Abstract

This Research reveals the role of the Community Cup Kamisan.A community that started its operations from discussions talk think(cups) in the core of the house of the host. Anxiety the pegiatnyaconsisting of academics, activists, journalists, citizen, teachers,businessmen, were enterprising, and various creative communitycity. Kamisan Cup community is attempting to revive the role of thevarious entities in the City Metro Lampung with spirit to build thecollective intellectual property. Lampung province which is knownwith various ethnic conflict, through collective intellectual movementis starting to realize the importance of building togetherness. Borrowedthe term Arnold J. Toynbe namely build «creative minority” namely CupsKamisan community efforts to build the city with the empowerment ofvarious community entities.Kamisan Cup community is a multicultural community whoare also trying to develop a creative economy. Consists of variousbackgrounds from academics, Student activists, journalists, creativecitizens, religious leaders unite the idea of building a social movement.Many changes occur from build Citizen journalism portal pojoksamber.com, House Together, research institution Sai Wawai Institute,publication of indie Sai Wawai Publishing, and establish Waste BankGreen cups. In addition many movements of other creative economythat is done by this community. E.g. with began to build the othercreative economy documentary, music, and handicrafts.Intellectual Property and the community experienced abecause it is based on the logic of politics and keilmuwan at the timeof the formation of the term intellectual property. “intellectuals” bornfrom social classes who do claim against the injustice done by the state.The state since the formation, have special characters in the form ofdomination. Abstract

This research aims to explain the influence analysis of Inflation, GrossDomestic Bruto, and Interest Rate to the Return on Asset (ROA) of IslamicBanking period 2009-2014. The sampling technique used is purposivesampling. This research sample gained from three Islamic banks and the datawere obtained from published financial statement of Bank of Indonesia. Dataanalysis technique used multiple linier regression analysis. Where previouslydata had been tested with the classical assumption include data normality test,heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity and autocorrelation. F Test result showedthat simultaneous variable of Inflation, Gross Domestic Bruto, and InterestRate have a significant effect on ROA while T Test result showed that partiallyInflation haven’t a significant effect on ROA while GDP have a positive andsignificant effect on ROA while Interest Rate have a significant effect on ROA.

Abstract

Selling (business) is the exchange of wealth on the basis of mutual willing and the joint agreement. There are four Perversions, namely; (1) Marriage  (ijab qobul) (2) the prescribed is run (subject)   (3) ma›kud ‹alaih (object) useful objects according to the view of syara› (4) there is a replacement for exchange of goods.  The legality of ijab qobul conditions there are three; (a) Do Not in intersperse with other words between ijab qobul, (b) people - the prescribed is run (seller and buyers ) and (c) do not there separated the meaning the seller and buyers still no interaction about ijab qobul. Conditions of the legality of the seller and buyers there are four; (a) reached puberty understanding.   (b) Moslems, this condition specifically for buyers in certain objects objects (c) no objects or items in chairman voterâ (ma›kud alaih) and (d) not wasted (waste), the will of their own and there is no compulsion of the other party. Conditions of the legality of goods sold voterâ there are six; (a) must be holy (b) cannot be not to associate with something (c) cannot be in the limit time (d) its own, (e) can be known (seen), (f) can be known to the quality and the weight. various kinds of selling (business) in Islam, seen from the point of view of the two glass eyes of Islamic law there are two valid and cancel and from the eye of goods there are three (1) selling goods that appear, (2) selling mentioned the pharmacodynamic him in the promise and( 3) selling things that are not there. In Islam in business provide current accounts allow to choose to cancel the marriage of selling (business) called khiar, there are three, namely; (1) khiar, assembly (2) khiar conditions (3) khiar disgrace. The wisdom of selling in Islam; (a) that selling (business) in Islam can be valuable social or helped against each other, will grow berbagain reward, (b) business in Islam is one of the ways to maintain cleanliness and halalnya items eaten for himself and his family, (c) business in Islam is the way to combat laziness, unemployment and extortion to others.

Abstract

The development of the sect of the sect of the conventionaleconomic science gave birth to two large flows in the economic systemof the countries in the world. The Islamiceconomy with the basic philosophy that tend to be outside of themainstream economy offers the principle of values and the purpose ofthe comprehensive and universal.In the economic system countries there financial institutionsBanks and non-bank. In the adjacent is the authormembahasakan one of non-bank financial institutions, namelyinsurance. As in conventional financial institutions there areinsurance, so also on the sharia financial institutions have shariainsurance named with takaful. The subject of done author is gives acomparison between the conventional insurance and takaful. So thatcan provide a description of the opportunities takaful development inIndonesia as a whole.The Annual Report Bappepam-LK 2011 syariah insurance(takaful) number of wealth and investment funds owned by Rp9,2Trillion and Rp7,8 Triliundan growth that occurs on this industryof 31,94% and 33,76%. From this study by relying on the principle thatis owned by the takaful conclusion can be that takaful in Indonesiastill have opportunities that is large enough to perform the expansionof the market by touching the middle to society.

Abstract

The financial report is the information about the performance of thecompany and report to the stakeholders responsibility them. Abstract

This research aims to know the system and the procedure for the implementation  of  the partnership  program  and  its  influence  on the quality of the SMBS become partner PT Telkom. This laboratory of the adoption by the exportation of cases the implementation of the partnership program which occurs on PT Telkom. The results of this research can be used as a reference for students, faculty and researchers who wish to develop further research. In addition, this research is also useful as early studies to evaluate the implementation of the partnership program which is in PT Telkom Branches Palu.The research method used is the method of descriptive analysis based on the case study, namely approach which compare the conceptual characteristics, SOP system and folow-up procedures partnership program on PT Telkom compared with empiric phenomenon that occurs on PT Telkom Branches Palu. The sources of the data obtained through several ways by observation, interview, study document and  the questioner from the secondary data. Through the evaluation that has been done, the authors conclude that there is a discrepancy in some of the things in the implementation of the company operational standards (SOP) partnership program on  CDC Unit PT Telkom Branches Palu, and not decide the implementation of internal control especially CDC unit that causes the implementation and the achievement of the purpose of the partnership program has not been achieved. Based on the results of research can be recommended to PT Telkom for more maximize the construction process such as training or business consulting periodically. In addition, increase the number of  CDC Unit staff to maximize performance. While, suggestions for SMBS expected to make financial reports regularly and actual.

Abstract

The title of this research the influence of Islamic Business Ethics of MudharabahFinancing performance with the Asymmetric Information as the Interveningvariable. The aim of the research to analyze the influence of Islamic businessethics to information asymmetry, the influence of Islamic business ethicsagainst the performance of mudharabah financing and analyzing the influenceof the asymmetry of information on the performance of the mudharabahfinancing. The location of the research on such as BMT in Jember districtusing quantitative research method, namely analysis of the band (PathAnalysis). research results meunjukkan that Islamic business ethics variable(dried shrimps) negative effect significantly against the asymmetric informationvariables (officers were present), Islamic business ethics variable turns tohave positive performance variable significantly mudharabah financing andthe asymmetric information variables (officers were present) negative effectsignificantly against the performance variable mudharabah financing (EPC)with a 0.085 and significant coefficient with the statistics of 10,401.

Abstract

Islamic  bank  is  a  financial  intermediary  (Intermediary  Financial Institution) whose operations are free from elements that are forbidden by Islam, namely gambling, Gharar, Riba, Ryswah, and falsehood.Thus different from conventional banks whose. operations using the principles of interest by most scholars say the same as usury. The element that distinguishes Islamic bank with a conventional bank is the necessity of Shariah Supervisory Board (DPS) under the auspices of the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI). Shariah Supervisory Board (DPS) is to monitor the operation of the bank and the products it releases in order to remain in accordance with the provisions of Shari’ah. Murabaha is a contract of sale of goods by the price of the goods plus an agreed profit margin. Based on the bank’s sale and purchase agreement to buy the goods ordered by and sold to customers. Bank selling price is the purchase price of the supplier plus an agreed profit.

Abstract

Maqas'id  asy-shari’ah  is relevant koredor as a basis for the development of the system, practice, and sharia banking products. The order of maqas'id asy-shari’ah is the way the light for the journey of sharia banking in answer the question dynamic based on the common good and welfare. The concept of Islamic economy is a prerequisite that must be developed further, not only in the conceptual overtones teapi also in practical overtones, especially in the practice of sharia banking. Islam has been providing textual sources that adequate to provide limitations prioritising man, but it is not enough if not balanced with social inferensi.  The theory maqas'id  asy-shari’ah  in the study of the Islamic economy is a step forward in the development of Islamic economic model that most ideal. This is because the maqas'id asyshari’ah can be used as the tool to help resolve the argument in specify a law in order to achieve the goal of shortening the law.
