Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana pengaruh pembiayaan murabahah, pembiayaan mudharabah dan pembiayaan musyarakah terhadap Return On Asset (ROA) pada PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. tahun 2015-2018. Populasi penelitian ini adalah PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. Data penelitian yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dari laporan keuangan bulanan Maret 2015-Juni 2018. Sumber data di peroleh dari situs www.ojk.go.id. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif, analisis regresi berganda, uji simultan (F) dan uji parsial (t) dengan bantuan software program SPSS 22. Variabel Return On Asset (ROA) merupakan variabel dependen, sedangkan pembiayaan murabahah, pembiayaan mudharabah dan pembiayaan musyarakah adalah variabel independen. Berdasarkan uji parsial hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembiayaan murabahah negatif dan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return On Asset (ROA),  pembiayaan mudharabah berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Return On Asset (ROA), sedangkan pembiayaan musyarakah berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap Return On Asset (ROA). Secara simultan pengaruh pembiayaan murabahah, pembiayaan mudharabah dan pembiayaan musyarakah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return On Asset (ROA)

Abstract

Penerbitan Green Sukuk Republik Indonesia dimaksudkan untuk memperoleh pembiayaan defisit APBN dan proyek pemerintah, sekaligus untuk memenuhi komitmen Pemerintah terhadap pengurangan dampak climate change. Beberapa sumber menyebutkan bahwa, kebutuhan anggaran dalam program pengentasan masalah climate change nasional cukup besar namun ketersediaan anggaran terbatas. Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui bagaimana potensi pasar green sukuk di domestik Indonesia dan pasar internasional, agar kebutuhan anggaran untuk pembiayaan defisit tersebut dapat terpenuhi. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif menggunakan teknik forecasting least square dan analogi historis, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1) perkembangan penerbitan sukuk negara dan green bond menunjukkan tren positif hingga tahun 2029; (2) Permintaan investor Sukuk Negara di pasar domestik terus meningkat (3) Minat investor asing tinggi terhadap Sukuk Negara.

Abstract

Akad Murabahah merupakan Akad Pembiayaan suatu barang dengan menegaskan harga beli kepada pembeli dan pembeli membayar dengan harga lebih sebagai keuntungan yang disepakati. Bentuk Murabahah yang dilakukan perbankan syariah sudah mengalami perubahan beberapa bentuk dari aslinya. Murabahah yang dipraktikkan pada bank syariah dikenal dengan istilah Murabahah li al-aamir bi al-syira. Ulama kontemporer berbeda pendapat tentang keabsahan jual beli Murabahah li al-aamir bi al-syira. Bank melakukan  perjajian Murabahah dengan nasabah, pada saat yang sama mewakilkan kepada nasabah agar nasabah membeli sendiri barang yang diinginkannya. Pada dasarnya, ketentuan yang yang berkaitan dengan akad Murabahah sudah sangat tegas diuraikan pada Fatwa DSN MUI Nomor 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 tentang Murabahah. Dengan demikian yang selama ini dipraktikkan oleh perbankan syariah dalam pembiayaan dengan akad Murabahah telah menyimpang beberapa ketentuan dalam Fatwa DSN MUI.

Abstract

Religion franchise business is a business that uses business strategies in shari'ah. considering that a lot of unfair competition is coming out of Islam, this religion-based business is a hope for Muslim communities to improve the Islamic economy. The purpose of this research is to know the business competition strategy carried out by faith companies, so it can find differences in conventional practices with shariah and to find out the application of business strategies based on Islamic law or just logos or names. This research is based on the analysis of the components of the franchise business competition strategy. In this study, use differentiation, focus and marketing strategies that based on religious identity narratives. So that the results of this study indicate that the components of business competition strategies are widely used by religion franchise businesses in offering products in accordance shari'ah. Bisnis waralaba berbasis agama merupakan bisnis yang menggunakan strategi bisnis secara syari’ah. mengingat banyak persaingan tidak sehat yang keluar dari koridor Islam maka bisnis berbasis agama ini merupakan harapan bagi masyarakat muslim untuk meningkatkan ekonomi Islam. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui strategi persaingan bisnis yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan yang berbasis agama, sehingga bisa menemukan perbedaan praktik konvensional dengan syariah dan untuk mengetahui penerapan strategi bisnis yang berdasarkan hukum Islam atau hanya sekedar logo atau nama. Penelitian ini berdasarkan analisa dari komponen strategi persaingan bisnis waralaba, Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan strategi diferensiasi, strategi fokus dan strategi pemasaran berbasis narasi identitas religius sehingga hasil penelitian ini menunujukan bahwa komponen strategi persaingan bisnis yang banyak digunakan oleh bisnis waralaba berbasis agama dalam penawaran produk sesuai dengan syari’ah.

Abstract

There are so many interesting phenopenone if we discuss of Indonesian economy especially at monetary sector. Foreign debt is one of several popular problem on developing countries like Indonesia. It is one of practice solution about saving debt to maintain the development process. The aim of this research is to analyse Indonesian foreign debt and How Islamic perspective views it. Analytical method used in this research is literature study. We used secondary data taken from BI, BPS, Kemenkeu, etc. The result of this research shows that foreign debt will be a boomerang when not properly managed by the government. In some cases, Indonesia's current foreign debt conditions do not conform to the norms taught by Islam. The implication is that the government needs a re-review of foreign debt to be more in line with Islamic norms which put forward the side of maslahat

Abstract

Millennials or often called Generation Y is a term used to refer to generations born in the 1980s to 2000. This generation is familiar with communication, media, and digital technology. Not surprisingly, this generation is taking advantage of technological advances as an opportunity to do business. This phenomenon was exploited by Rendy Saputra to establish the Community of Saudagar Nusantara (SSN) Society. The activities carried out by the SSN community are interesting to study because in a short time (established 2 June 2017) this community was able to mobilize various communities in 40 cities in Indonesia as partners in empowering MSMEs. This study aims to determine the pattern of economic empowerment carried out by Medan SSN and SWOT analysis of the empowerment carried out. This research is descriptive qualitative with indepth interview as an instrument for collecting data. The results showed that the pattern of empowerment carried out by Medan SSN was Mentoring Bisnis Pekanan (MBP) Program, Kopdar Saudagar Nusantara, SSN and visiting business of member and non-member SSN, and Group WhatsApp for communication, business promotion, and sharing knowledge through online lectures. Based on the value of Internal Strategy Factors (IFAS) and External Strategy Factors (EFAS), SSN Medan is known that the pattern of empowerment carried out by Medan SSN is in the first quadrant, which supports progressive strategies.

Abstract

Medan City has just been chosen as the winner for the category of the Best City of Indonesia in 2017 and the Best City of the Sumatra Region. This shows the city's great potential in an effort to attract investors from various industries and business people as well as to advance the regional economy. However, the poverty rate in Medan among other cities in North Sumatra has increased continuously. As a result, the economic condition of the community in general has not reached the same level of income equity and deficiencies are still found, including the gap between regions in achieving economic levels. The abundance of research and scientific studies carried out in depth on the system originating from Islamic teachings, which proved to remain strong in the face of the crisis that came crashing, starting in 1998 and 2008 to the present. The purpose of this study is to look deeply into the role of the industry of Islamic microfinance institutions in overcoming the problem of social inequality and income distribution in Medan. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method by means of case studies. The object of the research conducted in this study is the Role of the Industry of Sharia Microfinance Institutions in Medan City, while the subjects of this study are Practitioners, Employees of Islamic Microfinance Institutions (LKMS) and Customers of Islamic Microfinance Institutions (LKMS).The results of this study found that LKMS Madani Emas Syari’ah  has shown a fairly good role in its efforts to overcome the problem of social inequality, this was shown in an effort to help the capital of small and medium enterprises in Medan so that the business can continue despite limited funds, capital and resources. Even so, the role that is owned is not significant because in terms of the age of the newly established and only one LKMS that stands under the supervision of OJK in Medan City.

Abstract

Management of wealth in the Islamic economy becomes important especially because the main economic problem in the Islamic economy is the unequal distribution of resources (assets). This research aims to describe the creation and development, preservation and protection, expenditure and distribution of assets of the new Muslim middle class in Medan. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data was collected through interviews and document studies. Data analysis uses descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that business planning and investment planning were mostly carried out by the Medan Muslim middle class. It's just that the use of LKS is still low. While planning for the protection of assets through Islamic financial institutions is still low, so is financial planning through Islamic financial institutions is still low; family financial planning is also quite good but the use of Islamic financial institutions is still low; and religious financial planning has not been an effort as well as in the use of Islamic financial institutions which are still low.
