system is a system that attempted to adopt human knowledge to computer, so that computers can solve problems like the experts . A good expert system designed to solve a particular problem by mimicking the work of the experts/specialists. Kokoa is a plant that is relatively easy way of planting and does not require land that is so extensive that these plants tend to be planted in demand both in plantations and the environment around the house. Indonesia has a tropical climate which is very supportive of this plant to grow and flourish. Parallel Certainty Factor method is one method of expert system to determine the value of confidence based on the value of the elements of conviction entered by an expert and a user. The values ​​entered are calculated based on predefined rules and concluded the final value of the percentage of belief in diseases of the kokoa plant. Abstract

This research will build a system or tool (software) for face recognition based image search for lecturers to teach IBI Darmajaya attendance. This study used the face with a normal pose or face with position perpendicular to the face. Facial image recognition method using the 2D-DCT (Discrete Cosine Transform Dimention 2) good image and image database query. The system is expected to replace the old model of teaching faculty attendance Darmajaya IBI. Lecturers who will teach come to PLPP no longer need to put or write down the number of meetings, day and date, subject and sub ​​subject but the teacher just came in front of the camera PLPP automatic scanner and a professor of facial images will be taken then processed by the program, the program will inform the faculty meeting and room number. Abstract

Sources of air pollution one of them is motor vehicle exhaust gas, the gas produced from the combustion of fuel occurs at vehicle engine. Application detection level of the exhaust system of motor vehicles that are made used to detect the amount of gas levels of NO and CO gases using the sensor TGS2201. Data from sensors is processed by the microcontroller and the results are displayed on the PC through serial port, the design of an application program using the Delphi programming language. Abstract

Expert system to diagnose lung disease was designed as a tool to diagnose the type of lung disease in particular. The knowledge obtained from various sources such as research and exposure to experts in the field and conducted a book-related lung disease. Inference in an expert system which is made using the method of Forward Chaining. Expert system will display a selection of symptoms that can be selected by the user to get the final result.
