Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                                                                    KUALITAS PELAYANAN PUBLIK DALAM PEMBUATAN KARTU TANDA PENDUDUK (KTP) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEPUASAN MASYARAKAT DI KELURAHAN UTAMA KECAMATAN CIMAHI SELATAN KOTA CIMAHI Peneliti mengungkap bahwa pelayanan publik dalam pembuatan KTP untuk meningkatkan kepuasan masyarakat di Kelurahan Utama telah memberikan layanan untuk masyarakat. Kualitas pelayanan publik dalam pembuatan KTP dirasakan sudah cukup baik, karena aparat melakukannya secara bersama-sama sebagai satu tim, bukan individu. Sebagai akhir penelitian, peneliti menyampaikan rekomendasi kepada Aparat Kelurahan Utama diharapkan lebih terbuka informasi yang diberikan kepada masyarakat dan meningkatkan lagi pelayanan publiknya di segala bidang; Kepada Masyarakat Kelurahan Utama hendaknya ikut berpartisipasi dan ikut berperan aktif dalam pembangunan.

Abstract

Text books have an important role for students education in the school. Text books is a learning resource to support the achievement of the objectives of learning competition. Through the books of each learner can follow new developments occur. The method used in this research is a step mixed methods research by combining two forms that already existed before the qualitative and quantitative research to see the use of textbooks. This research is done in SMP Negeri 44 Bandung with research subjects of class VII D and VII E, each consisting of 40 students. Data analysis techniques used in this research are qualitative data analysis and descriptive analysis. The results showed that the use of textbooks in the subjects of Civic Education may improve learning outcomes of students in class VII SMP Negeri 44 Bandung. Planning learning and implementation process applied learning by teachers of Civics in SMP Negeri 44 Bandung rated excellent by using text books. Teachers prepare Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) in accordance with the material that will be taught to students. In the learning phase of the things to note is the involvement of the physical, material, emotional, and mental learners. utilization of text books on the subjects of Civics in learning activities categorized as very good. Constraints experienced in the use of text books that use language that is not communicative so that learners are less interested in the material presented.Keywords: Text books, Civic Education, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

The cause of the occurrence of human trafficking in West Java region, which is very fundamental that is due to poverty and education. The second factor that is predominantly being the main reason why many of the victims of human trafficking originating from West Java, involving various elements. In addition, cultural factors and lifestyle has become a powerful driving force as the driving factor for teenagers and people who are in the country to move due to lack of land occupation, and factor in their place due to towing will work, there is a glimmer of hope in a better life than working in the place of origin.

Abstract

SMA Plus Muthahhari come with the Living Values Activities program which is full of living values. The results showed: (1) The moral values education contents through LVA program consists of Personal Development Program,X-Day,Dirasah Islamiyyah; (2) The moral values education method through LVA program consists of using the general method, special method, integrated model; (3) The moral values education process through LVA program covering by the phase of Value Identification, Activity, Learning Aids, Interactions Unit, Segment and Evaluation; (4) The problem of Values Education through LVA Program is a complex moral value measurements, the rules of moral values is not Perfectly executed, the less time; (5) The follow-up moral values education problem through the LVA program: bring students on real life conditions that are different from their daily life, held a sustainable menu system, Improving communication between the parties, and optimizing moral values education quality.The Keyword : Moral Values Education, Living Values Activities, Student Character
