Abstract

The purpose of this study were (1) to analyze the simultaneous effect of variables of service quality permit disruption of public satisfaction with the Board of Investment and Integrated Services One Stop Mamuju Utara, (2) analyze the effect of the partial service quality variables permit disruption of public satisfaction on Investment Board Capital and Integrated Services One Stop North Mamuju regency. The main theory used is Parasuraman The amount of sample of 33 people. Model analysis used is multiple linear regression. Results of the study (1) Quality of Service Permit Disorders simultaneously significant effect to the satisfaction of the Public Investment Board and One Stop Mamuju Utara (2) Quality of Service License Disorders partially significant effect to the satisfaction of the Public Investment Board and Services One Stop Mamuju Utara.Dari physical evidence diperolehVariabel research results become the biggest factor affecting public satisfaction mainly due to the comfort of the workplace availability waiting room equipped with a fan and a television so that people feel comfortable while waiting for the permit, then the variable certainty, especially knowledge apparatus due to officials who handle permits have followed training and responsible and trustworthy, then the variable reliability especially fast service due to personnel who have experience in the service permits, then the variable responsiveness, especially the provision of information caused by the authorities in providing information clear and easy to understand by society, then the lowest factor affecting public satisfaction is variable empathy with the ability to master the forces caused by the apparatus information about licensing issues.  symbol indicates confounding variables that affect public satisfaction but are not included in this study.

Abstract

This study bertujuan untuk know switchover policy implementation property rights to land in the public interest on the part of the public administration Regional Secretariat of North Mamuju regency. This type of research is the study inikualitatif.Informan executor in the Secretariat of North Mamuju District and Land Office as well as policy targets. Collecting data using observations, interviews, and documentation, while the analysis of the data consists of data reduction, data presentation, and attractive transition policy menunjukkan implementasi research kesimpulan. Hasil property rights over land for public purposes in the general government administration Regional Secretariat of North Mamuju regency not maximized because resources and bureaucratic structures not running optimally due to the ability of human resources is still quite adequate and understanding of the field of the task is still lacking, and the implementation of the policy has not been according to SOP. But in terms of communication and disposition has been executed with the maximum, which means it has carried out the coordination and dissemination of clear and consistent as well as the executor attitude that shows awareness in doing a good job and the attitude demonstrated towards acceptance of the policy is executed.

Abstract

The objectiveof this research is to determine and analyze the development of local revenues, specific allocation funds, and capital expenditures and the effect of of local revenues and specific allocation funds on capital expenditures both simultaneously and partially. The sample in this research consists of 11 regencies/cities in Central Sulawesi and sample tehnique is purposive sampling. Method of data analysis is trend analysis and multiple linear regressions. The results shows that in average, the growth of local revenues tends to increase within 3 budget years, while the average growth of specific allocation funds tends to decrease. The average growth of capital expenditure tends to decrease in accordance to the average growth of specific allocation funds. Simultaneous test indicates that local revenues and specific allocation funds affect the capital expenditure positively and significantly. Partial test shows that local revenues and specific allocation funds affect capital expenditure positively and significantly. Determinant coefficient demostrates the R-square value of 0,667 that shows that 66,70% of capital expenditure affected by local revenues and specific allocation funds; the remaining of 33,30% affected by other variables that are not studied.

Abstract

The aim of this study; (1) to determine the influence of achievement needs (need for achievement) on the performance of employees at the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry of North Mamuju regency; (2) to determine the effect of power needs (need for power) the performance of employees at the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry of North Mamuju regency; (3) to determine the effect relationship needs (need for affiliation) on the performance of employees at the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry of North Mamuju regency. This type of research inikuantitatif with explanatory approach. This study population of employees of Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry of North Mamuju regency with the number 44 with census sampling techniques so that the entire population sampled. Data collection techniques including observation, questionnaires, and documentation, while the technique of data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed; (1) The need for achievement, need for power and relationship needs simultaneously (synchronously) effect on the performance of employees of the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry of North Mamuju regency. The major effect of 72.5% and the remaining 27.5 explained by another variable to the level of a very strong relationship between the variables of motivation with employee performance; (2) The need for the achievement of partial (individual) effect on the performance of employees of the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry of North Mamuju regency; (3) The need for power partially (individual) effect on the performance of employees of the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry Mamuju Utara; (4) The need for relationships partial (individual) effect on the performance of employees of the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry North Mamuju regency.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the Policy Implementation Unit Level Curriculum (SBC) in improving learning in SMK Negeri 1 Sarudu. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with a study population of 16 people, .Teknik data collection using observation, interview and documentation study. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the policy implementation Unit Level Curriculum (SBC) at SMK 1Sarudu based on the theory of Edward III, which include: Communication, Resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure in SMK 1 Sarudu suboptimal even though the policy implementation of SBC is in conformity with the standards of competence / basic competence but there are some programs that are not performing well as the development program or department areas of expertise, competence test execution and implementation of learning programs. Factors affecting less optimal for policy implementation level curriculum, among others, limited education facilities / infrastructure and support available budget and human resources seen from Aspe kkualitas and quantity

Abstract

The National Program Independent Community Empowerment is one of the government policies in alleviating poverty and providing works by involving communities in all stages of the development, from planning, actualization, monitoring to evaluation. Through the participatory development, the community critical awareness and self-reliance, particulary the poor communities, can be increased so that they will not merely become the objective of development programs but also as the subjects in combating poverty efforts at the same time. This research describes the implementation of the National Program Independent Community Empowerment, the result shows that the implementation of the National Program of Rural Community Empowerment in Polewali Village can be categorized good in general despite some of its weaknesses. The interpretation of the implementation of the National Program Independent Community Empowerment in Polewali Village is still not well understood both by the activities manager in village level and the villagers themselves. The aplication of the National Program Independent Community Empowerment in Polewali Village has been able to carried out , although there are still some obstacles faced.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the quality of Immunization Services in Public Health Centre of Kinovaro, Sigi Regency. This is a descriptive qualitative research. In this study, informants was determined by purposive sampling technique. The techniques of data collection in this study are Observation (observation), interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results were analyzed by using the theory of Parasuraman et.al, while the concept used is Tangibles (physical evidence), Reliability, responsiveness, assurance (guarantees and certainty), Emphaty. The Results in this research was found that in terms of immunization services , the quality of existing services at the health center is not currently available Kinovaro optimally : (a) Services Kinovaro PHC terms of facilities (Tangibles) in immunization services still inadequate, where Kinovaro PHC can not meet the necessary of health personnel and facilities for community, especially in immunization activities; (b) Reliability of health workersin providing immunization services is not maximized, where Kinovaro PHC has given the simplicity of the immunization services procedure, but can not be carried out regularly, as well as health workers in immunization services have not been sufficiently trained to meet people's necessary for timely and keep standbye in all of work’s area; (c) Health worker’s responsiveness of immunization services at the Kinovaro PHC still not good, because health workers have not been able to provide a rapid response service to complaints receiver immunization services; (d) Security services (Assurance) given by health workers in immunization services at Kinovaro PHC, is still inadequate, because, health workers can not provide proper knowledge to society in their working area, and people do not get comfort when receive immunization by health personnel Kinovaro health center; (e) Being empathetic health workers in providing immunization services at health center Kinovaro, is still not good, where health officials Kinovaro PHC not competent to give less attention to community and understand the people’s necessary of receiving communities.

Abstract

The aim of this study; (1) to determine the effect of organizational culture simultaneously the performance of employees in the Secretariat of North Mamuju regency; (2) to determine the effect of organizational culture partially on the performance of employees in the Secretariat of the Regional District of North Mamuju. Organizational culture theory used from Denison, while the theoretical performance of Robbins. This type of research with a quantitative survey approach. The study population is employees of the Secretariat of the Regional District of North Mamuju totaling 148 people were drawn using the formula to 60 respondents. Data collection techniques include observation, questionnaires, and documentation, while the technique of data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed; (1) the influence of organizational culture simultaneously the performance of employees in the Secretariat of the Regional District of North Mamuju determined by adaptability (adaptability), consistency (consistency), involvement (engagement), danmission (mission) .Besar effect obtained with 62.2% the level of the strong relationship between the variables. While the descriptive results indicate that the dimension that has the highest percentage value is the mission (mission) with a percentage of 82.22% which means all members of the organization have the same objectives in terms of vision and mission, while the lower dimension is adaptability (adaptability) with a percentage of 67, 33%, which means that the employee has not been able to learn from mistakes that it faces in its work; (2) the influence of organizational culture partially on the performance of employees in the Secretariat of the Regional District of North Mamuju determined by the influence of adaptability (adaptability) to employee performance, the effect of consistency (consistency) to employee performance, the effect of involvement (engagement) to employee performance, and influence mission (mission) to employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of this study; (1) untuk mengetahui and analyze the influence of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation simultaneously on the performance of employees at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of North Mamuju regency; (2) to assess and analyze the effect of intrinsic motivation partially on the performance of employees at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of North Mamuju regency; (3) to mengetahui menganalisis pengaruh extrinsic motivation partially on the performance of employees at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of North Mamuju regency. This type of research inikuantitatif. Population research staff at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of North Mamuju regency totaling 40 people with census sampling techniques so that the entire population sampled. Data collection techniques including observation, questionnaires, and documentation, and data analysis technique multiple linear regression. The results showed; (1) There is the influence of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation simultaneously on the performance of employees at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of North Mamuju regency with the influence of 62.9% and the level of the strong relationship between variables; (2) There is the influence of intrinsic motivation partially on the performance of employees at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of North Mamuju regency. Intrinsic motivation in this research are influenced by the recognition as recognition of the work ability, whereas the intrinsic motivation of employees who have indicated is a matter of individual responsibility as the completion of the work not on time; (3) There is the influence of motivation eksrinsik partially on the performance of employees at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of North Mamuju regency. Extrinsic motivation in this research are influenced by incentives, while extrinsic motivation is the employee who has not obtained adequate working facilities used.

Abstract

The aim of this study; (1) to determine the influence of achievement needs (need for acbievement), power needs (need for power), and the relationship needs (need for affiliation) simultaneously (together) against the employee's performance Regional Development Planning Agency of North Mamuju regency; (2) to determine the power needs (need for power) partially (people) to the employee's performance Regional Development Planning Agency of North Mamuju regency; (3) to determine the effect relationship needs (need for affiliation) partially (people) to the employee's performance Regional Development Planning Agency of North Mamuju regency; (4) to determine the influence of achievement needs (need for acbievement) partially (people) to the employee's performance Regional Development Planning Agency of North Mamuju regency. This type of research is quantitative and descriptive. The study population is employees of the Regional Development Planning Agency of North Mamuju regency totaling 31 respondents. Sampling techniques using the census, so that the entire population sampled, as well as data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results showed; (1) The need for achievement (need for acbievement), power needs (need for power), and the needs of the relationship (need for affiliation) simultaneously (together) affect the employee's performance Regional Development Planning Board Mamuju Utara, with effect of 43 , 9% and the level of relationship "strong", which means that the increase in motivation will improve employee performance. Descriptive analysis showed the need persntase obtain high power, especially indicators of the desire to control, while the need for achievement is still low, especially praise the leadership; (2) The need for achievement (need for acbievement) partially (individual) effect on the performance of employees of Regional Development Planning Board North Mamuju regency; (3) The need for power (need for power) partially (individual) effect on the performance of employees of Regional Development Planning Board North Mamuju regency; (4) The need for a relationship (need for affiliation) partially (individual) effect on the performance of employees of Regional Development Planning Board North Mamuju regency.
