Abstract

accompanied by an increase in intensity and quality. The purpose of this study was: (1) describe theforms of violence that occur in women in the household, (2) describe the causes of women experiencingdomestic violence, (3) describe the form of the rights of women who experience violence, (4)describe the form of protection of the rights of women who experience domestic violence. This studyusing a design research. These results can be explained that: (1) forms of violence against women inthe household is physical violence, psychological violence and neglect, (2) the causes of occurrenceof physical violence because the husband is not working; husband husband’s job is erraticand temperamental, (3) the form of the rights of women subjected to violence to obtain protectionfrom KPPA, obtain an integrated service, get a guarantee of their rights whose status as a wife, as amother or as a child in the household, but it is not optimal to get, get assistance psychologically,medically, (4) the form of the protection of women victims of domestic violence, is providing assistance,providing services, provide a safe home means a temporary shelter for victims.Key words: violence, household, women

Abstract

Abstract: The decentralization in Indonesia has existed since colonial era with the enactment oflegislation ‘desentralizatie wet’ in 1903. Decentralization was expected to deliver good governance inIndonesia government system. But even reformation has been running nearly 16 years, problemssuch as corruption, mal-administration, and abuse of power still exist in Indonesia government.These problems can be solved with stategic manner, such as preparation of the legal framework ofbureaucratic management by making changes to employment laws, bureaucracy should be managedprofessionally and separate with political party, positioning adapted to the each potential employeeor technical capabilities, there should be prohibition against the politicization of the bureaucracy bypolitical authorities both at central and regional levels, and the last one there must be political willfrom the government or society.

Abstract

Abstract: In order to improve the quality and increase the understanding of material behavior as theimpact of learning on the Civic. More action to obtaining maximum result that is innovative teachingmaterials. Efforts to develop teaching materials made using this procedure Borg and Gall Researchand development. Product development is a substance produced by alternations Civics learningmodules based social skills (social skills), the material used is a matter of social norms , the characterthat was instilled religious values , living with others, honesty, discipline, and responsibility. Resultsof the study of social skills-based module products in design validation matter experts showed 84.37% and 97.91 % of the media show, both validators of creative and media experts show valid with therevised of product design. After the product have been revision, Product quality testing smallgroups of students, 89.58 % of the test group 89.84 % and a total of 89.7%. In interest of studentlearning trial on small groups of students 87 %, the big group total 89.4 % and all total 88.8%. Test thequality of the product is also done on the 97.5 % of the teacher. Based on the advice given by thematerial, the material produced using the curriculum in 2013.

Abstract: after the fallen of Soeharto centralistic government, there’s revolution wave in Indonesia.Changing in government system was one of cange wanted by people. Centralistic immedietly replacedwith Decentralistic.This decentralistic system later creates new variant : asymetrical decentralization.Asymemetrical decentralization are given to special province in order to create publicwelfare and maintain the unity of NKRI. Abstract: High degree of diversity in Indonesia is an axis that easily burned by confrontation of identity (tribes, religion, and race). Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to develop a learning model character education with a multiculturalapproach used in Civic Education. The resulting learning model is poured in the form of modules andvisualized in the form of instructional videos. Framework of a prototype model of learning by takinginto account the competence of the subjects that must be owned by the students, faculty competencein multicultural approach, the cultural background of students, and the characteristics oflearning the nuances of multicultural material. Strategies that can be used, among others: strategiesand learning activities are combined with the concept attainment strategy, the strategy value analysis,and strategies of social analysis. Drafting of the learning can be done through five main stages,namely content analysis, the analysis of cultural background, mapping materials, organizing materials,and then poured in Civic Education learning format. In the implementation of character educationlearning model with a multicultural approach can be done through the following phases: ExplorationStudies, Presentations, Peer Group Analysis, Expert Opinion, and Reflections and Recommendations.Keywords: character education, multicultural, and civic education

Abstract

Abstrac:Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan in secondary education aimed at developingthe potential of learners in all dimensions of citizenship, which include: civic confidence, civiccommitment, and civic responsibility. These objectives can be realized by implementing a learningstrategy JurisprudentialInquiry model. JurisprudentialInquiry model is a design study that was createdand developed by Donald P. Oliver and James Shaver to help students learn to think criticallysystematic, tolerant, caring and able to determine the position of the various controversies attitudestoward contemporary issues of public policy that is going on in the life society and state. The resultsshowed that students’ academic achievement group that learned with a higher inquiry strategy withthat learned with conventional learning.Keywords: civic education and the jurisprudential inquiry model

Abstract: competition some areas as improving the quality of services and satisfaction of the people became the target of the government’s success in serving the community. Ombudsman to monitor the implementation of public service held by the organizer of state and government at both central and local levels including those organized by the State Owned Enterprises, Regional-Owned Enter-prises and State Owned Legal Entity as well as private entities or individuals who were given the task of organizing certain public services , The establishment of Ombudsman background for the empow-erment of people concerned about state administration, the implementation of the idea of democ-racy, and as a protection of the rights of community members. The apparatus of government, includ-ing the judiciary in charge of creating justice and prosperity.
