Abstract

The role of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BNI)is essential in distributing People's Business Credits (KUR) to support micro and small businesses in Indonesia. BNI needs to mitigate credit risk to ensure KUR scheme's sustainability and maintain profitability. The objectives of this study are 1) To analyze the development of Non-Performing Loan (NPLs) from KUR distributed by BNI SKC Bogor, and 2) To analyze the factors that influence repayment of KUR distributed by BNI SKC Bogor. This study used secondary data from 1.031 KUR borrowers in 2019. The study results show that KUR distribution by BNI SKC Bogor from 2017-2019 grew by 16.47%. However, credit risk increased where NPL grew 117 % from 0.798% in 2017 to 1.18% in 2019. Model Logit shows that credit characteristics (total credit and interest rates), business characteristics (Dummy service sector and income), and individual characteristics (age) affect the repayment of KUR. The managerial implications for BNI SKC Bogor are: 1) To increase credit distribution in the productive sector (services), (2) to Additional collateral before credit distribution, and 3) Mitigation credit risks towards younger debtors, middle-income borrowers (Rp 10-20 millions/month), and higher interest rate borrower. This study aims to analyze the influence of logistics service quality on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty among JNE and J&T Express users in Jabodetabek. The data in this study were obtained through primary data and secondary data. The data analysis used was the Independent Sample T-Test and SEM-AMOS analysis with a sample of 407 respondents. The sampling technique is a non-probability sampling method with the type of convenience sampling. The results of the Different Test analysis show that 17 of the 27 indicators provide positive and significant t-count values. It can be concluded that the performance level of J&T Express is better and superior compared to JNE. The managerial implication in this study is that the quality aspect of order fulfillment is a top priority because it has the greatest influence among other aspects. Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought about significant changes, particularly in work systems and patterns. The adoption of a hybrid work model allows employees to work remotely based on individually or collectively negotiated work arrangements. However, implementing a hybrid workforce presents several challenges, such as communication issues, varying levels of technological proficiency among employees, irregular working hours, and the potential for internal team problems. By implementing a hybrid work system in Pegadaian Co., employees are exposed to risks from both financial and non-financial aspects. This study aims to identify employee characteristics and analyze the impact of the hybrid workforce era and human resource risks on employee performance. The research uses the descriptive analysis method and SEM-PLS. The results show that the hybrid workforce era has a positive effect on employee performance, demonstrating that employees feel more productive when working in the office. These findings suggest that Pegadaian Co. should provide a comfortable and practical office environment to facilitate employee performance. Conversely, the study finds that human resource risks do not significantly influence employee performance. The selection process is identified as a minor factor within the HR risk variable. The company's selection process prioritizes effectiveness and efficiency by focusing on recruitment needs and objectives. Abstract

Informal workers are considered as a marginal group often neglected in terms of protection in their work, especially employment social security. Indonesia is dominated by the number of informal workers inversely proportional to the number of participants in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. This study intends to analyze the extent of influence and awareness level of informal workers about the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan program and to analyze the extent of informal workers intention to buy employment social security program. In this study, there are the independent variables; consumer awareness and intention to buy, while the dependent variable is employment social security participation. The analysis uses the Correlation Coefficient Test, the determination coefficient test, and the regression coefficient test. The results of this study indicate that the level of awareness of informal workers about employment social security is still categorized as low and the intention to buy the employment social security program for informal workers is also still categorized as low therefore BPJS Ketenagakerjaan needs to socialize in small quantities but massively and disseminate positive information related to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and news about balance calculation, JHT fund management system. Abstract

The tendency of early claim insurance for old age benefit (JHT) causes concerns in the social security system in Indonesia because it can eliminate regeneration in old age and reduce the living standards of the elderly. This study aims to analyze the influence of participants regarding the perception of JHT policy, participants trust information intervention, social security literacy, and financial literacy on the decision to postpone JHT's claims. The design of this study is a quantitative and cross-sectional study to analyze various variables in the study. The sample was determined by random sampling, with 229 respondents being active participants of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan but were detected to have made JHT claims before. Google Form is used to collect questionnaire data that is further analyzed descriptively and using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of SMARTPLS software. Analysis using SMARTPLS obtains findings that variables that significantly positively affect decisions to delay claims are perception variables regarding policies, trust, information interventions, and social security literacy. Whereas financial literacy has no significant effect on the decision to postpone claims. Furthermore, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan as Indonesian social security bodies needs to conduct massive socialization and education to increase participants' trust and knowledge about the benefits of the JHT program if deposited so that JHT can return to the proper philosophy. Abstract

Social security should be mandatory for all members of society to protect them from social risks, including the informal workers who are particularly vulnerable to such risks. However, the coverage of social security for informal workers in Indonesia remains very low. Therefore, the study aims to identify the factors that drive informal workers' desire to enroll in social security programs. The Theory of Planned Behavior will be utilized as a tool to uncover these factors. The study will compare the findings with the policies implemented in Indonesia and Taiwan as a comparison for countries with extensive social security coverage. The research sample is determined by using purposive sampling method with 100 respondents participated in this study. Data are examined by using structural equation model - partial least square (SEM-PLS). The results show that Attitude Toward Behavior and Perceived Behavioral Control have a significant impact on the intention of informal workers to join social security programs, while subjective norms have not been proven to have a significant impact. In conclusion, Indonesia needs to review its current policies, which primarily focus on subjective norms, and learn from Taiwan's successful implementation of broad social security coverage. Transforming informal labor into formal employment can be an effective strategy for achieving this goal. Keywords: social security, informal worker, sem-pls, theory of planned behavior

Abstract

Cyberloafing is a recent organizational behavior that arises due to easy access to the internet, allowing employees to use company-provided internet facilities for non-work-related activities. Previous researches have attempted to identify variables that influence cyberloafing, including work stress and workload. The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of workload dimensions (psychological workload and physical workload) on cyberloafing behavior, mediated by work stress, within the banking sector of Malang City. This study uses an explanatory quantitative approach with data collection methods through online questionnaires . The responses of 148 participants are analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The result shows that workload does not significantly affect cyberloafing behavior. However, workload does have a positive and significant influence on work stress, which in turn positively and significantly affects cyberloafing behavior. Work stress acts as a mediator between workload and employee cyberloafing behavior in the banking sector of Malang city. Furthermore, the study highlights the benefits of regular breaks from work in the form of cyberloafing, as it allows employees to recharge their energy and serves as an effective defense against workplace stress. Keywords: banking, behavior, cyberloafing, workload, work stress
