Abstract

Lecturers are one of the most important components in a college education system. Roles, duties, and responsibilities are very important in realizing national education that is the intellectual life of the nation to improve the quality of Indonesian people, which includes the quality of faith / noble, noble character, and mastery of science, technology and art, and realize the Indonesian society forward, prosperous, and civilized. Fuzzy Multi-Attribute Decision Making Method is one of the methods in decision making where alternatives are known and predetermined. Decision-making should determine priorities, weights, or rankings based on given criteria. to facilitate the evaluation of lecturer performance based on the tri dharma of universities covering pedagogic, professional, personality and social competence, the lecturer performance index is evaluated using Fuzzy Multi-Attribute Decision-Making method. The purpose of this research is to get the decision-making model of lecturer performance index using the Fuzzy Multi-Attribute Decision-Making method with predetermined criteria such as classroom study, GBP and sap stipulations, time conformity, material absorption, learning media, archive as, research, translation, lecturer activities. It is expected that the lecturer performance appraisal model can trigger lecturers to improve performance and facilitate the leadership to evaluate the performance of lecturers to improve the quality and quality of universities. Keywords: FMADM, Lecturer, Lecturer Performance

Abstract

Traffic incidents refer to events occurring on highways unrelated to recurring events that interfere with the smoothness and safety of traffic. Congestion is one of the most widespread incidents and has become a problem in big cities. Existing applications do not currently support reporting for favorable conditions of congestion, accidental congestion or other visible incidents on the highways that may help drivers whether to keep picking up stalled routes or alternate routes. In this research, presented a system that supports reporting on the condition or events on the highway that is not only about congestion but also other incidents such as potholes, criminal acts that occur on the highway. The information presented is not the only location but can also be a video or image to show the actual state in visual form. So it can help the user to avoid the congestion area and reduce the buildup of vehicles in the congestion area.Keywords-Information Systems, Traffic Congestion, Geofencing, Crowdsourcing

Abstract

Higher Education is a place for students to get an education to gain knowledge in the field of particular science. Old people entrust their children who are assets to the best colleges. For Higher Education is the belief of parents to be an option, thus it can be said parents and students are the main customers for PerguruanTinggi.Penelitian produces a CRM model for Higher Education Polytechnic to monitor the results of learning achievement so that Stakeholders can see the learning results both academic and nonacademic. Information systems development methodology FAST is a development with a functional analysis of parts associated with the system. Abstract

Usability comes from a usable word that generally means it can be used properly. Basic usability usability levels include: Learnability, efficiency, memorability, error and satisfaction. PDAM Tirta Musi Palembang has a website that is www.tirtamusi.com, and has not been evaluated how far the website is useful (usable), in presenting information and service satisfaction to customers. The usability method can be used to evaluate the website. In the process of website evaluation, usability testing can use the supporting application that is Techsmith Morae Recorder. Morae provides functions to assist usability practitioners in planning, testing, data analysis and reporting of results. From the results of research can be seen that the website PDAM Tirta Musi Palembang not yet meet from the level of satisfaction (satisfaction). Where necessary the addition of information menu is Telephone Information and Companys Complete Address, Service Unit Information, Site Map and Searching. Research using this usability is expected to provide an assessment for the development of the website so that it can be useful and provide satisfaction to customers.Keywords: Usability, Website, Evaluation, and Morae Recorder.

Abstract

Fuzzy logic is one method to perform system analysis that contains uncertainty. Fuzzy logic mimics a human mindset called reason, where reason can explain and identify things automatically. This research uses the method of inference of Fuzzy Tsukamoto system in determining the placement of midwife of the non permanent employee. Where to get the output is done stages The establishment of the Fuzzy set, Application function implication, Composition rule, and affirmation (Defuzzyfikasi). A non-permanent midwife is a midwife who is not a civil servant, appointed by an authorized official to carry out the task in the course of implementing a government program. Software development method in this application using Waterfall method with the stages of planning, analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance. This application aims to assist the Dinas Kesehatan in selecting prospective midwives of nonpermanent employees. Abstract

Information is very important in the relationship between parents and students with school. Needs information on the value of student exams in schools for example as a means of supporting academic activities that are very important to be known by parents of students. Submission of information on the academic value of students in schools is generally done every acceptance report cards. The system that has been generated is the development of web based exam score software designed to report the test scores to students and parents through the website. Web-based exam score software has run well. Abstract

This study aims to measure and examine how the effectiveness of the use of web-based learning in the course practicum data structure. Web-based learning (web-based learning) that will be used in this study is a web tutorial address www.tutorialspoint.com. While the programming language to be studied on the web tutorial is a C ++ programming language tutorial. The methodology used in this research is Research & Development with tutorial web-based instructional products for practical data structure course. The result of this research is first that is learning with web-based learning in practice subject which suitable to apply for new student group taking the course and the student who repeat the course. Second, the perception of the effectiveness of learning with web-based learning is higher in the group of students whose long internet access is high and in the group of students who study while working. Abstract

Smart Building System is an application system that is a combination of technology and services devoted to the home or building environment with specific functions aimed at improving the efficiency, comfort and security penghuninya.Berdasarkan it in this study designed and made prototype automation system on building arduino web server. This system serves to monitor temperature, humidity, voltage detection and electrical current, fire detection, rain intensity detection, smoke detection, earthquake detection, flood detection, and movement detection if there are people who infiltrated the house or building. It also integrates with the electrical devices used to monitor and control the lights associated with a relay, and to move the servo that serves as a fence-opening and closing device. The Arduino Web Server is comprised of a combination of arduino uno and Ethernet shield, acting as an embedded web server that acts as both an overall monitoring and controller of the system. The system as a whole can be accessed anytime and anywhere through computers and smartphones in realtime using the browser. Abstract

TB disease is one of the contributors to the highest cause of death in Indonesia, this is because of late handling, late handling will be avoided if it can be done early detection of TB disease, this research tries to make alternatives that can be used for early detection TB disease. Case-Based Reasoning has been widely applied in various artificial intelligence, both in the form of expert systems and decision-making systems that help decision makers to make informed decisions. The use of CBR to diagnose illness has also been done by some previous researchers. Case-Based Reasoning works by studying previous cases collected in a General Knowledge that will be comparable with the new case, Case-Based Reasoning has four stages: Retrieve, Reuse, Revise and Retain, this is a very powerful way to create an expert system created into a learner engine, which automatically adds or revives knowledge automatically into the general knowledge. Expected by the implementation of Case-Based Reasoning in this system can help decision makers in this case early detection of TB disease, this sample was chosen because the number of sufferers of this disease is quite large in Indonesia. Keywords: Case-Based Reasoning, Profile Matching, Expert System, TBC
