Abstract

Coronavirus (COVID-19) adalah pandemi yang telah menyerang lebih dari 170 negara di seluruh dunia. Jumlah pasien yang terinfeksi dan meninggal telah meningkat dengan kecepatan yang mengkhawatirkan di hampir semua negara yang terkena dampak. Pemerintah di seluruh dunia telah dipaksa untuk mengambil keputusan kritis dan sulit sebagai langkah untuk menahan penyebaran penyakit. Teknik peramalan memainkan peran yang sangat penting dalam menghasilkan prediksi yang akurat. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan model Susceptible Infected and Recovered (SIR) yaitu mengkategorikan teknik peramalan menjadi dua jenis, yaitu teori stokastik / model matematika dan teknik sains data / pembelajaran mesin. Data yang dikumpulkan dari platform open source juga penting dalam peramalan. Dalam penelitian ini data set yaitu diakses dari data Base WHO. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa perbandingan model dan semua kumpulan data memiliki R0 > 0.98 yang tinggi. Perhitungan model dari awal wabah hingga 5 Mei 2020 diungkapkan. Simulasi memperkirakan wabah akan berakhir pada tanggal 9 Juni 2020 dimana puncak wabah terjadi pada tanggal 20 April 2020. Simulasi hingga 19 Mei 2020 memperkirakan wabah akan berakhir pada tanggal 29 Juni 2020 dimana puncak wabah terjadi pada 20 Mei 2020.

Abstract

Research has been conducted measuring the effect of the dose concentration of syringes on the image of nuclear medicine in order to determine how much influence the dose concentration of syringes has on the image of nuclear medicine. The study was carried out on 35 patients by calculating using the half-life formula and residual dose measurements on syringes that had been used for injection using a dose calibrator. The average residual dose in the syringe was 1.488 mCi, the minimum dose was 0.442 mCi, and the maximum dose of 8.550 mCi. The average activity of the 99Tcm – MDP source injected on a bone scan examination was 11.980 mCi, the average value of postero anterior lumbar vertebrae organ pixels was 37,543, the minimum pixel value was 14,238 and the maximum pixel value was 76,524. The effect of injection dose concentration is seen in the measurement of postero anterior lumbar vertebrae organ with a pixel value of at least 14,238 pixels or 32.23% of the maximum pixel value, influencing the nuclear image, according to the European Association of Nuclear Medicine EANM standard where the vertebral picture is not clear and the visualization of the spinal details in the posterior picture is less clear, the intervertebral disc is less explicit, the appearance of the bone in the sacral region and the iliac sacro joint in the posterior view appears slightly drear. However, the dosage range for patients does not exceed 20 mCi.

Abstract

The current development of the cellular communication system has ushered in the 5G telecommunications era. The government has provided a 2.3 GHz frequency spectrum for 5G implementation in Indonesia. The frequency value used in the implementation of 5G technology in Indonesia which has just started can be said to have a high impact with a high attenuation value, so an antenna with the right dimensions and parameters is needed to be used in the application of 5G technology. In this study, a microstrip antenna was designed and manufactured with a 2x8 patch circular array shape working at a frequency of 2,350 MHz for application to 5G technology using the microstrip line feed feeder method. The design and manufacture of the antenna design utilize the Ansys HFSS application and uses the FR-4 Epoxy substrate with a dielectric constant value of 4.4, a substrate thickness of 1.6 mm, and a patch made of copper. The results of the design based on the simulation results obtained the working frequency value at 2,350 MHz with a return loss value of -21.9711 dB and a wide bandwidth of 109 MHz. The VSWR value obtained is 1.0849 with a gain value of 10.06 dB and a directional radiation pattern. Based on the results of the analysis, the microstrip antenna design test has good parameter values from previous studies at the same working frequency and the microstrip antenna is suitable for use to support the development of 5G technology.

Abstract

The design of a flood detection and prevention system using an IoT-based esp32 which functions to unify the water level and can be controlled via a smartphone with the blynk application, this tool is designed using the esp32 controller as a wifi module, the water level sensor is a marker of the water discharge level and the relay works as a switch. The way this tool works is to detect the arrival of flooding through a level sensor and the data is directed to the esp32 microcontroller as a medium and sent through the output of the light indicator, LCD display and smartphone, a blynk application called flood monitoring is applied, if the water touches the level 3 sensor it turns on and sends notification to the red light indicator. LCD display and the blynk application, the flood detection and control system can work well after being tested for flood monitoring and control through the blynk application.

Abstract

The big environmental problems faced today are caused by used packaging that is increasingly piling up.  Unfortunately, not all of this waste can be easily decomposed, one example is used paint cans. The design of this spray paint refill machine aims to reduce paint can waste that is rampant in the community. In addition, this tool also serves to replenish liquid and also compressed air in spray paint cans which can later be reused in the painting process. The spray paint refill machine has a frame size with a length of 275 mm, a width of 250 mm, and a height of 440 mm using hollow iron measuring 20x20 mm which is carried out static load testing on the affected part of the working force of 15 N. Based on the results of static load analysis, it shows that the design of the engine frame is strong enough to withstand the force exerted and the test results of this tool the spray paint refill machine can work optimally and there are no obstacles when filling into the spray paint packaging.
