Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mampu menjawab permasalahan yang diteliti , meliputi: pelaksanaan kurikulum kejuruan, pendidikan karakter dan keunggulan lokal dalam kurikulum kejuruan; format pengembangan pendidikan karakter dan keunggulan lokal dalam kurikulum kejuruan; relevansi kurikulum kejuruan dengan pendidikan karakter dan keunggulan lokal SMK Negeri 1 di Kabupaten Tapin.Penelitian dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan strategis, yaitu (1) pengumpulan  data, (2) analisis data; dan (3) penyajian hasil analisis data (pelaporan). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, studi dokumen kurikulum dan FGD yang merupakan metode riset kualitatif dengan cara diskusi terfokus dari suatu group untuk membahas suatu masalah tertentu, dalam suasana informal dan santai. Pihak yang terlibat dalam FGD dan informan penelitian merupakan para pemangku kepentingan bidang pendidikan yang terdiri dari Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Kurikulum, Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Tapin dan beberapa unsur terkait lainnya.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan kurikulum kejuruan di SMK Negeri Kabupaten Tapin mengacu pada pendidikan sistem ganda(pembelajaran dan praktik). Pembelajaran mengacu pada Kurikulum 13 dan sebagian masih KTSP, sedangkan praktiknya bekerja sama dengan instansi terkait, dan perusahaan-perusahaan terkait dengan jurusan yang dimilki SMK Negeri yang bersangkutan Pengembangan nilai karakter diintegrasikan pada semua mata pelajaran, terutama mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn)  untuk bidang keahlian, dan mata pelajaran kejuruan sesuai jurusan kejuruan yang dimiliki sekolah yang bersangkutan, sedangkan pengembangan keunggulan lokal sesuai dengan potensi daerah miliki baik pertambangan, pertanian, dan perikanan Nilai-nilai karakter yang dikembangkan,   selain pada kegiatan intra tercantum dalam RPP, juga kegiatan keseharian dengan model pembiasaan, yakni nilai religius, kerja keras, disiplin. Kreatif, bertanggungjawab, dan inovatif untuk siap kerja Relevansi antara pendidikan karakter dan keunggulan lokal dilaksanakan dalam kegiatan intra, ekstra, dan ko korikuler di sekolah masing-masing sesuai dengan visi, misi, dan tujuan pendidikan di SMKNegeri yang bersangkutan, juga selaras dengan RPJMD kabupaten Tapin serta RPJPD Kalimantan SelatanPenelitian ini merekomendasikan:1. Dilaksanakan pelatihan penilaian aspek sikap  berbasis kur-13 oleh disdikbud kab.Tapin melalui MGMP SMA/SMK/MA 2.Harus dipertimbangkan disdikbud kab.Tapin dan pemerintah daerah untuk penambahan jurusan dan guru bidang ahli agribisnis pertanian   sesuai keunggulan lokal yang menjadi primadona kab.Tapin Kata kunci: kurikilum kejuruan SMKN, pengembangan pendidikan karakter, keunggulan lokal

Abstract

This study examines the Protection of Womens Rights Workers in Oil Palm Plantation PT. CPKA Jorong District Tanah Laut regency. Protection of women workers who examined include Company policy PT. CPKA Jorong District Tanah Laut regency to protection of health and safety (K3) protection of women workers and women workers wages.The research method selected is a qualitative method of data capture techniques through observation, interview and documentation. Sources of data drawn from interviews with informants and appropriate documentation of research objects and analyzed by data reduction, data display and conclusion. Tested the validity of data obtained by the extension of the observations, increasing persistence, triangulation and member checks conducted.The results showed that the protection of health and safety protection of women workers in the company PT.CPKA not be implemented to the fullest. Wage system given PT.CPKA company is referring to the plantation Sectoral Minimum Wage (UMS-P). Given the amount of wages PT. CPKA is above of the Minimum Wage (UMR).Based on the results of this study suggested that women workers should have the education, insight, and knowledge is quite extensive, particularly on the provisions of the laws that protect their rights as women workers and the company should provide facilities for the employment protection workers especially women workers and the company is expected to be even more effective in the dissemination of regulations that protect the rights of women workers.Keywords: Protection, Rights, Women Workers

Abstract

Improving Learning Activities and Learning Achievement of Students through Snowball Throwing Model on Material of Political System in Indonesia at the Students of Class X-C of SMAN 3 Banjarmasin. Sarjana’s Thesis. Civic Education Department, Social Science, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Lambung Mangkurat University, Banjarmasin. The first advisor: Fatimah, the second advisor: Rabiatul Adawiyah. Based on pre-research in SMAN 3 Banjarmasin at Class X-C, it was found that the students were less active in teaching and learning activities. Their learning achievements tend to reach the lower point than the expected result. This matter can be seen from the average of the daily test scores which is still below the minimum mastery learning criteria established by the teacher, namely 70. Additionally, the teachers tend to only use lecturing method. The use of the monotonous method will make the students feel bored in following the lesson. The students’ boredom can be seen when they frequently do not pay attention to the teacher’s explanation, talk to their friends during the lesson, and when they are passive in question and answer session.This research aims to improve students’ activities, students’ learning achievement, and to find out the students’ responses by using Snowball Throwing method on the material of political system in Indonesia. This research is designed and executed by using the method of classroom action research (CAR). The subject of this research is the students of Class X-C, SMAN 3 Banjarmasin, which consists of thirty-nine students. The techniques of collecting the data are by using test, observation and documentation.The result shows that the learning activities, learning achievement and responses of the students had very good improvement in each cycle. The students’ learning activities improved and are included in very good category. Besides, the students’ learning achievement also has improved after using Snowball Throwing classically 89,74% and has fulfilled the established minimum mastery learning criteria namely 70 with average 73,33.From the results which indicate the improvement on learning activities, learning achievement, and the responses of the students after implementing Snowball Throwing model, the writer suggests that Snowball Throwing model is not only implemented on civic education learning, but also on other lesson. The writer also suggests that the learning innovation should be done by teachers to improve the quality of teaching and learning process and the learning achievement itself. Keywords: Snowball Throwing Model, activities, learning achievement, response

Abstract

Masyarakat Indonesia mempunyai karakteristik yang berbeda dengan negara lainnya. Karakteristik tersebut diantaranya adalah: (1) Pluralistik/keberagaman, (2) sikap saling pengertian antara sesama anggota masyarakat, (3) toleransi yang tinggi dan (4) memiliki sanksi moral. Karakteristik-karakteristik tersebut diharapkan senantiasa mewarnai kehidupan masyarakat madani model Indonesia nantinya. Keberadaan masyarakat Indonesia dapat dicermati melalui perjalanan bangsa Indonesia. dunia pendidikan sebagai bagian dari pendidikan umat manusia haruslah senantiasa berpartisipasi untuk membangun terwujudnya masyarakat madani.

The purpose of this study to determine the background of students understanding of the requirements to be allowed to use motor vehicles, motor driving ordinance, penal sanctions for violations of traffic rules and the impact of violations of traffic rules on the road.The method used is a qualitative method of data capture techniques through observation , interviews, focus group discussions ( FGD ), and documentation of the data sources were selected purposively. Testing the validity of the data can improve through perseverance, triangulation, and using reference materials.The Results showed students understanding of the requirements to be allowed to use motorized vehicles for knowledge of traffic laws still do not understand, the omission of a police presence, absence by the school, and the presence of omission by the parents. The procedure for motor drive system is the lack of understanding and knowledge of how to drive motorized traffic rules, patterns of behavior or attitude in driving a motorcycle, provide socialization and appeal to the public, held a routine patrol, raid gear motorcycle standards and prohibitions for junior high school students to use bicycles motors. Penal sanctions for violations of traffic rules by the bad behavior of motorists who often do, and exposed to legal sanctions traffic rules. The impact of traffic rules violation on the highway is not orderly traffic, and an increase in accidents involving students.Based on the results of research to realize a student who obey the law for orderly traffic, traffic cop Sat Banjarmasin So should conduct a more intensive dissemination of the laws of the Republic of Indonesia Number 22 of 2009 on traffic and highway transportation for students, should all the parties concerned work together to address the problems of traffic norms neighbors, and students are expected to provide instances neighbor traffic rules, especially students PPKn course in dealing with various problems faced by the students about traffic norms and regulations.Keywords: Elapsed Understanding Cross, Student.Keywords: Elapsed Understanding Cross, Student.

Abstract

Sejak tahun 2010 Pemerintah melalui Kemendikbud mencanangkan pendidikan karakter sebagai gerakan nasional diseluruh tingkat pendidikan. Salah satu aktor penting yang sangat berperan di sekolah dalam mengembangkan nilai-nilai karakter adalah tenaga pendidik atau guruPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan nilai karakter yang dilakukan guru baik melalui kompetensi pedagogic, professional, kepribadian maupun sosial. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner, dan data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa  pengembangan nilai-nilai karakter yang dilakukan oleh guru Balangan baik melalui kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi professional dan kompetensi kepribadian berkategori tinggi, sedangkan melalui kompetensi sosial  berkategori sedang.Dari penelitian ini disarankan, perlunya peningkatan pengembangan nilai-nilai karakter melalui kompetensi sosial sehingga keberhasilan pengembangan nilai-nilai karakter bisa mencapai hasil yang optimal  Kata Kunci: Propesionalitas guru,  pendidikan karakter.

Abstract

This study examines how parents apply the pattern of educating their children in the village of Sungai Punggu Baru Kecamatan Anjir Muara Kabupaten Barito Kuala. In the application studied is how the pattern of educating children, attention and affection of parents to their children, and the parents responsibility to educate their children. Parents as primary educators in the family, efforts to form the childrens personality, and how parents become a good personality educators to educate children through pattern of parents education as well as examples of exemplary parents.The method used in this study is a qualitative method. The technique used is purposive sampling technique. Data was collected through observation (observation), interviews, documentation, and literature study. Source data was taken from interviews with key informants and appropriate documentation of research objects and analyzed by means of data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The data can also be tested on their validity by way of extension of observation, increase persistence, triangulation, and using reference materials.The results showed that the application of the family educating in children is not maximally done by the parents. The low parental education, family economic level of difficulty and lack of knowledge of how to educate children are a fundamental factor in the formation of personality of their children. While the children, something that can affect them are motivation, self-awareness, as well as experience. Errors in educating and exemplary pattern is also one of the causes of the childrens personality do not develop properly, educate permissive pattern adopted is not appropriate for the childrens development and character formation.Based on the results of this study suggested that parents should be able to guide, educate and support children to get better education, instilling noble values in shaping his personality both internally is through motivation that embedded values of goodness in him, and to improve the supervision of children relationships within the school and community. Changing patterns in permissive educate children with educating democratic pattern so that children are always open with their parents, so existed a close relationship and good communication between children and parents.Keywords : Education, Family, Affection, and Responsibility

Abstract

Pendidikan hendaknya berpedoman pada prinsip hukuman agar tidak lagi berbuat kesalahan, maka akan didapatkan dua macam titik pandang., baik berupa hasil wawancara  dan dokumen-dukomen dalam penerapan tata tertib sekolah yang disertai hukuman atau  sanksi dibutuhkan sebgai usaha dalam membuat siswa jera dan tidak mengulangi perbuatan yang melanggar peraturan yang pada akhirnya dapat dirasakan pengarunya bagi siswa dalam membentuk keperibadian yang bermoral dan berdisiplin. Metode yang  digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu untuk mengungkapkan gejala secara holistic kontekstual melalaui pengumpulan data dengan memanfaatkan teori yang ada sebagai bahan penjelasan dan berfikir dengan suatu teori, penelitian yang bermaksud untuk memehami fenomena tentang apa yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian misalnya prilaku, perinsip, motivasi tindakan, secara holistik dan dengan cara deskriptif dalam bentuk kata-kata dan bahasa, pada suatu konteks khusus yang alamiah dan dengan memanfaatkan berbagai metode ilmiah. Pemilihan pendekatan dan metode sangat diperlukan dalam penelitian, hal tersebut dimaksudkan agar penelitian lebih terarah dan sesuai dengan tujuan yang diharapkan.

Abstract

Data collection was done by using observation, interview and documentation. Analysis of the results of the research is the analysis of the data reducatoin step, the presentation of the data and drawing conclisions.The results of this study indicate that the infrastructure in the village of unmet Masintan both in terms of roads, bridges The potential economic views of the infrastructure has not qualified, because its people economically most prominently the agriculture, community nearly 85% of farmers, the rice farmers socio-cultural. Nearly fulfilled and volume of services also met. Based on the results of this study, it can be suggested to improve the facilities andInfrastructures are in desq Masintan. Abstract

Pasal 1 Undang Undang No. 1 tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinan adalah untuk membentuk keluarga (rumah tangga) yang bahagia dan kekal berdasarkan Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa. Meskipun demikian kebahagian dan kekekalan yang diinginkan kadangkala tidak berlangsung lama dan tidak menutup kemungkinan akan terjadinya perceraian. Dengan adanya perceraian, Pengadilan dapat mewajibkan kepada mantan suami untuk memberikan sesuatu kewajiban kepada mantan isteri dan anaknya. Kewajiban dari mantan suami yang berupa mut’ah, dan nafkah untuk anak-anak.Peneliti merasa tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian di Pengadilan Agama Banjarmasin karena merupakan wilayah hukum yang seharusnya dipatuhi dalam perkara hukum perdata. Masalah yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah (1). Bagaimana pemberian mut’ah yang layak kepada mantan isteri (2). Bagaimana pemberian biaya hadhanah untuk anak yang belum mencapai umur 21.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, karena pengumpulan data dipandu oleh fakta-fakta yang ditentukan pada saat penelitian.Sumber data penelitian ini dari hakim Pengadilan Agama Banjarmasin dan tiga orang isteri yang telah diceraikan oleh suaminya.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pemberian mut’ah yang layak kepada mantan isteri berbeda-beda, dikarenakan sesuai dengan kemampuan para suami mereka. Dalam menentukan besarnya pemberian mut’ah yang harus dibayar, selain mempertimbangkan aspek kemampuan dari suami, lama perkawinan juga menjadi salah satu pertimbangan bagi majelis hakim untuk menentukan besarnya pemberian mut’ah yang akan di bebankan kepada suami, dalam prakteknya pemberian mut’ah berupa pemberian uang. Mengenai pemberian biaya hadhanah untuk anak yang masih dibawah umur 21 tahun, Semua biaya hadhanah dan nafkah anak, wajib ditanggung oleh bapak/ayahnya.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disarankan apabila perkawinan tidak dapat dipertahankan lagi dan mengakibatkan perceraian, diharapkan para mejelis hakim memberikan pertimbangan yang seadil-adilnya agar pemberian mut’ah yang layak sesuai dengan kemampuan suami, sehingga isteri pun menerima haknya tersebut dengan kata lain sepakat. Dan bilamana seorang ayah tidak memberikan nafkah kepada anak sebagaimana telah diputus oleh pengadilan yang telah berkekuatan hukum tetap, maka pihak yang dirugikan dapat mengajukan gugatan perdata ke pengadilan untuk menuntut hak-hak keperdataan anak yang di abaikan. Kata kunci : Hak mut’ah, biaya hadhanah bagi anak dibawah umur 21
