Abstract

Pay  slips  provided  by  the  company  to  employees  as  a  sign  written  evidence  that  the company has been paying the salaries of employees according to applicable regulations. In paychecks There are two areas, namely the area of income and area of the deduction. The difference between the two in the form of salary to  be net received by employees. If company has a lot of work location, distribution of slip salaries in a timely manner to all employees to be something important. Delays in the receipt paychecks by employees in the  field  location  can  cause  problems  for  the  company.  By  utilizing  information technology,such potenstial problem could be reduced significantly.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the CAMEL ratio in detecting financial distress in banking companies in Indonesia. The CAMEL ratio consists of CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio), ROE (Return On Equity), ROA (Return On Assets), NPL (Non Performing Loan), LDR (Loan To Deposit Ratio), and BOPO (operational expense to operational income). Purposive sampling method used in this research. The number of samples obtained were 31 banking companies, divided in two categories: 25 banks with “no problem”and 6 banks “in trouble”. Research samples in the form of secondary data, which listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2010-2013. The statistical method used to test the hypothesis of the research is logistic regression. Results of the analysis indicate that CAR and BOPO variables have positive but not significant effect; ROE variables have negative and not significant effect; ROA variables have negative and  not significant effect; NPL and LDR variables have positive and significantly effect the probability of financial distress in banking companies in Indonesia. Logistic regression estimation shows the ability to detect from six independent variables on the probability of financial distress in the banking company by 80,4%, while the remainder explained by other variables outside the model. Abstract

This research trytoanalyzethe factors that influence the occurrence of underpricing in companies that go public. This study uses a more variable varies the financial and non-financial variables contained in the prospectus which is composed of the reputation of the underwriter, auditor reputation, firm size, financial leverage, return on assets (ROA) and return on equity (ROE). According to the results of previous studies, these variables generally tend to show a significant effect on underpricing in companies that go public. This research is ekspost facto (causal comparative). Sample selection method used was purposive sampling and sample used was 132 sample companies doing an Initial Public Offering on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2002-2012. This study uses regression testing models. Regression analysis showed that only the underwriter reputation significantly influence underpricing

Abstract

Background: Cosmetic is one of needs that is always used by thewomen. Now, it will be  an  important  thing  fir  every  woman,  one  of  the  most  famous  cosmetic  is  Avon.  Avon must be able to satisfied the consumer’s needs, andone of them is the influence of lifestyle that growth in each dimension, such as the activity, opinion, and interest. The Research Purpose: This research is aimed to know how a lifestyle thatgrows in the activity, opinion, and interest dimension and what kinds of dimension that is influential to the Avon’s consumers Research  Method:  Type  of  this  research  is  survey  research,  where  the sample derivation  is  done  purposively  with  Classified  Simple  Random  Sampling  Method  around Surakarta  areas,  using  5  counters,  by  100  respondents  and  then  it  is  analized  by  double regression, discriminant, F test, and t test. Research  finding: (1)  Activity  of  dimension  lifestyle  is  influential positively  and significantly  on  cosmetic  buying-seen  from  selling  intensity.  (2)  Activity  and  opinion  of dimension lifestyles are influential positively andsignificantly on cosmetic buying-seen from the  number  of  product.  (3)  Activity  and  interest  of dimension  lifestyles  are  influential positively and significantly on cosmetic buying-seen from the kinds of product. (4) Activity of dimension lifestyles is the most influential lifestyle dimension-seen from selling intensity, number of product, and the kinds of product.

Abstract

Ecotourism Gedong Songo administratively located in Semarang district and are planted strategically in the middle of Yogyakarta, Solo and Semarang known as (Joglosemar) which is easily accessible by road highway Semarang - Solo or Semarang - Yogyakarta. Gedong Songo Temple which is the Hindu religious shrine with dazzling panorama. Gedong Songo Temple was built during the enshrinement almost Dieng is considered the oldest Hindu temple in Central Java. Estimated Gedong Songo Temple made within century VII - IX AD. Gedong Songo enshrinement which is composed of nine groups of temples. (Songo means nine), but currently there are only five (5) groups of temples are still intact while the four (4) other temple has collapsed and only a foundation or the base, the temple was restored by the Dinas Purbakala. Sustainable management of ecotourism as environmentally sound tourism activities have a strong dependence on tourist visitation. To create the ideal conditions of each subsystem relationships and interdependency,  interacting with each other in ecotourism as one that is holistic, it encountered many difficulties because each subsystem are many who work on their own or individual. Abstract

Pendidikan  merupakan  hal  yang  sangat  penting  bagi  kesejahteraan  anak  dan berkontribusi  terhadap  penurunan  kemiskinan  dan  ketidaksetaraan.  Kualitas  layanan lembaga pendidikan yang baik berperan penting dalam menyukseskan tumbuh kembang anak untuk mencetak generasi masa depan yang mumpuni, membanggakan dan bermoral, yang dimulai dari periode emasnya yaitu Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD). Penelitian ini  mengunakan  Metode  Focus  Group  Discussion  (FGD)  merupakan  metode  kualitatif.Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perlu ditingkatkan pelayanan lembaga pendidikan agar mampu mewujudkan generasi Indonesia  seutuhnya.Kata Kunci: Pelayanan, PAUD , Generasi.

Abstract

The level of competition in Surakarta bebepa increased sharply in recent years. Increased competition led to a change in strategy to face the competition. Because assumptions when companies determine and establish strategies that long ago turned into the assumptions in determining the new corporate strategy. To change the strategy of the things to consider in five competitive forces is the threat of entry of newcomers, the level of rivalry among existing competitors, the strength of the bargaining power of buyers, bargaining power of suppliers and the last level is the level of competition in the industry. Abstract

The tourism sector has contributed 11 percent of the gross domestic product absorbing world with about 200 million workers. Or have an indirect impact of 800 million people. In 2012, the direct and indirect contribution to Indonesias gross domestic product by 12 percent. Tourism potential is huge but much hampered infrastructure, security, promotion, and government policy. In addition to having a positive impact on the Indonesian economy. Tourism also has a negative impact on the economic and social aspects, although still much more positive impact than negative impact. Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of motivation and discipline to the performance of employees of PT BPR Kartasura Saribumi Cabang Masaran.  The problems are formulated is: is  there  asignificant relationship  between motivation and  discipline to  employee performance either  partially  or simultaneously.  The  hypothesis  is "suspected  of motivation and  discipline has  a  significant  influence on  the performance  of employees of PT BPR Kartasura Saribumi Cabang Masaran either  partially or simultaneously".  Data collected primary  data obtained through  a  questionnaire given  to the  respondent,  and the number  of respondents as  many  as  14 employees. The  analysis includes  the coefficient of determination,  multiple  linear regression analysis,  t testand  F  test. Results  showed that the proposed  hypothesis accepted  as  true,  which  means  that there  is  asignificant influence either partially  or simultaneously between motivation and  discipline to  the performance of employees of PT BPR Kartasura Saribumi Cabang Masaran.Keywords: motivation, work discipline and employee performance
