Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education and self-awareness variables on entrepreneurial interest in students in the city of Surabaya. The data analysis technique used is the SEM-PLS analysis through the Warp PLS 6.0 program. Data collection techniques by conducting surveys through a questionnaire distributed to respondents by purposive sampling. The population in this study were all students in the city of Surabaya who were taking and who had passed an entrepreneurship course, so the sample determined in this study were 100 students in the city of Surabaya who were making and who had passed an entrepreneurship course with active status. This research is classified as quantitative research. This study provides findings that the variables of entrepreneurship education and self-awareness have a significant and positive effect on entrepreneurial interest. Also, entrepreneurship education variables affect the interest in entrepreneurship through self-awareness.

Abstract

This research aims to know and analyze the impact human resource management insimultan and partial that influence toward employees morale of PT Bukit Jaya AbadiSurabayya. And find out the most dominan variable that influenced.The population of thisresearch is the permanent employes which has about 95 personal there.method samplingused stastitied random sampling technical with 75 sample.Variable of this research includethe variable of human resource management (X), consisting variable of selection (X),Development (X2), compensation (X3), maintance (X), with significant (α) 5%. Analysismodel, which is used is Multiple Regression Analysis that F-tes and t-test.Based on theresearch results shows the F-test that human resource management (X), including ofSelection (X1), Development (X2), Compensation (X903)4, Maintance (X) variable in simultanthat influenced toward employees morale (Y). It is proven F-count 6,148 > F-table 2,5 .while F-test, that influence the employees morale (Y) it is prove t-count -3.258 > t- tabel 1.6669with significant 0,000.Based on the research results shows the t-test that Selection (X41) and Maintance (X)variable in partial that influenced toward employees morale (Y). It is proven, that Selection(X) t-count 3,258 > t-table-1,666 with significant 0,002, wile It is proven, that Maintance(X14) variable t-count -2,786 > t-table-1,6669 with significant 0,007. Selection (X) is themost dominan variable that influenced toward employees morale (Y). Which contribute thewhole variable on the variation employees morale is 26,01%, that is R2=0,2601. While therest of a big 73,99% that influenced variable other that don’t exist in this research.Keywords: Human, Resource, Management, Employees, Morale

Abstract

Abstrak: Motivasi, kepuasan kerja, dan sistem penghargaan sudah menjadi perhatian banyak penulis, dimana ketiga variabel ini termasuk dalam Teori Organisasi. Berbicara tentang Kepuasan kerja, motivasi dan sistem penghargaan maka, pengaruh yang paling dominan dalam hal ini adalah motivasi dan saling melengkapi dengan dua variabel lainnya. Kajian pustaka klasik dan teori terbaru tentang motivasi menghasilkan empat bidang teori utama: (1) Teori Motivasi Hirarki Kebutuhan Maslow, (2) Teori Motivasi dan Higiene atau Teori Dua faktor Herzberg, (3) Teori X Y Mc Gregor, (4) Teori Motivasi Prestasi McClelland. Maslow menyatakan bahwa orang termotivasi karena kebutuhan yang tidak terpenuhi ber¬dasarkan urutan kadar kepentingannya dari urutan yang paling rendah hingga ke urutan yang lebih tinggi. Herzberg mengatakan bahwa kepuasan dan ketidakpuasan tidak berada pada kontinum yang sama oleh karena itu bukanlah hal yang saling bertentangan. Lebih lanjut dia mengatakan bahwa faktor pemuas bisa menyebabkan kepuasan dan ketidakpuasan, sedangkan pada faktor higiene adakalanya bisa menyebabkan ketidakpuasan dan justru keberadaannya menyebab¬kan kepuasan, yang masing-masing memiliki kekuatannya sendiri. Teori Kebutuhan Prestasi McClelland mendasari Aktualisasi diri Maslow. Teori Y McGregor seirama dengan tingkat motivasi aktualisasi diri McGregor. Hal itu didasarkan pada asumsi bahwa pengarahan diri, pengendalian diri dan kedewasaan mengontrol motivasi. Sistem penghargaan harus sesuai dengan kebutuhan faktor intrinsik jika faktor intrinsik ini dimaksudkan untuk memotivasi pekerja. Memenuhi faktor ekstrinsink merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk memotivasi pekerja, tetapi secara empiris menunjukkan bahwa faktor ekstrinsink ini tidak cukup mampu menjadikan pekerja termotivasi.Key words: Teori Motivasi Hirarki Kebutuhan Maslow, Teori Dua faktor Herzberg, Teori X Y Mc Gregor, Teori Motivasi Prestasi McClelland

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence of taxpayers awareness, qualityof services, tax knowledge, tax sanctions of taxpayers compliance. The sample of thisresearch are individual taxpayers that taken randomly in Mataram City. This researchis also using tax sanctions as a moderating variable.  The respondents from thisresearch are 150 respondents. Data analysis method that used in this research areModerated Regression Analysis (MRA) and performed using SPSS for Windows.Theresults of this research indicated that awareness of taxpayers, quality of services, taxknowledge have a positive and significant influence of taxpayers compliance. Taxsanctions variable as a pure moderator that strenghten the relationship betweendependent variable and independent variables.Keyword: Taxpayers Awareness, Quality of services, Tax knowledge, Tax sanctions,Taxpayers compliance

Abstract

Abstract: Today, tablet computer business world is growing and developing very rapidly. In Indonesia, the most striking development is the competition of two famous vendors, that be the market leader in table computer market, namely between Apple with its iPad product, and Samsung with its Galaxy tab product that having Android OS. The both tablet computers so steal Indonesian attention, in particular the gadget lovers. With the different OS specifications and uses, of course, each of products has its advantages and disadvantages. Every product has certain uniqueness, which may attract the consumer interest; it also includes the selling price. Likewise with the EMAX Apple Store of Surabaya that always wants to attract the consumer interest to choose the Apple iPad Tablet Computer products.From the result of testing on the model in this research, by using random sampling, structural equation model (SEM) analysis, and the assistance of software Amos 20, on 200 respondents, it has been able to explain the correlation of consumer motivation, quality perception, consumer attitude, and Brand Image, on the decision of Apple iPad Tablet computer buying at EMAX Apple Store of Surabaya.In this research, it was obtained 1) Consumer motivation had positive effect on the decision of Apple iPad tablet computer buying, 2) Quality perception had positive effect on the decision of Apple iPad tablet computer buying, 3) Consumer attitude had positive effect on the decision of Apple iPad tablet computer buying, 4) Brand image had positive effect on the decision of Apple iPad tablet computer buying, 5) Consumer motivation, Quality perception, Consumer attitude, and Brand image simultaneously had positive effect on the decision of Apple iPad tablet computer buying at EMAX Apple Store of Surabaya.Key words: EMAX Apple Store, consumer motivation, quality motivation, consumer attitude, brand image, buying decision.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze The Influence of Self leadership, Social intelligence,Employee ability influence on organizational commitment and Employee Performance of DinasPengendalian Penduduk, Pemberdayaan Perempuandan Perlindungan Anak Surabaya. Respondents ofthis study were 80 employees. he method of data collection in this study is a survey method with aninstrument questionnaire distributed to respondents. Data was analysis used SmartPLS package. Abstract

Livestock activity is one of the sub activities in agriculture, where with the increase ofthe welfare of the community, the activities in the field of livestock are also increasing as aconsequence of the increase of people's income. Meat as one source of protein is needed bythe community, while chicken meat is still a prima donna community in meeting the needsof meat because in addition to the relatively cheap price, good taste, also from the aspectof relative health does not contain lots of cholesterol, therefore Animal feed company, iscurrently racing to market its production. Marketing mix as attribute inherent to a product that is used as consumer appeal, sothat marketing mix must be communicated well to consumer through various media ofinformation to influence consumer. The impact for consumer marketing mix informationwill be a stimulus in making the decision to buy. From the results of the test of the model in this study, using random sampling,structural equation model (SEM) analysis, and software assistance Amos Version 22, in201 respondents, able to explain the relationship between marketing mix (product, price,promotion and distribution) Purchase of livestock feed, in the area of Jombang regency.In this study, obtained value of Coefficient of Determination (R2) of 0.816, this indicatesthat, by executing the marketing mix well, it will push upthe decision of livestock feedpurchase of 81.6%. Another thing to be gained from is: that the promotion factor of the marketing mixbecomes the most dominant factor influence on purchasing decisions, amounting to 44.8%.Keywords: marketing mix, purchase decision

Abstract

Employee’s job performance is a fundamental thing that supports the company in achieving its goals. Then an evaluation is carried out so that the company can know the performance of its employees so that research is carried out. The objectives of this study are: (1). Effect of work stress on individual commitment to employees of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Bogasari Division. (2). Effect of work stress on the performance of employees of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Bogasari Division. (3). Effect of compensation on individual commitments on employees of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Bogasari Division. (4). Effect of Compensation on the performance of employees of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Bogasari Division. (5). Influence individual commitment to the performance of employees of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Bogasari Division. The population in this study were 192 people, the method used in this study was the survey method. The analysis technique used in this study is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The results of this analysis indicate that: H1. Work structure has a significant effect on individual commitment to employees of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Bogasari Division. South Kalimantan. H2.Stres work has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, Bogasari Division, South Kalimantan. H3. Compensation has a significant effect on individual commitment to employees of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Bogasari Division. South Kalimantan. H4. Compensation has a significant effect on the performance of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Bogasari Division employees. South Kalimantan. H5. Individual commitment significantly influences the performance of employees of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Bogasari Division. Abstract

Symptoms of dishonesty among students and the community, which marked the modeled mass assignments and exams, plagiarism cases of scientific work at several universities, indiscipline in the lecture, and corruption increased. Indicator character of the nation, especially students who began to decline becomes an important issue to study, to overcome the problems of the characters needed models that synergize all intelligence training, not only intellectual but also emotional  and spiritual intelligence. The ESQ training models in an effort to build positive character of the student so that the student is not getting the moral decline. Through training, in the long run will result in increased student competence, as a potential future leader of the nation. Human Resources is able to compete, adapt, intelligent and moral, culture of corruption so lost. The population in this research is student of the faculty of economic in 2012 in Untag Surabaya.with the total number of 600 student.From the test result, analsysis of Smart PLS, random sampling method by software SmartPls 2.0,on 30 respondents,  the study states that the ESQ training is the right model to build student character FE UNTAG Surabaya force in 2012 and build the character of students is the right model for enhancing student competence UNTAG Surabaya. Abstract

Abstract: This research was done in PDAM Mojokerto city. This PDAM is a company which monopolizes the water supply to public so that it can supply and distribute water according to the public weeds.The problems in this research are : a. How is efficiency the performance rate analysis result of PDAM as one of BUMD in Mojokerto city ?. b. How is the effectivity performance of PDAM as water supplier for public in Mojokerto city? The purpose is to analyze the performance efficiency rate of PDAM as one of BUMD in Mojokerto city, and for knowing the performance effectivity of PDAM Mojokerto city.The research result of ROE (Return on Equity) PDAM always get loss increasingly. Cash ability for paying the short debt is very low.The collection of receivable in the year of 2010 increased 32.325,760, in the 2011 increased 18.337,450, in the year of 2012 increased 73.819,330., this showed that there was receivable abundant and there was no effective collect receivable, while in the year 2013 there was better collect compared to the previous year. The soluability ratio increased in the year 2009 with the amount 3.63% that meant every debt of one unit would be guaranted 3,63 unit asset and in the year 2010 with the amount of 4,20%. In the year 2011 would be 6,16% in the year 2012 with the amount 5,52%, in the year 2013 in 13,06%. Based on the result of performance effectivity PDAM Mojokerto city, it is still not effective. We can see from the ratio of the population with customer, the rate of water loos is about 50% and water quality and water wetae also the were so many complaints, showed that there is still not effective the PDAM performance Mojokerto city. The recommendation of PDAM Mojokerto city must work harder to increase the performance efficiency and effectivity.Keywords: performance efficiency and effectivity.
