Abstract

The study uncovers the influence of price and service quality on the satisfaction of motor vehicle insurance's customers in PT. Asuransi Jasindo (Persero) of Palu Branch. The aim to achieved is to determine and analyze the positive and significant influence of price and service quality on consumer's satisfaction of vehicle insurance in PT. Asuransi Jasindo Palu. Type of research is verificative with questionnaires as its instrument that distributed to 184 respondents. The results indicate that price has positive and significant influence on customers' satisfaction. Parameter estimation in table 4.28 between variables of price and customer satisfaction is significant because p value is lower than the level of significance of 5% or 0,05 that is equal to 0,004. The estimated value between variables of price and customer satisfaction is 0,522 which means if the price increased, then the customer satisfaction will also increase. Service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Parameter estimation in table 4.28 between variables of service quality and customer satisfaction is significant because p value is tower than the level of significance of 5% or 0,05 that is equal to 0,036. The value of estimation between variables of service quality and customer satisfaction equals to 0,396, which means that if service quality increased by 1, customer satisfaction will also increase.

Abstract

The study aims to determine and analyse simultaneous and partial influence of competency, compensation, and non-physical work environment on performance of employees at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Palu Headquarter Office. Respondents include 112 employees and data is analyzed with multiple linear regressions analysis version SPSS 16. The result confirms that competency, compensation, and non-physical work environment simultaneously have a significant influence on performance of employees at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Palu Headquarter Office. Competency has a significant influence on performance of employees at at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Palu Headquarter Office;compensation has a significant influence on performance of employees at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Palu Headquarter Office; non-physical environment has a significant influence on performance of employees at at PT. Abstract

The study aims are to describe the process of administration of State Property (BMN) in the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Donggala Regency and to offer a solution in the perspective of the basic concept of accounting. The study applies qualitative method, with the post-positivism approach. The process of collecting data is done through observation, interview, and document analysis using triangulation model technique. The results of the study show (1) the recording is based on the application but it is not effective in use, (2) the recording is not supported by the specification of goods documents, (3) the updating of BMN asset data and information are not performed, (4) the inventory of BMN assets never performed, (5) BMN report not equipped with notes on reports of state property (CalBMN). Alternative of administration of BMN in the perspective of the basic concept of accounting is the entity theory, such as: (1) it needs real policy related to the use of the application as needed, (2) collecting initial information on the asset completely, (3) it needs policy related to controlling regularly (4) the substance of presentation is not only in formal reports, (5) the complete report is the suitability of documents, physical assets and records in the book of inventory. The good mechanism of administration of BMN, then the process of transparency and accountability in the management of BMN will be realized.

Abstract

The aims of this research are: 1) to determine and analyze the influence of service quality on customers’ satisfaction; 2) to determine and analyze the influence of service quality on customers’ trust; 3) to determine and analyze the influence of customers’ satisfaction on trust. Type of study is explanatory in explaining the relationship between variables studied by involving 180 customers of four-wheel motor vehicles in Palu with probability sampling technique. Based on the result of SEM testing, the study find that; 1) service quality has positive and significant influence on customers’ satisfaction; 2) service quality has positive and significant influence on customers’ trust; 3) customers’ satisfaction has positive and significant influence on customers’ trust.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the implementation of Corn Integrated Crop Management Application Movement Policy in Tikke Raya District, North Mamuju Regency, West Sulawesi Province. The author used the theory of Edward III to determine the factors influencing the implementation of the policy, such as the factors of communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. This study used qualitative research, with descriptive method. Based on the results, it was concluded that Implementation of Corn Integrated Crop Management Application Movement Policy in Tikke Raya District North Mamuju Regency had been running well, this was evidenced by the theoretical approach of Edward III by looking at four (4) indicators, namely communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The communication aspect in this program ran well so that the whole implementers and target groups knew their tasks and responsibilities. The resources needed were adequate, the disposition of the parties involved was very supportive for the smooth implementation of the policy. The bureaucratic structure had been structured well and technical guidelines also ran well, but coordination between the implementing agencies was still needed to be improved

Abstract

Cultural heritage is a legacy that needs to be preserved by protecting ang preserving objects and buildings of cultural heritage. Therfore, the government identifies the cultural heritage through the program of protection, development, maintenance and utilization of cultural heritage to be registered as a national cultural heritage. For that reason, the research was cunducted with the aim to see how the implementation of protegtin program, development, maintenance and utilization of heritage in central sulawesi province. The type of research used in this study is qualitative by using descriptive method. The informants in the study consistedd af head of department of education and culture of central sulawesi province, head of mission, 2 section heads and 2 staffs who are considered capable of providing answers to this research. Techniques of collecting and retrieving data consists of observation, interviews, and documentation. The theory used ini this research is the theory of policy implementation developed by Edward III. The resurts showed that from four aspects of policy implementation according to Edward III, there are aspects that looks good, namely the aspects of communication, disposition aspects and aspects of bureaucratic structure. While the aspect of resources is considered poor because of insufficient human resources in the implementation of registration and budget resources are very limited in supporting the implementation of the program

Abstract

The study is undertaken at the rectorate office of Tadulako University and aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture (X1) and compensation (X2) on work satisfaction (Y). The study is expected to support the task accomplishment of civil servants at the rectorate of Tadulako University. This is a field study that is analyzed by multiple linear regression. The data used consists of primary and secondary data obtained through interviews and questionnaires distribution to 86 civil servants at the rectorate of Tadulako University. The result shows that organizational culture and compensation simultaneously and partially have positive influence on employees’ satisfaction.

Abstract

The Department of Environment of Central Sulawesi Province together with the local government formulates policies in the field of environmental protection and management. The study aims to determine and analyze simultaneous and partial influence of discpline and organizational climate on officials’ performance in The Department of Environment, Central Sulawesi Province. Sample of 49 officials selected with census method. Method of analysis is multiple linear regressions with quantitative approach. The result shows that work discipline and organizational climate simultaneously and partially have significant influence on officials’ performance in The Department of Environment, Centra Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe Implementation of Building Service Permit Policy (IMB) at the Office of Investment and Service Integrated One Door DPM-PTSP Sigi District. The author uses the theory of George C. Edward III which includes factors Communications, Resources, Disposition, and Bureaucratic Structure. The type of research is using qualitative descriptive methodology. Based on the acquisition shows that the implementation of government policy in licensing service especially the building permit service (IMB) in Sigi Regency has not fully run well and has not had a positive impact on development. This is evidenced from the four aspects studied, has not supported the factors proposed by Edward III is related to communication factors, resource factors and disposition factors. Can be explained that not maximally Implementation of Government Policy in licensing service specially Permit to construct building in Sub-Province of Sigi which impact on execution of comprehensive development in Sigi Regency. This can be seen from the number of people taking care of the IMB is very less. Only bureaucratic structural factors are eligible to implement the policy but also have not shown significant positive impacts so that the priority of development success programs has not been achieved, including giving serious attention to the success of policy implementation especially in terms of licensing service in Sigi Regency.

Abstract

Performance is one of the indicators in seeing the success of the organization and its employees in achieving the expected goals, including the performance of family planning field officers in providing family planning services to the community. To see the performance of family planning field officer in Donggala District, it is necessary to do research. The research method used descriptive qualitative. The number of informants in this study were seven people, who were drawn with the technique of purposive sampling. Techniques of collecting and retrieving data consists of observation, interviews, and documentation. The theory used is Performance developed by Lexie Giroth which states that to measure performance can be seen from the indicators of Ability, Motivation and Discipline. The results showed that the performance of family planning field officers at the Office of Family Planning and Women Empowerment Donggala District is less than optimal because of the three aspects of performance developed by Lexie Giroth, only two aspects are good aspects of motivation and discipline aspects. While the ability aspect is not optimal because the number of limited implementing officer make the ability to give service to acceptor less than optimal
