Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is how the quality of pension administration services in the central sulawesi provincial civil service agency. This research was analyzed descriptively qualitatively. As for the informants in this study were the head of the mutatin departement, the head of the pension sub sector, 2 (two) pension administration management staff and 4 (four) candidates who had received pension administration services carried out by purposive sampling technique. Data colection and retrieval techniques consist of observation, interviews and documentation. The theory used to determine the quality of pension administration services is the theory of parasuraman, zeithaml and berry wich consists of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy.The result of the study show that the quality of pension administration services in the central sulwesi provincial personnel aggency in terms of reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty show a good level of service quality because of all these aspects there is nothing to hinderquality of pension administration services so as to make prospective retirees well served and qualified.Whereas in the tangibles aspect there are problems with inadequate supoporting facilities and infrastructure, such as the avaliability of poorly functioning air conditioners, inadequate toilets, irregular parking areas and less extensiveservice spaces that provide inconveniencefor prospective retirees.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the influence of learning model on Project Based Learning (PjBL) to the activities and learning outcomes IPS students at SDN 8 Tanantovea. The study population were all students of SDN 8 Tanantovea in the 2018/2019 academic year, a total of 115 people. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique of grade V SDN 8 Tanantovea as an experimental class used learning model the Project Based Learning (PjBL). The study design used a Pretest-Posttest Design. The statistical test used the t-test. Based on the results of calculations using SPSS, it was obtained that the results of the test of the influence of PPA learning on student learning activities obtained t count value> t table or 0.691> 0.684 so that it can be concluded that there is the influence of PPA learning on the learning activities of grade 5 SDN 8 Tanantovea students. While the learning outcomes obtained value of t count> t table or 0.799> 0.684 so it can be concluded that there is the influence of PjBL learning to the learning outcomes of grade V students of SDN 8 Tanatovea on IPS subjects.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative approach, research is conducted at the health center location Ampibabo district of Parigi Moutong. The informants are those deemed most know the phenomenon to be studied. Withdrawal techniques using proporsive sampling technique. The type of data used consisted of primary and secondary data. Techniques of data collection consists of observation, interview and documentation. Analysis of the data consists of data collection, data presentation, inference, condensation data. The teory used is the teory of Parasuraman et al. comprising tangible, reliability, responsivenes, assurance and empaty. The results showed that the Quality In Outpatient At Ampibabo Public Healt Center In Ampibabo District Parigi Moutong, consisting of reliability, responsiveness and assurance showed a good level of service quality because of all these aspect nothing is obstructing the quality of public service. While the tangible aspect and empathy, there are obstacles that stiil exist officer who lack discipline in providing services to patients and there are those with less friendly to patients.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is that most students own and use gadgets as a learning medium of economic. It is information from the students who reveal that economic teachers demand the students to use the device, some students who are new to using gadgets on particular material in economics subject. The use of gadgets as a medium of learning in the classroom needs to be balanced with the social skills of students. It needs to be a concern that the use of gadgets does not make students an individualistic and "autistic" figures. Besides, there should be prevention that they will not have engrossed themselves with gadgets, which makes them ignore their surroundings, including friends. The purpose of this research is to describe The Effectiveness of Gadgets based on the Uses and Gratification Theory in Economic Learning to Build the Social Skills of Grade XI Students at SMA Negeri 1 Sigi. This research used descriptive and qualitative methods. The results indicated that under the theory of needs and motives for the use of media or Uses and Gratification, at least some aspects can be used with teachers being able to build social skills in class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Sigi, namely: 1) Cognitive Skills, 2) Affective Skills, 3) Personal Integrative Needs; 4) Social Integrative Needs, 5) Escapist Needs. Teachers can carry out the use of gadget media in economic learning effectively, can develop economic learning materials that fit the needs of new knowledge for students. Teachers can make positive affective efforts (actions), and students can learn themselves or be actively involved (participative) in knowing new economic learning materials, then simultaneously in building social skills Grade XI Students at SMA Negeri 1 Sigi through the use of gadget.

Abstract

The results of the study show that Taking into account the analysis of employee performance will be illustrated where the strengths and weaknesses of employees in completing the work that has been charged. Find out where the location or cause of the error occurred so that employees know exactly what is being faced. Why has not finished the work entrusted to him and how the solution to the problem. So that this can be a motivation for employees to solve problems and can rise to high performance in the future. So that the effectiveness of the Employee Work Target can be better than expected.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the differences in the attitude of class XI students who are taught with Consideration Learning Model with STAD in PPKn subjects in SMA Negeri 9 Palu. The population of this study was all of students class XI SMA Negeri 9 Palu in the academic year of 2017/2018, totally 105 students. The sampling technique was done by purposive sampling, they are Class XI IPA 1 as an experimental class using a consideration model and Class XI IPA 2 as a control class with STAD type cooperative learning. The study design used a pretest-posttest control group design. The statistical test used is the t-test. Based on the results of calculations using SPSS, it is obtained that the value of t count <t table or 0.967 <1.717 so that it can be concluded that there are  differences between students who are taught with the consideration model and students who are taught with STAD cooperative learning. The test results using the normalized gain index also showed that the value of n-gain score <%> for the experimental class learned with the consideration model was 83% in the high category. As for the control class given learning with STAD type cooperative learning by 62% in the middle category.

Abstract

This research aims to figure out the differences between learning achivement of the students taught think pair share and students taught conventional learning; the diffrerence learning outcome between high and low motivated students. The sample of this research is VIII A grade consisted of 28 students as the control class. The disign of this research is quasi eksperimen 2 x 2. The treatment variable is learning model and the attribute variable is learning motivation, while the dependent varible is the learning achivement of civil education. The hypothesis was tested through ANAVA two ways with different cell to significant level of 5%. The result of the differences between think pair share model achievement and conventional proven by the score of statistic test where  Fcounted = 7.084 and Ftable = 5.79 or H0 is rejected. It means that there is difference between learning achievement of think pair share class to the conventional class. The score of statistic test where  Fcounted = 25.27 and Ftable = 5.79 or H0 is rejected. It means that there is difference between group of high motivated students and group of low motivated students.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are describing (1) the social construction to develop entrepreneurial motivation and mentality of the grade XI students at SMK Negeri 5 Palu; (2) the impact of entrepreneurship education on the motivation and entrepreneurial mentality of the grade XI students at SMK Negeri 5 Palu. This research is a qualitative descriptive approach. The unit of analysis was grade XI students majoring creative craft of batik and textile at SMK Negeri 5 Palu. Purposive sampling technique was used to determine 13 informants consisted of 3 teachers and 9 was grade XI students majoring creative craft of batik and textile. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out in three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that (1) the social construction to develop entrepreneurial motivation and mentality of the grade XI students at SMK Negeri 5 Palu was done with emphasis on the three most important aspects in the process of social construction, namely Stock of Knowledge, Mind sets and Social Products; (2) the impact of entrepreneurship education on the formation of entrepreneurial values in Class XI students of SMK Negeri 5 Palu includes hard work that can be seen from their earnest efforts in completing tasks and overcoming various obstacles. Creative development can develop creativity in creating new combinations from pre-existing results, so as to produce something new that is action-oriented which can be seen from the initiative to act, not only waiting for someone to start first, but they prefer to work directly rather than just saying. The development of independence can be seen from their ability to do their respective tasks given, they are confident in their abilities, and have a future-oriented that can be seen from their willingness after graduating from school, and finally, most of them want to open a business with the knowledge they get and have a future orientation.

Abstract

The theoretical foundation used is Isbandi Rukminto Adi (2018) to see community empowerment by using four indicators namely training, training, planning, and evaluation. This type of research is Qualitative Descriptive which attempts to tell and pour data that is pleasing to the facts, using purposive methods, data gathering and discussion using qualitative analysis to collect data and materials obtained through observation and interviews with the number of 5 (five) informants.Based on the interviews, it was found that the empowerment of the Tolai Timur Village community through Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) had not run optimally. This is related to the stages of planning and planning that run optimally, but planning evaluation and planning runs by maximum community resources to conduct an assessment of the suitability of community empowerment programs through BUMDes involved in planning and improvement with support for improving community welfare in Tolai Timur Village.

Abstract

Flooding is a disaster that every year was happen in Sigi District, based on this research the aim is to: (1) find out the factors the cause of flooding in the Sigi Districts (2) knowing the zoning of danger flooding in the area Sigi District. This research includes field research with a type of qualitative descriptive research, which is used for analysis and describes the distribution of patterns of flood vulnerability levels to then see the level of danger by flooding. The approach used in this research is a complex regional approach. The parameters used are slope, soil type, rainfall, and land use. The population in this research is the entire area of Sigi Districts. Data collection methods used are observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are overlay, scoring and layout techniques. Mapping of flood hazard zones in Sigi Districts is divided into four zones, namely; 1) Zone IV is a zone with a very high level of flood hazard category, this zone has an area of 2,4505.62 ha or 4.82%; 2) zone III, namely the zone with flood hazard category has an area of 13,1587.86 ha or 25.91%; 3) zone II, which is in the less dangerous category has an area of 35,0605.76 ha or 69.03%; zone I with the non-hazardous category has an area of 1193.62 ha or 0.24%
