Abstract

Many ways to assess the performance of a company, in this case the shoe company needs to  create  value  advantages  for  consumers,  some  of  the  factors  that  support  for  the achievement of the efficiency value, mimimasi costs, business competence, the demands of a dynamic market. to get a gap value of each companys performance on a benchmarking approach  is  needed.  Benchmarking  is  a  continuous  process  of  measuring  products, services and practices against the toughest competitors a recognized risk management.The  purpose  of  this  paper  are  :  (1).  Finding  an  effort  to  catch  up  with  PT.  Y  should improve  performance  for  changes  and  improvements,  based  on  the  destination  map balance (parity goal) with the assumption that it takes three years to equalize with PT Y with the aim of: (a) the first six months of the formation of the team for the analysis of constraints,  (b)  testing  the  application  of  the  second  six-month  evaluation,  and  (c)  the periodic  application;  (2).  Designing  a  proposal  to  replace  the  conventional  purchase procedures; (3). Training for increased performance human resources; and (4). Evaluate the improvement of all activities with the benchmarking approach.The  end  result  is  to  get  the  value  of  the  performance  of  competitors,  comparing  the position of some elements between the two companies is based on: (a) technical quality, (b) speed of the material arrival time, (c) value reliability, and (d) evaluation of suppliers.Key Words : Benchmarking, performance gap

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the point of view about entrepreneurship of students in economic faculty. Respondents of this research were many students in all economic colleges/ universities in Surakarta. This case study analyzed with regression analysis. The research result showed that desire in business and support of family and social life have a positive and significant influence in entrepreneurship decision making of economics students after graduated. Support of family and social life was the most dominant factor in their entrepreneurship decision making. Keywords: economic, regression analysis, entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Jurnal ekonomi Bisnis dan kewirausahaan ini  Vol II No 2 ini menghadirkan 5 artikel dari berbagai Sub disiplin Administrasi Bisnis. Artikel pertama berkaitan dengan  dunia kewirausahaan dengan judul analisis faktor dominan yang berpengaruh pada pada peningkatan produktivitas tenaga kerja industri perhotelan Gryadi  Blue Pasific. Artikel kedua berkaitan pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai PT BPR Kartasura Saribumi cabang Masaran, oleh peneliti Juni Trisnowati. Dimana hasil dari penelitian tersebut adalah Motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Artikel Ketiga adalah menggeliatnya bisnis dan investasi properti di surakarta oleh Destina Paningrum yaitu mengulas tentang perkembangan dan mengeliatnya bisnis properti di Surakarta. Sedangkan artikel keempat yaitu kesesuaian citra diri dan kesukaan merek pada konsumen oleh Rusnandari Retno Cahyani. Artikel terakhir adalah pengaruh persepsi pengalaman auditor dan independensi auditor terhadap kualitas audit (studi kasus mahasiswa akuntansi di Universitas Surakarta), oleh Sarsiti. Hasil dari penelitian tersebut adalah ada pengaruh persepsi terhadap pengalaman auditor berpengaruh terhadap kualitas audit secara parsial dan persepsi kompetensi auditor dan independensi auditor secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kualitas audit.

Abstract

The problem in this research was how the perception of local community about Pura Mangkunegaran is habitat palace Sri Paduka Mangkunegara in Surakarta and built up by after year 1757 by following smaller keratin model,architecturely this building have characteristic which is equal to keraton, that is at Pamedan , Verandah of ancient palace, Pringgitan Dalem and Kaputren which is entirely encircled by sturdy wall.This research use descriptive method qualitative because have background to erudite paradigm, and existing data represent descriptive data in the form of oral data from behavior and people perceived or checked. Kuesioner which have spread over counted 200, but kuesioner which return counted 132 or equal to 66 %.Foreign countries tourist tend to take a fancy to Mangkunegara I struggle history/ Prince Sambernyawa in fight against Dutch,kesakralan access of night1 Suro, cultural artistry and attraction of Java. Nusantara tourist take a fancy to Kesakralan value in the form of intake water from event penjamasan of patrimony at night 1 Suro, special enthusiasm attraction in the form of night repast/ Prodigal of Dinner, cultural event in the form of event world heritage, commemoration of Pura Mangkunegaran anniversary, event Nuptials of Putra Princess, Some food and traditional snack performed by culinary tourism in Pura Mangkunegaran. In the tourism world specially part of marketing have to be brooding ever in striving promotion program morely effective, promotion strategy need to support executed promotion program effevtiveness. The effective promotion strategy is Above The Line and Below the Line. Above The Line Strategy which effective for the foreign  countries  tourist is through cultural event - event and Travel Book, while for the Nusantara tourist is through advertisement, baliho, product diversification in cinderamata market. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of size, Total Equity to Total Assets, Total Loans to Total Assets, Total Deposits to Total Assets on ROA(Return on Assets) on Bank Syariah In Indonesia. Purposive sampling method used in this research study. There were two syariah banks in this research. The research samples werein the form ofsecondary data. The data was listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during period 2009-2013. The statistical method used to test the hypothesis in this study was multiple regression. The results of the data analysis obtained in this study were: 1) Size has a positive but not significant effect to the profitability of Syaria banks 2) Total Equity To Total Assets (TE / TA) has a positive but not  significant effect on profitability. 3) Total Loans to Total Assets (TL / TA) has a negative but not significant effect on profitability. 4) Total Deposits To Total Assets (TD / TA) has a positive but not significant effect on profitability.Keyword: Size, total equity to total assets, total loans to total assets, total deposits to total assets, ROA

Abstract

Audit quality is significant to result statement report, can believe in people. This is particulary needed in the presentation of the financial statements, because of concerns yhe public perception. The purpose of te research was to determine the influence of  perception of the auditor’s experience, the perception of the independence of the Auditors of the quality audit. The hypothesis of this research “is thought to have influenced the perception of the independence of the auditor, auditor experience of the quality audit”. The object of the research was the accounting students grade VII at University of Surakarta. A population study of 44 respondents, for a population of less than 100, so all made sample (census). The collection of data using questionnaire (inquiry).   Analysis of the research use double linear regretion. The t test analysis result can be known that p-value (0.001<0.05), so Ho rejected and accepted Ha, does that mean there are influences the perception of the independences of the auditor, auditor experience of the quality audit. Based on the coefficient of determination, then it can be noted that the adjusted R Square (R2) value in the study of 0.684. So that, it can be interpreted that the variations independent variable consisting of the perception of the auditor’s experience(X1) and perception of the independence of the Auditors has contributed to the quality of audits(Y) of 68.4% while the rest amounted to 31.6% is influenced by other factors, such as moral education of Auditors.Keywords: experience the auditor, auditor independence, quality auditor

Abstract

Risiko kredit  atau risiko pembiayaan merupakan risiko yang paling signifikan dari semua  risiko  yang  menyebabkan  kerugian  potensial  lembaga  keuangan  mikro  seperti BMT  Beringharjo  dan  BPRS  Madina.  Maka  penerapan  manajemen  risiko  pembiayaan yang baik untuk memitigasi terhadap risiko pembiayaan sangat penting.Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  perbandingan  penerapan  manajemen risiko pembiayaan di BMT Beringharjo dan di BPRS Madina, serta untuk memberikan masukan  kepada  manajemen  BMT  Beringharjo,  BPRS  Madina  dan  lembaga  keuangan lainnya serta pihak terkait untuk perbaikan kebijakan manajemen risiko pembiayaan.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa perbedaan regulasi dan pengawasan di kedua lembaga keuangan mikro syariah ini berdampak pada penerapan manajemen risiko. Regulasi  manajemen  risiko  pembiayaan  pada  BPRS Madina telah  diatur  dan  dilakukan pengawasan  secara  detail  oleh  Bank  Indonesia,  sementara  regulasi  yang  mengatur penerapan manajemen risiko di BMT belum diatur secara detail, pelaksanaan pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh kementerian koperasi dan UKM pun masih sangat lemah, sehingga BMT Beringharjo dalam penerapan manajemen risiko pembiayaan lebih kepada membuat regulasi sendiri (self regulation) untuk dijalankan dan dikontrol sendiri (self control).Kata kunci : Risiko, Lembaga Keuangan Mikro Syariah, Pembiayaan.

Abstract

With the rapid development of technology, the sanitary napkins are also not least with other products. Because the pads are human needs, both women and men. Because in this study discusses the decision in purchasing consumer product brand herbal pads fc. The Data used are the primary data obtained from 100 respondents who had used the herbal pads brand products fc. The Data obtained were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis. The population of this research is the herbal pads brand fc customers in 2012 until 2013 as much as 200 people. The sample of this research as much as 100 respondents which is the herbal pads brand products customers fc. With the technique of sampling, simple random sampling. This research uses a multiple regression analysis with likert scale.The results showed that the marketing mix of product, price, place, and promotion of the simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions. Some of the marketing mix that most of its influence on purchasing decisions is price.Keyword : marketing mix, product, promotion, price, purchase decisions

Abstract

Jurnal ekonomi Bisnis dan kewirausahaan ini  Vol  III No 1 ini menghadirkan 6 artikel dari berbagai  Sub disiplin Administrasi bisnis. Artikel pertama berkaitan dengan  dunia kewirausahaan dengan judul  analisis faktor  dominan yang bergaruh terhadap  keberhasilan berwirausaha pada sarjana Universitas Sahid Surakarta, artikel ini merupakan hasil penelitian  dengan metode kuantitatif yang dilakukan oleh Kohar Sulistyadi, Nugroho B Sukamdani. Penelitian tersebut memperjelas bahwa minat sarjana USS dalam berwirausaha masih rendah. beberapa indikasi menunjukkan bahwa karakter wirausaha dari para sarjana maupun mahasiswa USS belum sepenuhnya memahami atas jiwa kewirausahaan yang dicanangkan sebagai Visi dan Misi USS, sehingga perlu usaha keras untuk membangun persepsi dan memperkuat program bisnis center atau inkubator bisnis di lingkungan USS. Artikel kedua berkaitan dengan fenomena underpricing pada perusahaan yang go public di Indonesia, oleh peneliti Purwanto, Sri Wahyu Agustiningsih, Salman Faris Insani dan Budi Wahyono.  Dimana IPO (Initial Public Offering) merupakan salah satu alternatif pembiayaan yang dapat digunakan oleh perusahaan yang telah go public yaitu dengan melakukan penerbitan saham baru untuk dijual di pasar perdana sebelum diperdagangkan di pasar sekunder (bursa efek). Artikel Ketiga adalah Potensi Pariwisata Dalam Perekonomian Indonesiaoleh Agung Nurmansyah. Sedangkan artikel keempat adalah Profitabilitas Perbankan Syariah, Kun Ismawati dan Nurhayati.  Artikel tersebut menganalisis pengaruh Size, Total Equity to Total Assets, Total Loans to Total Assets, dan Total Deposits to Total Assets terhadap ROA (Return on Assets) pada Perbankan Syariah MI dan SM di Indonesia. Artikel terakhir yaitu Pendekatan Supply Chain Management Untuk Meningkatkan Daya Saing Pada Bisnis Bunga Segar oleh Rusnandari Retno Cahyani.

Abstract

This research try to examine whether corporate governance when the company madean Initial Public Offering (IPO) affect the level of underpricing shares of companies that go public by using the period 2002-2012. This study focuses on the influence of corporate governance structure on the level of underpricing by using control variables underwriter reputation, return on assets (ROA), firm size, financial leverage, and return on equity (ROE). According to the results of previous studies, these variables generally tend to show a significant effect on underpricing in companies that go public.            This research is ekspost facto (causal comparative). Sample selection method used was purposive sampling and sample used was 131 sample companies doing an Initial Public Offering on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2002-2012. This study uses regression testing models. Regression analysis showed that only the underwriter reputation significantly influence underpricin.
