In order to make Indonesia the center of the worlds Islamic economy, tourism is one of the potential sektors to be developed. The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy visited Indonesia as many as 6 million visitors until 2024. Kota Tua area is one of the priority tours that will be made Muslim-friendly tourism in DKI Jakarta. The purpose of this study is to provide recommendations for strategies in increasing visits to Kota Tua by 2000 visits each day where descriptive analysis is used as a research method FGD, Deep Interview, Literature Study. The Tourism Value Chain Accommodation, Food and Beverage and Tourism Assets is based on the Standard Business Field Classification KBLI so that it becomes a reference in developing Muslim-friendly tourism activities. Recommended strategies used from the accommodation sektor are Rebranding conventional hotels to halal / Sharia hotels, especially three-star hotels, accelerating halal hotel certification, synergies with the Islamic capital sektor, synergies with Islamic boarding schools, and synergies with creative fields of Architecture Interior Design. From the food and beverage sektor, it is proposed that the acceleration of halal certification, changes to healthy and halal food brands, and promotion by selecting a culinary ambassador to introduce local food. From the tourism asset sektor, Digital Tourism is one of the leading strategies, arranging museum collections, door-to-door promotions, increasing the intensity of performances held at museums, and increasing museum service programs as an institution that serves the community

Abstract

This study aims to examine the visiting intention of Generation Z to West Java as a halal tourism. West Java has the potential to become the leading halal tourism in Indonesia. West Java also has a crucial role in the development of the Sharia economy, considering that 46.5 million people in this country live in this area. This province also has a wealth of attractive artistic treats, a fairly thick culture, and the potential for natural resources (geographical factors) which are considered to be the selling point as a tourist destination. There are three variables that will be tested in this study to predict the visiting intention, namely Electronic Word of Mouth, Promotion and Service Quality. The questionnaire was distributed to 170 generation Z respondents and the data were processed using SmartPLS version 3.2.9. Electronic Word of Mouth, Promotion, and Service Quality have a positive and significant impact on generation Z's interest in visiting West Java as a halal tourist destination. West Java has a destination facility that offers open space, and facilitates generation Z to take selfies with a unique background. All these facilities are provided to accommodate the needs of Muslims to carry out their prayers.

Abstract

Meskipun sebagian besar operasional pekerjaan rutin pada berbagai bisnis telah tergantikan oleh teknologi, namun pada bisnis perhotelan masih membutuhkan sejumlah orang untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan operasionalnya. Ciri khas industri perhotelan adalah pada jam kerja operasionalnya. Bisnis hotel buka 24 jam dan berusaha sangat efisien dalam mempekerjakan orang. Jumlah orang terbatas, dan biasanya dibagi secara bergiliran. Karyawan yang terbatas itu harus melayani tamu tanpa keluhan. Kondisi ini menimbulkan tekanan bagi atasan, sehingga dapat menimbulkan sikap kurang menyenangkan atasan untuk mencapai kinerja yang sangat baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak sikap kurang menyenangkan atasan terhadap keterikatan kerja karyawan hotel di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karyawan hotel dipilih sebagai responden dengan convenience sampling. Responden diminta untuk mengisi kuesioner mengenai profil mereka dan persepsi mereka tentang sikap kurang menyenangkan atasan serta dampaknya terhadap niat karyawan untuk mengundurkan diri. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, deskriptif (frekuensi dan mean), dan uji regresi linier sederhana. Hasilnya adalah terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari sikap kurang menyenangkan atasan terhadap niat karyawan untuk mengundurkan diri dari hotel di Jakarta. Kata kunci: sikap kurang menyenangkan atasan, niat untuk mengundurkan diri, karyawan, hotel

Abstract

Human resources are an important resource that supports organizations in achieving competitive advantage. Therefore, it is important to involve employees to drive the strategic goals of the organization. Media companies in the era of globalization are expected to face increasingly fierce competition. Therefore, the quality of the organization must be considered. This is inseparable from the role of human resources who will be required to carry out their duties and functions properly. This study aims to analyze the effect of psychology contract, job burnout, and job insecurity on employee turnover intention permanent employees. The type of research used is a causal relationship with a quantitative approach. The sample of 66 respondents who are employees of the Gramedia Asri Media. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis by analyzing data through the Partial Least Square (PLS) application with the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of this study indicate that the variables of psychological contract, job burnout and job insecurity influence the turnover intention permanent employees in Gramedia Asri Media employees.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to examine shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement, store atmosphere as an antecedent of impulse buying behavior. The research population has made repeat purchases at the Matahari Department Store Malioboro Mall, Yogyakarta. The sampling method uses purposive sampling, with a total sample of 115 respondents. The data analysis method uses Descriptive Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir, kepemimpinan transformasional dankepuasan kerja terhadap keterikatan karyawan departemen business development. Jenis penelitian yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan serta metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah metodepenjelasan. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 83 karyawan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling.Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasilpenelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel pengembangan karir, kepemimpinan transformasional, kepuasankerja berpengaruh positif dan signikan terhadap Keterikatan Karyawan

Abstract

This research analyses the dynamic relationship between sharia stock exchange (ISSI) and macroeconomics condition then it would be compared to the relationship of the composite stock exchange (IDX Composite Stock). The method used in this study is Dynamic Conditional Correlation (DCC) analysis. Based on DCC method, it seems that macroeconomic variable have changing pattern of correlation relationship. This changeable pattern is not only on value scale but until its number sign. It indicated that macroeconomic variable has not any significant impact on sharia stock index (ISSI) and IDX composite index and vice versa.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of  company size and financial distress on going concern audit opinions with opinion shopping as moderation variables. The population in this study are companies with types of manufacturing industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2016 to 2018. The sample was obtained using a purposive random sampling method. Data analysis uses logistic regression and different absolute values. The results showed that company size and financial distress affected going concern audit opinions, opinion shopping did not affect company size on going concern audit opinions and opinion shopping affected financial distress on going concern audit opinions.

Abstract

In the health laboratory companies a good service quality is the main key that should be maintained. Poor service quality would have an impact in reducing customer trust and also would have an impact on company's incomes. One of issues which happened in health laboratory companies particularly in referral sample services is inefficient times when doing the existing work which causing longer of waiting times. This research intend to identified the waste, revealed the causative factors and done the business process re-engineering which contained in reference sample of business process in health laboratory companies. This type of research were included in quantitative research with a descriptive - exploratory methods. The Data collection and analysis using primary and secondary data with quantitative data analysis. The results showed that before the business process reengineering was done, a lead time and process time needed 825 minutes, but after the repairs has done through identified the waste and determining factors which causing waste by using the BPR method, then the lead time and process time were reduced until 370 minutes, which shown there has a significant decreased amounted to 450 minutes or 54%.

Abstract

The high competition in the coffee shop business and promising opportunities make Neira coffee shops able to adapt and develop their business. This study aims to evaluate the business strategy of the Neira coffee shop with a canvas model business approach as well as to design a new business model through five porter analysis and SWOT analysis including identification of internal and external factors. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with indept interview method. The results of this research show that the development of a business model in seven blocks on the canvas business model, namely the development of the customer segment is a type of professional worker or entrepreneur. In Customer Relationship, the development obtained is push notification email/ WhatsApp; Revenue Streams development is a consignment fee; Key Resources development is a customer database; Key Activity development is a continuous online promotion; Key Partnership development is namely partnering with bakery shops; and development on the Cost Structure is the cost of developing innovation

Abstract

The world has been changed and globalized with technology's revolution with communication and the spread of information, while social media is now known as an important part of marketing strategies. Instagram is one of the social media platforms that most people use. Nike is one of the market leaders sneakers brand in the world but in Indonesia, there is a decreasing band index of Nike in the last three years. Therefore, the researcher conducted a study to analyze the factor that could influence customer purchase decisions and focused on Nike brands. This study using celebrity endorsement, Instagram advertising, E-WOM, perceived quality as the X variable with brand awareness as a mediating variable. This research used a quantitative method using PLS-SEM to analyze the respondent (n= 305) who in age 20-40 which is the Millennials generation. The result showed that perceived quality did not significantly influence both purchase decision and brand awareness. Whereas celebrity endorsement, Instagram advertising, and E-WOM significantly influence consumer purchase decisions and brand awareness. This research also found that brand awareness has a positive relationship with the purchase decision.
