<![CDATA[The institutions of ECD (Early Childhood Development) have a vital role in a nation education sector because they are the very first institutions to instill educational values to learners, either religious values or universal values. The management of ECD institutions has been seemingly considered less important or less prestigious compared with the management of higher education institutions such as high school or university level. This paper portrays the activity results of Community Service Program focusing on early childhood development in the Garawangi and Rancaputat village, Sumberjaya District, Majalengka. This paper is expected to increase the awareness of all parties regarding the importance of early childhood education management,  particularly in financial management aspect. <![CDATA[ISLAMIC EDUCATION IN FAMILY IN THE PERSPECTIVE OF DEMOCRACY (Study Thought and Abdurrahman Hasan Langgulung an Nahlawi),      The family as a pillar of society has an important position in building civilization. In Islam, family educational responsibilities given to parents as control over the development of the child's personality, which has the function of education to foster children. Given the current social problems that occur in the community originate from the interaction of the family. If a good family, the community would be good as well and vice versa. Islamic education in the family then become the focus for assessment as a fundamental means of educating children. Study thinking and Abdurrahman Hasan Langgulung an Nahlawi on Islamic education in the family do to get the formulation of Islamic education to address the challenges of the future. Study these two men thought sharpened with the perspective of democracy to be more focus on getting the formulation of Islamic education in the family. This study is a literature study (library research) or the study of literature (literature research). Data collection techniques with documentation data analysis using descriptive analysis (descriptive analysis), a content analysis (content analysis) and a comparative analysis (comparative analysis). <![CDATA[Sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam, STAIN Kudus mempunyai tanggungjawab untuk menjaga keberlangsungan pengajaran bahasa Arab bagi mahasiswa.Hal ini terwujud dalam bentuk mata kuliah wajib yang harus diikuti oleh seluruh mahasiswa di lingkungan STAIN Kudus.Meski mungkin bagi sebagian besar mahasiswa STAIN Kudus bahasa Arab bukan lagi menjadi hal yang baru, namun hal ini tidak menggugurkan beban kewajiban lembaga pendidikan ini untuk mengajarkan bahasa Arab pada mahasiswa.Hal ini tentu saja berdasar pada kesadaran atas hubungan yang erat antara bahasa dan kualitas hidup seseorang.Secara teoritis, bahasa berperan penting dalam menciptakan bangsa yang unggul.Keunggulan suatu bangsa bertumpu pada pencapaian prestasi generasinya, prestasi ini bertumpu pada keunggulan berpikir, dan keunggulan berpikir berbanding lurus dengan keunggulan berbahasa.]]>

<![CDATA[AbstractProblems in the study faced by Program Pendampingan Pengembangan Kepribadian Muslim Integral (P3KMI), which is the implementation of learning that sometimes does not correspond to the learning schedule that includes the implementation time and duration, in addition to the program material is sometimes not in accordance with the target implementation P3KMI. So it is necessary to evaluate for Program Pendampingan Pengembangan Kepribadian Muslim Integral (P3KMI). The purpose of this study was to evaluate Program Pendampingan Pengembangan Kepribadian Muslim Integral (P3KMI) in Raudhatul Athfal Departement At Tarbiyah And Teacher Training Faculty IAIN Surakarta in 2016 using CIPP MODEL.This study uses a mix method, which incorporates quantitative and qualitative research. This research was conducted in evaluating Program Pendampingan Pengembangan Kepribadian Muslim Integral (P3KMI). Raudhatul Athfal Departement At Tarbiyah And Teacher Training Faculty IAIN Surakarta in 2016. mentee and mentor of P3KMI. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaire. The focus of the evaluation in the form of context, input, process and product of P3KMI. Data were analyzed using qualitative analysis and statistical analysis.              ]]>

<![CDATA[AbstractThe system of quality management implemented with the consistent commitment would provide the benefits and success for all stakeholders in the University. To obtain those benefits and success should be based on several principles of the established quality management. The starting entry of foreign University enliven the “competition†existed in Indonesia. The University is not only seen as the center of science, research, and community service, but also as the corporation entity of “producing science†that needs to compete to ensure the survival. The competition, as experienced by companies for profit, covers the competition of quality, price, and service. University as nonprofit entity also faces the same case. Along with the times, humanpopulation increased so that the economic activities also increased.One of government efforts to welcome the Syariah EconomicCommunity and improve the performance of Micro, Small andMedium Enterprises is their growth of conducive business climateconducted by the central government and local governments toestablish legislation and policy. The problem often faced by eachUMKM is not apart from the need for funds to fnance their business.To meet their needs, almost all UMKM utilized banking like theIslamic bank. <![CDATA[Baitul Maal Wat Tanwil (BMT) merupakan lembaga keuangan mikro syari’ah yang secara faktual telah memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap berlangsungnya pembangunan ekonomi di Indonesia. BMT sebagai koperasi syari’ah berada di bawah naungan Dinas Koperasi, konsekuensinya , segala aktivitas keuangan yang terjadi dilindungi oleh kebijakan Undang-undang Koperasi. Namun secara faktual keberadaan UU Koperasi justru belum mampu memberikan dasar hukum yang sesuai dengan praktik BMT yang ada. Oleh karenanya pembentukan aturan hukum yang pasti merupakan hal yang tak bisa ditunda lagi mengingat keberadaan BMT kian tumbuh dan semakin berkembang baik dari aspek jumlah maupun permodalannya. Dengan dibatalkannya UU Koperasi No.17 Tahun 2012 maka perlu bagi BMT memiliki aturan hukum tersendiri sebagai payung hukum bagi aktivitas BMT sebab Koperasi dan BMT (yang disejajarkan dengan Koperasi Syari’ah) berbeda secara operasional dan prinsip. Oleh karenanya pembentukan Undang-Undang Koperasi Syari’ah sebagai dasar Hukum BMT harus segera dilaksanakan. Dalam rangka pembentukan UU Koperasi Syari’ah dalam kerangka Ius Constituendum maka hendaknya perlu diperhatikan 3 nilai dasar , nilai dasar tersebut adalah: pertama Nilai Keadilan yang mendasari secara filosofis terbentuknya suatu aturan hukum ( Filosofiche Geltung ) dimana dasar ini merupakan suatu landasan ideal yang mengandung cita-cita kolektif masyarakat tentang nilai luhur yang terkandung dalam Pancasila dan UUD 1945. Kedua adalah nilai kemanfaatan yang mendasari secara sosiologis ( soziologische geltung) agar hukum memiliki kekuatan berlaku dimasyarakat. Ketika adalah nilai kepastian yang lahir sebagai dasar yuridis suatu aturan hukum( Juridische Geltung), dasar ini terkait dengan  persyaratan formal pembentukan suatu peraturan selanjutnya Landasan politis artinya bahwa keberadaan suatu aturan hukum merupakan suatu upaya menuangkan cita-cita kolektif masyarakat Indonesia dalam suatu aturan hukum melalui kekuatan politis yang ada dengan kata lain dasar ini memiliki keterkaitannya dengan kekuasaan yang berperan sebagai]]>

<![CDATA[The success of the collection and distribution of ZIS funds determined by the management of fundraising and distribution adopted by the institution of zakat. There are several models of fundraising and distribution of ZIS funds that can be applied in managing the ZIS funds. UPZ is one part of the organization's most end zakat according to our regulations. UPZ has the authority to collect zakat and charity donation fund. This article aims to analyze the model of fundraising and distribution of ZIS funds in UPZ Wonoketingal village, Karanganyar, Demak. The approach used is a qualitative approach to observation, interviews, and documentation as methods of data collection. When the analysis of the data used is the analysis model of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that fundraising in the UPZ Wonoketinggal village combining two models, namely direct and indirect fundraising. Indirect fundraising is used to promote the program through announcements in lectures, town hall or at the time of Jumu'ah prayer. And direct fundraising committee UPZ done by visiting the houses of citizens directly. While the distribution model of ZIS funds applied consumerist traditional models and creative productive models. Consumptive traditional models used to distribute zakat fitrah, zakat mal for the poor, and funds charitable donation. While creative productive models used for the distribution of zakat mal for gharim.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstrak Tulisan ini mengkaji tentang imlementasi prinsip syariah dalam manajemen sumberdaya manusia (MSDM). Obyek penelitian adalah salah satu Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan menengah (UMKM) yang ada di Kudus, yaitu UD. Setia yang bergerak dibidang konveksi dan pakaian. Metode riset yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif, instrumen pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip syariah secara umum digunakan dalam pengelolaan SDM, seperti prinsip keadilan, kompetensi, amanah dan tanggung jawab sosial. Meskipun pengelolaan SDM masih sangat sederhana dan informal. Rekrutmen dan seleksi menggunakan prinsip kompetensi dan keahlian. Pemberian kompensasi mempertimbangkan metode dan analisis pekerjaan, dengan memegang prinsip keadilan dan pemberian hak sesuai pekerjaan. Selain itu, diberikan kompensasi tidak langsung berupa tunjangan, fasilitas kerja dan rekreasi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan prinsip syariah bisa dilakukan dalam implementasi manajemen pada lembaga bisnis yang tidak berlabel Islam atau syariah. ]]>
