Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this study is the low ability of students's critical thinking, seen from apreliminary study which shows that the majority of students get grades below the minimalcompleteness criteria. This research is a quasi-experimental design with a Two-factor betweensubjectdesign. The subjects of the study were the social studies class X students of Cikijing SeniorHigh School 1 2018-2019 school year. Where class X IPS 1 as a control class and class X IPS 3as an experimental class where the total students of the two classes are 66 students. The results ofthis study are to show that: (1) there are differences in critical thinking skills between studentswho are taught with the open ended learning model compared to the lecture method. (2) there aredifferences in critical thinking skills between students who have high learning motivation andstudents who have low learning motivation. (3) there is no interaction between open endedlearning models with student motivation to influence students's critical thinking skills.Kata kunci : Model Pembelajaran Open Ended, Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis, dan MotivasiBelajar.

This study used a survey method conducted on active students inthe 2018 - 2019 period FKIP Kuningan University with a total sample of 309 students, Theinstrument of this study uses a questionnaire or questionnaire that contains the scale ofenvironmental care behavior and healthy living behavior and the level of ecological intelligencethat will be filled by the respondents. Then the instrument test was conducted by validity andreliability testing. After that, data analysis includes descriptive analysis, normality test data andMultiple Regression Analysis. Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this research is the low student learning outcomes. This is indicated bythe number of students who still get scores below the Minimum Completion Criteria. The lowlearning outcomes can be influenced by vaious factors one of which is the level of intelligencepossessed by the students themselves one of which is ecological intelligence.The purpose of thisresearch was to find the influence of the Project Based Learning model on learning outcomes withmoderators of ecological intelligence. The design in this research is to use a 2x2 factorial design.Based on the results of the analysis, the following results are obtained. First, there are differencesin student learning outcomes between classes using the Project Based Learning learning modeland classes that use the lecture learning model based on the significance values obtained by thelearning model that is equal to 0.003 0.05. Second, there is no difference in learning outcomesbetween students who have high ecological intelligence and students who have low ecologicalintelligence based on the obtained significance values of 0.925 0.05. Third, there is no interactionbetween the learning model and the ecological intelligence of the students in influencing thelearning outcomes based on the significance values obtained which is equal to 0.802 0.05. Thesuggestions in this research are that there is a need to prepare for project-based learning so thatstudents have no difficulty in solving problems and finding solutions in the form of works. Inproject-based learning the teacher acts as a facilitator and motivator so that material mastery andgood classroom management are needed.Keywords: Project Based Learning, Ecological Intelligence, Student Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

Abstract: The Study aims to find out the influence of financial derivatives and financial leases tax avoidance. Sample in this studiy is 28 manufacturing companies with the criteria of disclosing financial statements for 2014-2016 which were listed on the Indonesia stock exchange. Technical analysis in this research uses multiple regression with SPSS testing. Abstract

Abstract: Metode pembelajaran IPS yang disajikan guru merupakan suatu sistem pembelajaranyang memungkinkan peserta didik, baik secara individual maupun kelompok aktif mencari,menggali, dan menemukan konsep dari isi materi pelajaran IPS. Selain itu, dalam prosespembelajaran harus bisa memberikan pengalaman belajar yang mendalam seperti memberikankesempatan peserta didik untuk melakukan eksplorasi, elaborasi, dan konfirmasi, sehingga pesertadidik dapat menemukan sendiri berbagai konsep dari pelajaran IPS yang dapat berimplikasi padapeningkatan prestasi belajar. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. 1)Bagaimanakah peranan metode mind mapping dalam pembelajaran IPS di kelas VII-A SMPNegeri 3 Kuningan? 2) Apakah melalui metode mind mapping dapat meningkatkan partisipasi danpemahaman materi pembelajaran IPS di kelas VII-A SMP Negeri 3 Kuningan?. Jenis penelitian initermasuk Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). PTK merupakan penelitian yang berupa tindakanuntuk mengadakan perbaikan dari situasi atau kondisi. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk meningkatkanproses pembelajaran yang menarik karena peserta didik memperoleh pengalaman langsung,sehingga menambah kekuatan untuk menerima, menyimpan, dan memproduksi kesan-kesantentang hal-hal yang dipelajarinya. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kolaborasi, peneliti bekerjasamadengan guru selaku kolabolator agar kegiatan observasi lebih mudah, teliti, dan objektif. Dalampenelitian ini peneliti bertindak sebagai guru. Desain Penelitian yang dikembangkan di sinimengacu pada penelitian tindakan model Kemmis dan McTaggart yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas(PTK) atau classroom action resaerch, setiap putaran siklus dari penelitian tindakan meliputiperencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) melaluimetode mind mapping dapat menumbuhkan semangat belajar peserta didik sehingga suasanabelajar lebih menyenangkan. Peserta didik lebih aktif dan tidak cepat bosan dalam mengikutiproses pembelajaran. Hal itu terlihat pada saat proses pembelajaran aktivitas peserta didikmeningkat. Aktivitas peserta didik pada siklus kedua semakin meningkat dan proses pembelajaranterlaksana semakin baik. 2) Pembelajaran dengan metode mind mapping dapat meningkatkanpenguasaan materi IPS di SMP Negeri 3 Kuningan. Hal ini dapat ditunjukkan denganmeningkatnya partisipasi belajar dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Data membuktikan bahwa terjadipeningkatan partisipasi belajar dan hasil belajar peserta didik di setiap akhir siklus. Prestasi belajarpeserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPS sebagai berikut. nilai rata-rata sebelum tindakan 69,14setelah dilakukan tindakan nilai rata-rata siklus I menjadi 78,34 dan pada siklus II nilai rata-ratamenjadi 81,74. Adapun jumlah siswa yang mencapai batas tuntas minimal (=75) sebelumtindakan 71,43%), yang tuntas pada siklus I sebesar 85,71%) kemudian yang tuntas pada siklus IIsebesar 100%.Kata-kata kunci : metode mind mapping, flora dan fauna

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to review the operating performance and performance of company shares before and after divestment. Divestment is a financial restructuring carried out by the companies. This study uses liquidity ratios, capital structure ratios, profitability ratios, and market value ratios in analyzing the impact of divestment on the company's operating performance and stock. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The object of this research is the non-financial companies that divested and are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2011 - 2016. Based on the data selection, the companies that became the sample of this study are 5 companies. The selection criteria for the five companies are financial statements available two years before and after divestment, complete and clear financial statement information, stock information, and divestment information. The results showed that divestment in the form of divestment of shares, assets, and spin-offs could affect the impact of the company's operations and shares. Divestment, in general, does not help companies in increasing company liquidity and market value, but divestment improves capital structure and profitability.  Keywords: divestment, operating performance, stock performance.

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this study is to determine the student creative thinking ability after applyingcooperative learning Numbered Head Together (NHT) model. The research method used iseksperiment method with design of nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group design. Thepopulation in this study were all students of class VII junior high school in Kuningan in the theacademic year 2014/2015. Through purposive sampling technique, 2 classes were selected assamples where the class VIIA as the control class and VIIC as experimental class with a totalsample of 56 students. Data collection tehniques were obtained through creative thinking abilitytest and data analysis tehniques included normality test, homogenity test, and t test. The resultsshowed that student creative thinking ability after applying cooperative learning Numbered HeadTogether (NHT) model on Social subject can provide maximum results in students learningoutcomes.Kata-kata kunci : Berpikir Kreatif, Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif, Numbered Head Together.

Abstract

Abstract: Cash for Work in the Village (CfWV) is one of the Village Fund revitalization programs conducted to empower rural communities, especially the poor and marginal, who are productive by prioritizing the use of resources, labor, and local technology to provide additional income, reduce poverty, and improve people's welfare. This study aims to analyze the implementation of CfWV policies in Lampung and Riau Provinces. The method used is by conducting observations and interviews with stakeholders in the village which are categorized as Disadvantaged Villages or Very Disadvantaged Villages with a high number of poor people. In addition, a policy implementation approach which formulated by George C. Edward III was used to describe policy implementation variables, such as communication, resources, attitudes / dispositions, and bureaucratic structures. The findings of this study include: a tendency to decrease the spirit of mutual cooperation, the provision of a 30% minimum Working Day (HOK) Day is not fully suitable, and this program has not been able to permanently improve community welfare due to the temporary nature of its activities. Although this program is worth continuing, there needs to be some improvements, including the selection of activities that are more flexible in accordance with village needs and the expansion of community empowerment activities. Keywords: cash for work, village funds, policy implementation
