Abstract

This study aim was to determine activities and learning outcomes of students through the application of NHT learning model. The research design was non equivalent pretest posttest. The research sample were students of SMPN 5 Tulang Bawang Tengah that was selected by purposive sampling method. The research data were obtained from the average value of written test that were analyzed by using t-test and U-test. Another data were obtained from the observation sheet of learning activities and questionnaire responses that were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the learning outcomes of experiment class was different significantly from the control class. The average percentage of student activity of asking, answering questions and expressing ideas / in experiment class was higher than control. All students gave positive responses to the use of NHT model. It can be concluded that the use of the NHT learning model was effective for increasing students activity and learning outcomes.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran tipe NHT. Desain penelitian pretes-postes tak ekuivalen. Sampel penelitian siswa SMPN 5 Tulang Bawang Tengah yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data penelitian berupa hasil belajar yang diperoleh dari rata-rata nilai tes tertulis dianalisis menggunakan uji-t dan uji-U. Data lain berupa aktivitas belajar dan tanggapan siswa dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil belajar kelas eksperimen berbeda signifikan dengan kelas kontrol . Rata-rata persentase aktivitas siswa aspek bertanya, menjawab pertanyaan dan mengemukakan ide pada kelas eksperimen menunjukkan peningkatan yang lebih tinggi. Semua siswa memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap penggunaan model NHT. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran NHT efektif dalam meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa.Kata kunci : aktivitas belajar, hasil belajar, numbered heads together

Abstract

This research purpose was to know the influence of TPS learning modeltowards student activities and conceptual understanding. The research used non-equivalent pretest posttest design. The samples were students of VIIG and VIID class that were selected by purposive sampling technique. Qualitative data were obtained from learning activities observation sheets and students questionnaire responses that were analyzed descriptively. Quantitative data were obtained from the average value of test that were analyzed by using t-test and U-test. The average of students learning activities percentage for all aspects in experiment class was higher than control that was 45.60%. The average of conceptual understanding in experiment class was higher than control. Most of the student (93%) gave good impression towards TPSlearning model. Therefore, TPS cooperative learning model improved students activities and conceptual understanding on subject of the characteristics of living things.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif Think Pair Share (TPS) terhadap aktivitas belajar siswa dan penguasaan materi. Desain penelitian menggunakan pretes-postes tak ekuivalen. Sampel penelitian siswa kelas VIIG dan VIID yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data kualitatif diperoleh dari lembar observasi aktivitas belajar dan angket tanggapan siswa terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif TPS yang dianalisis secara deskriptif. Data kuantitatif diperoleh dari rata-rata nilai tes dianalisis menggunakan uji-t dan uji-U. Rata-rata persentase aktivitas siswa semua aspek pada kelas eksperimen menunjukkan peningkatan yang lebih tinggi sebesar 45,60% dibanding kelas kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penguasaan materi pada kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibanding kelas kontrol. Sebagian besar siswa (93%) memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap model pembelajaran TPS. Dengan demikian, penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif TPS meningkatkan aktivitas belajar dan penguasaan materi pokok ciri-ciri makhluk hidup.Kata kunci : aktivitas belajar, ciri-ciri makhluk hidup, model pembelajaran TPS, penguasaan materi

Abstract

This research aim was to understand the influence of 3D media anotrus toward improvement of students activities and learning outcomes. The research was conducted on SMPN 3 Tanjung Raja. Samples were students of VIIIA and VIIIB calss which were selected by purposive sampling technique. The research design was non-equivalent pre-test and post-test. Qualitative data were learning outcomes that were obtained from pretest and posttest that analyzed with u-test and t-test. Qualitative data were students activities of observation and students responses on 3D media anotrus that were obtained from descriptive analyzed of questionnaires. Results of the research showed that learning outcomes in experiment class was significantly different from data control class. The average percentage of students activities on experiment class showed higher improvement. Students also gave positive response to 3D media anotrus. Thus, 3D media anotrus influence significantly to improved students activities and learning outcomes.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media 3D Anotrus terhadap peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian yang dilakukan di SMPN 3 Tanjung Raja. Sampel adalah siswa kelas VIIIA dan VIIIB yang dipilih dengan teknik Purposive sampling. Desain penelitian menggunakan pretes postes tak equivalen. Data penelitian berupa Data kuantitatif yaitu hasil belajar siswa yang diperoleh dari pretes dan postes yang dianalisis menggunakan uji u dan uji-t, Data kualitatif yaitu data aktivitas siswa yang diperoleh dari observasi dan tanggapan terhadap media 3D Anotrus diperoleh dari angket yang dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil belajar kelas eksperimen berbeda signifikan dengan kelas kontrol. Rata-rata persentase aktivitas siswa kelas eksperimen menunjukkan peningkatan yang lebih tinggi. Siswa memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap media 3D Anotrus. Dengan demikian, penggunaan media 3D Anotrus berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan aktivitas siswa dan hasil belajar siswa.Kata kunci : aktivitas, hasil belajar siswa, media 3D Anotrus

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of example non example model to critical thinking skills and students learning activities. This research was experiment study with pretest-posttest design non equivalent group. The samples were two classes from MTs N 3 Lampung Selatan that were selected by purposive sampling. The quantitative data were obtained from the average value of test that were analyzed by using t-test and U-test. The qualitative data were learning activities and students responses that were analyzed descriptively. The result showed that example non example model influenced in critical thinking skills. Indicators of giving argument (p 0,003 0,05), induction (p 0,000 0,05), and doing deduction (th (0,482) tt (1,676)) have increased. Activities in experiment class was higher than control. Most of the students gave positive responses to learning model. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh model example non example terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis dan aktivitas belajar siswa. Penelitian menggunakan studi eksperimen dengan desain pretest posttest kelompok tak ekuivalen. Sampel adalah dua kelas dari MTs N 3 Lampung Selatan dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data kuantitatif diperoleh dari rata-rata nilai tes yang dianalisis menggunakan uji-t dan uji-U. Data kualitatif berupa aktivitas belajar dan tanggapan siswa yang dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan model example non example berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Indikator memberikan argumen (p 0,003 0,05), melakukan induksi (p 0,000 0,05), dan melakukan deduksi (th (0,482) tt (1,676)) mengalami peningkatan. Aktivitas belajar siswa kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol. Abstract

The results showed that the average of learning outcomes in experiment class was higher than control (experiment= 71,85; control = 54,48). The average of student learning activities percentage in all observed aspects in experiment class also showed higher improvement than control (experiment = 78,26; control = 66,33). Therefore, Anotrus 3D media could improve the students activities and learning outcomes on subject matter of the Human Motion Systems.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh media 3D Anotrus terhadap aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa. Desain penelitian menggunakan pretes-postes tak ekuivalen. Sampel penelitian siswa kelas VIIIA dan VIIIB yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data kualitatif diperoleh dari lembar observasi aktivitas belajar dan angket tanggapan siswa yang dianalisis se-cara deskriptif. Data kuantitatif diperoleh dari rata-rata nilai tes dianalisis meng-gunakan uji-t dan uji-U. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi (eksperimen = 71,85; kontrol = 54,48). Rata-rata persentase aktivitas siswa semua aspek kelas eksperimen juga menunjukkan peningkatan yang lebih tinggi (eksperimen = 78,26; kontrol = 66,33). Dengan demikian, penggunaan media 3D Anotrus dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa pada materi pokok sistem gerak manusia.Kata kunci : aktivitas belajar, hasil belajar, media 3D Anotrus, sistem gerak manusia

Abstract

This research purpose wasto know the influence of interactive multimedia towards the learning activityand learning outcomes. The samples were students ofVIIIa and VIIIbat SMPBudayaBandar Lampung that waychosen by Purposive Sampling technique. The research used pretest-posttest non equivalent design.Qualitative data werelearning activities and students responses were analyzed descriptively. The quantitative data were obtained from the students' learning outcomesthat were pretest, posttest, and N-gain whichwere analyzed by using t-Test. The average of students learning activities percentage in all aspects in experiment class were higher than control (experiment= 75,35; control= 58,59).The increasing oflearning outcomeswith N-gain average was68,00that significantly different with control class was 60,00.Furthermore,most of the students (93%) gave positive responses to the using ofinteractive multimedia. Therefore, interactive multimedia improvedthe activity and learning outcomes students on material of the human circulatory. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh multimedia interaktif terhadap peningkatan aktivitas dan hasilbelajar siswa. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIIIa dan VIIIbSMP BudayaBandar Lampung, dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Desain penelitian menggunakan pretest-posttest tak ekuivalen. Data kualitatif berupa aktivitas belajar dan tanggapan siswa dianalisis secara deskriptif. Datakuantitatif hasil belajar siswa diperoleh daripretest, posttest dan N-Gain yangdianalisis menggunakan uji t. Rata rata persentase aktivitas siswa pada semua aspek yang diamati pada kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol (eksperimen= 75,35; kontrol= 58,59).Peningkatan hasil belajarsiwa kelas eksperimen dengan rata-rata N-gain68,00 berbeda signifikan dengan kelas kontrol 60,00.Selain itu sebagian besar siswa (92%) memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap penggunan multimedia interaktif. Dengan demikian, penggunaan multimedia interaktif dapat meningkatkan penguasaan materi dan aktivitas belajar siswa pada materi pokok peredaran darah manusia. Abstract

This research purpose was to know the influence of PBL based on the gender of the student rational thinking and the improvement. The quantitative data were rational thinking skills of students based on gender that were obtained from the score of pretest, posttest and N-gain. The qualitative data were students learning activity data. The results of study indicated that the application of PBL model could improve the skills of rational thinking female with N-gain of 54,29 and male students with N-gain of 41,37. The ability of female and male students from each indicators of rational thinking for problem-solving skills as an indicator of the highest but female had an average higher than male students. Average results of student learning activities showed that the percentage of student activity in females (76.62%) was higher than male students (52.26%). Thus, the application of PBL model based on gender have a significant effect in improving the rational thinking skills and students learning activities.Tujuan penelitian mengetahui pengaruh model PBM berdasarkan gender terhadap berpikir rasional siswa dan peningkatannya. Data kuantitatif berupa keterampilan berpikir rasional berdasarkan gender diperoleh dari nilai pretest, posttest dan N-gain. Data kualitatif berupa data aktivitas belajar. Hasil penelitian penerapan PBM meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir rasional perempuan N-gain 54,29 dan laki-laki N-gain 41,37. Kemampuan perempuan dan laki-laki setiap indikator kemampuan berpikir rasional untuk kemampuan memecahkan masalah sebagai indikator yang paling tinggi namun siswa perempuan memiliki rata-rata lebih tinggi dibandingkan laki-laki. Hasil rata-rata aktivitas belajar memperlihatkan persentase aktivitas siswa perempuan (76,62%) lebih tinggi daripada laki-laki (52,26%). Dengan demikian penerapan model PBM berdasarkan gender berpengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir rasional dan aktivitas belajar siswa.Kata kunci : gender, keterampilan berpikir rasional, PBM

Abstract

This research qimed to know the influence of organic fertilizer of kepok banana skin against the growth of spinach plant. The results of the research can be used for making experiment worksheet of plant growth and development at grade XII of High School. The plan used was completely randomized design (CRD) with four treatments and six repetitions with organic fertilizer consentration 0, 20, 40, 60 ml/plant/application. The worksheet performed feasibility test with two examiners are education biology and biology subject teacher grade XII. The research results showed that by giving liquid organic fertilizer of kepok banana skin had significant effect for the growth of plant height, number of leaves and leaf wide on spinach plants. In the P1 treatment with a concentration of 20 ml was the best concentration and research results can be used for making experiment worksheet of plant growth and development with a very suitable categories.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk organik kulit pisang kepok terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman bayam dan mengetahui hasil penelitian dapat digunakan dalam pembuatan LKS eksperimen materi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan tanaman kelas XII SMA. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan empat perlakuan dan enam pengulangan dengan konsentrasi pupuk organik 0, 20, 40, 60 ml/tanaman/aplikasi. Pada LKS dilakukan uji kelayakan dengan 2 penguji yaitu dosen pendidikan biologi dan guru mata pelajaran biologi kelas XII. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian pupuk organik cair kulit pisang kepok berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun serta luas daun tanaman bayam. Pada konsentrasi 20 ml merupakan konsentrasi terbaik dan hasil penelitian dapat layak digunakan sebagai sumber belajar.Kata kunci : kulit buah pisang kepok, LKS, pertumbuhan tanaman bayam, pupuk organik

Abstract

This research was aimed to determine the profile of students science process skill (SPS). The samples were all students of class XI Science program which were selected by totalsampling technique. The qualitative data such as the descriptive of the SPS were obtained from observation sheet during the learning process and students responses questionnaire were analyzed descriptively. The quantitative data were obtained from the written test and students worksheets which contains all indicators of SPS analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the average of students SPS with good criteria which was 81.48. Classifying, communicating and predicting skills with good criteria which was 64,9, 67,3, and 66,8 also interpreting skill with medium criteria which was 45,2. Most of students gave positive responses to the implementation learning process. Thus, SPS profile of SMAN 5 Metros students in human motion system material with good criteria.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil keterampilan proses sains siswa (KPS). Sampel penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPA yang dipilih secara total sampling. Data kualitatif yaitu deskripsi KPS siswa diperoleh melalui lembar observasi selama pembelajaran dan tanggapan siswa diperoleh melalui angket lalu dianalisis secara deskriptif. Data kuantitatif diperoleh dari hasil yang diperoleh melalui LKS dan tes tertulis yang memuat semua indikator KPS, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata KPS siswa berkriteria baik yaitu 61,1. Keterampilan mengklasifikasikan, mengkomunikasikan dan memprediksi berkriteria baik, yaitu masing-masing sebesar 64,9, 67,3, dan 66,8 serta keterampilan menginterpretasi berkriteria sedang yaitu sebesar 45,2. Sebagian besar siswa memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap penerapan pembelajaran. Dengan demikian diketahui bahwa profil KPS siswa SMAN 5 Metro pada materi sistem gerak manusia berkriteria baik.Kata kunci : keterampilan proses sains, interpretasi, klasifikasi, komunikasi, prediksi

Abstract

The aim of this research was to find out the influence of PBL model to activity and students learning outcomes on management of environment subject matter. The samples were class VII A and VII C SMP Negeri 1 Rebang Tangkas which were chosen by purposive sampling technique. The design of this research were pretest-postest non equivalent. Quantitative data were obtained from student learning outcomes which were analized by t-test and u-test with signification level of 5%. Qualitative data were learning activity which were analyzed descriptively. The result showed the percentage of student learning outcomes average in experiment class which was 82,69 was higher than control class that was 71,15. the learning outcomes which were obtained from N-Gain score in experiment class was 51,16 that was higher than control class that was 38,87. Based on the research it could be conduded that PBL model gave influence to activity and student learning outcomes.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model PBL terhadap aktivitas danhasil belajar siswa pada materi pengelolaan lingkungan. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelasVII A dan VII C SMP Negeri 1 Rebang Tangkas yang dipilih dengan teknik Purposive sampling. Desain penelitian ini pretest-postest non equivalen. Data kuantatif diperoleh dari hasil belajar siswa yang di analisis menggunakan uji-t dan U pada taraf signifikasi 5%. Data kualitatif berupa aktivitas belajar yang diperoleh dari lembar observasi aktivitas siswa yang dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persentase rata-rata aktivitas belajar siswa kelas eksperimen (82,69) lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol (71,15), Hasil belajar yang diperoleh dari nilai N-Gain pada kelas eksperimen (51,16) juga lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas control (38, 87). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model PBL berpengaruh terhadap aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa.Kata kunci: aktivitas belajar siswa, hasil belajar siswa, problem based learning
