Abstract

Berdasarkan observasi awal yang dilakukan pada proses belajar mengajar  PKn di kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Marabahan tahun ajaran 2013/2014, diketahui bahwa  dalam meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa masih belum maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar PKn dengan mengunakan model pembelajaran Kooperatif (GI), agar pembelajaran tidak hanya berpusat pada guru tetapi lebih menekankan pada keaktifan siswa.            Penelitian didesain sebagai penelitian tindakan kelas; dengan subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Marabahan tahun ajaran 2013/2014 yang berjumlah 28 siswa. Penelitin ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Tiap siklus meliputi 4 tahap, yaitu: (1) Perencanaan, (2) Pelaksanaan, (3) Observasi, dan (4) Refleksi. Data diambil dengan menggunakan tes tertulis, lembar penilaian kinerja yang terdiri dari lembar observasi kegiatan guru, lembar observasi keaktifan siswa, dan hasil evaluasi.            Hasil penelitian menunjukkan indikator keberhasilan dapat tercapai pada siklus 2, baik itu dari observasi aktivitas guru dalam kesiapan memberikan pelajaran, observasi aktivitas siswa dalam mengikuti pelajaran, dan evaluasi hasil belajar siswa yang meningkat. Siswa memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap pembelajaran yang berlangsung terbukti pada sikap siswa yang merasa senang dan lebih mudah memahami pelajaran serta antusias siswa mangikuti pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajatan Kooperatif  GI, hal ini dapat terlihat pada meningkatnya hasil belajar dan kinerja kelompok yang semakin baik.Kesimpulan bahwa dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif GI dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar PKn di kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Marabahan, Siswa antusias dan bersemangat dalam mengikuti pembelajaran PKn, keaktifan siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran menunjukkan peningkatan. Suasana kelas investigasi mendorong siswa untuk mau menggali dan memperdalam cara berpikir mereka dengan menemukan berbagai alternative berpikir. Hal ini bisa dilihat dari partisipasi siswa dalam menjawab pertanyaan dalam diskusi kelas menunjukkan peningkatan. Siswa tidak pasif dalam menghadapi pertanyaan yang diajukan oleh teman-temannya maupun guru. Dengan kerjasama dalam kelompok mereka dapat memberikan pengalaman. Hal ini menyebabkan interaksi antar siswa dalam kelompok kooperatif meningkat. Penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe GI dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pada siswa kelas. Hal ini bisa dilihat dari hasil evaluasi yang menunjukkan peningkatan pencapaian Hasil belajar siswa dari awalnya 42,85 % atau 12  Orang (pada siklus I) meningkat menjadi 92,86 % atau 26  Orang  (pada siklus II). Menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif group Investigation disarankan agar dapat digunakan pada kegiatan belajar mengajar di SMA lain, agar siswa dapat mencapai hasil belajar yang maksimal.Kata kunci: Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Group Investigation (GI), aktivitas, hasil belajar PKn.

Abstract

Perkawinan dibawah tangan atau kawin sirri merupakan perkawinan yang tidak dilakukan pencatatan menurut peraturan perundang-undaangan yang berlaku, sehingga secara hukum perkwinan tersebut dianggap tidak pernah ada, karena tidak memiliki bukti akte outentik. Akibat hukum lainnya adalah pihak isteri, anak dan keluarga lainnya dari pihak isteri tidak dapat menuntut hak-haknya secara hukum kepada suami dan bahkan anak dari hasil perkawinan tidak dapat menggunakan akte kelahirannya dengan menggunakan nama ayahnya sebagai nama orang tuanya. Kata Kunci: Kawin dibawah tangan (kawin sirri) tidak sah secara hukum nasional

Abstract

Democratization character was developed with a new paradigm about involvement of students in the learning process, that is not only active in the learning process, but they are also given the opportunity to determine the learning activities they will do, together with their teachers who have all the forms of a positive relation between the perception of the character with learning results of students. Character education priorities embedded in school of MAN 2 Kandangan reflected in the learning process applied by civics teacher who strongly supports the establishment of a democracy character. The purpose or this reseacrh are : (1) to describe character of student in democracy in MAN 2 Kandangan; (2) to know civics learning results in MAN 2 Kandangan; and (3) to know relation between democracy character and civics learning results in MAN 2 Kandangan.Research method using quantitative descriptive approach with colleration method. The research population wa all students of the class. Population in this research were students of class X and XI of MAN 2 Kandangan which amounts to 372 are 181 smples. Collection data using questionnaires. Data analysis with colleration using Pearson Product Moment formula with SPSS version 16.The results of this research show that: (1) democracy character of the civics in school of MAN 2 Kandangan quite well, and high, where students uphold democracy character well in envirinment of school and society; (2) civics  learning result in MAN 2 Kandangan quite well with the average 75,98; and (3) Be found a relation between democracy character and civics learning results in MAN 2 Kandangan where based on test resultsr calculated (0,396) > r table (0,148). So, it can be concluded that colleration coefficient for 0,396 is significant, which means that be found a relation between the variable X (democracy character) and the variable Y (civics learning results).Keywords: Relation, Demokracy Character, Civics, Learning Results

Abstract

Perguruan tinggi sebagai salah satu wahana pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan maupun teknologi tidak terkecuali organisasi tingkat mahasiswa (kemahasiswaan) diharapkan tidak mengalami sterilisasidalam hal tuntutan nilai-nilai moral.Nilai-nilai keluhuran budi berupa moral tersebut harus terus diasah dan ditumbuhkembangkan dalam diri setiap mahasiswa selama mereka masih menjadi anak didik di suatu lembaga pendidikan tinggi. Universitas Lambung Mangkurat melalui Fakultas maupun Program Studi telah melaksanakan kewajibannya dengan baik melalui beberapa fasilitas kemahasiswaan. Norma organisasi sebagai sebuah bentuk rambu-rambu bagi kegiatan organisasi juga telah ada dan senantiasa dikembangkan oleh pengurus organsiasi tersebut sebagai bagian maupun bentuk kreatifitas dari dalam diri mahasiswa melalui program-program organisasi yang sedang maupun akan dijalankan.

Abstract

The government of Republic of Indonesia undertake pemajuan, penghormatan, protection, fulfillment, and enforcement effort of human rights to convicts who are in penitentiaries and correctional facilities through Correctional System as has been established in Law Number 12 Year 1995 on Correctional Institution. Based on this act, various regulation of execution related to Correctional process issued by the government as the form of correctional system operatinalization which is considered as effective implementation  and as realization of the government’ responsibility in respecting, protecting, enforcing and promoting human rights as stated in article 71-72 Law Number 39 Year 1999 on Human Rights. Besides the law, correctional institution becomes indicator of protection and fulfillment of human rights.  This method used in this research is qualitative method in which it is expected to result in deep analysis about utterance, writing and behaviours which can be observed from an individual, group, society and particular organization in particular context, which is analyzed from the whole, comprehensive, and holistic point of view. (Hadjr, 1996 in Basrowi and Sudikin, 2002:2)The findings of this research are the followings: (1) Right protection in performing the religion, namely the existence of mosque and church provided by the penitentiary supports the religious activity in Class IIB of Kuala Kapuas penitentiary, Central Kalimantan, (2) Legal protection on the right of getting health service, namely by the supervision or the convicts’ clothes maintenance done by penitentiary officers, and the health checking for the convicts in Class IIB of Kuala Kapuas Penitentiary is done by having cooperation with doctors and health centres, (3) Legal protection on the visit of convicts’ families, namely the visit is done in six days, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, from 08.00 to 13.00 WIB in visit lounge and the visit is limited for fifteen minutes (4) Factors which encourage and detain the law on the convicts’ rights should be revamped. In fact, the penitentiary officers has done maximum effort to give service in Class IIB of Kuala Kapuas Penitentiary Central Kalimantan.    Keywords: right, protection, convict

Counselor  (1) Acep Supriyadi (2) Dian Agus Ruchliyadi.During this learning process Civics in class X-4 SMAN 12 Banjarmasin likely not achieve results as expected. It is seen from the students who are interested in the subject PKN brackets, so that the students learning outcomes is low.Research objectives are: (1) To determine whether the application of the model Student Teams-Achievement Division (STAD) can be improving the students interest in civics lesson. (2) To determine the level of students interest in learning after using Civics model of Student Teams-Achievement Division (STAD) in the Class X-4 SMAN 12 Banjarmasin. (3) To determine student learning outcomes after using model of Student Teams-Achievement Division (STAD) in class X-4 SMAN 12 Banjarmasin. Data collection techniques used are observation, documentation and test results of learning is done through several cycles, the first cycle and second cycle. The results showed (1) the percentage of students interest towards learning Civics using STAD cooperative learning models known to the majority of students answered "yes", with the median percentage of student interest is 74% or better are included in the qualification. (2) The interest of the students for learning is also getting better, in the first cycle is only 60% interest students performed better after the second cycle increased to 78%. (3) except that the most important thing is to improve student learning outcomes Civics mastery learning where improvement can be seen in the achievement of minimal classical completeness that the first cycle is low with 28% percentage of pretest and post-test 40%, after following for reflection on the learning cycle both gain increased mastery results with 84% percentage of pretest and post-test by 92%. Implementation of the study until completion is supported by many factors such as the availability of support facilities and infrastructure while also inhibiting factors that are still unfamiliar students using this learning model, expected later after the implementation of this model will appear model new learning model is more attractive and easier for students to understand that learning results according to the criteria of completeness maximum graduation (KKM). Student interest in following subjects will increase with applied models are attractive because students was not bored and tired in the course. Abstract

The method used in this study is a qualitative method. Data collected by observation, interview, and literature. In analyzing the data used qualitative analysis that includes data collection, data reduction, and data presentation. Testing the validity of the data is done by triangulation and using reference materials. The results of this study indicate that: (1) control program in the form of handling street children in terms of education: knowledge; skills; knowledge attitude that emphasizes the education of mental discipline. (2) Implementation of the program in the prevention of street children conducted with the data collected by the municipal police raids or Trantib and others and from the data subsequently used as input in penanggulanngan street children. (3) Constraints faced in tackling street children are street children who have to get back to the current coaching environment tend to live in the street and generate economic activity.How to overcome the obstacles in tackling street children among them to disseminate to the public, especially those of the motorists who move in the way that they do not give money to children who move up the road.Based on these results, it can be suggested: (1) Social Service should be able to make a new model in the management and supervision of street children in addition to provide knowledge about the dangers of drugs because street children are particularly vulnerable to the dangers of drugs. (2) The prevention of street children program implementation is maximized not only for street children netted municipal police but involving the community around. (3) In dealing with street children after getting coaching tends to return to live on the street and generate economic activity in the street should provide coaching skills that can be used by children when it will no longer be on the streets so that they can empower themselves.Keywords: Treatment, Prevention, Street Children, Social Service

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pemilihan ketua osis yang dilaksanakan di sekolah. Pemilihan ketua osis merupakan sarana pembelajaran demokrasi. Hal ini tentunya menjadi wadah bagi siswa untuk ikut serta dalam pelaksanaan demokrasi. Pembelajaran demokrasi secara praktek langsung tentunya sangat bagus bagi siswa. Terutama memberikan pengalaman siswa dalam proses pemilihan-pemilihan yang nantinya di peroleh siswa dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Melalui pemilihan langsung dapat memberikan pelajaran kepada siswa tentang proses demokrasi secara terbuka.Metode penelitian yang dipilih adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber data diambil dari hasil wawancara dengan informan kunci dan dokumentasi sesuai objek penelitian dan dianalisis dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Data didapat diuji keabsahannya cara perpanjangan pengamatan, meningkatkan ketekunan, triangulasi dan menggunakan bahan referensi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pemilihan ketua dan pengurus osis tidak menggunakan pemilihan langsung. Jadi pemilihan ketua osis tidak berlandaskan pada asas “Luber Jurdil”. Melainkan melalui proses Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan Siswa yang selanjutnya dilaksanakan musyawarah mufakat yang dilakukan oleh para pengurus lama untuk menentukan kandidat ketua dan pengurus inti osis, dan hasil musyawarah itu kemudian disampaikan kepada para dewan guru Pembina osis, selanjutnya dewan guru Pembina osis melakukan rapat untuk menentukan pilihan dari kandidat ketua osis yang telah direkomendasikan oleh pengurus dan kemudian kepala sekolah melantiknya sebagai ketua dan pengurus osis yang baru.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disarankan agar pemilihan ketua osis lebih memberdayakan siswa-siswi seluruhnya. Sehingga siswa-siswi juga ikut berperan dalam menentukan kepemimpinan pengurus osis satu periode mendatang.Kata Kunci : Demokrasi, OSIS, Musyawarah.

Abstract

Nurjannah, 2014, Implementasi tugas DPRD dalam aspek legislatif periode 2009-2014 di Kabupaten    Tanah Bumbu. Skripsi. Program Studi Pendidikan pancasila Kewarganegaraan, Jurusan ilmu pendidikan Pengetahuan Sosial, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas                   Lambung Mangkurat. Pembimbing (I) Sarbaini, (II) Mariatul Kiptiah. Salah satu wujud tata kepemerintahan yang baik (good governance) itu terdapatnya citra pemerintahan yang demokratis. Prinsip demokrasi yang paling penting adalah meletakkan kekuasaan di tangan rakyat dimana pada tingkat terakhir rakyat memberikan ketentuan dalam masalah-masalah pokok mengenai kehidupannya, termasuk dalam menilai kebijaksanaan pemerintah dan negara, oleh karena kebijakan itu menentukan kehidupan rakyat.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data yang dipilih adalah secara purposive. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan meneliti ke lapangan, observasi partisipasi lengkap, dan wawancara (interview). Analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data(data reduction), penyajiana data (data display), dan penarikan kesimpulan(conclusion draving/verification).Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Implementasi tugas DPRD dalam aspek legislatif periode 2009-2014 di Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu harus dimulai dengan tugas dan fungsi DPRD dalam membuat Perda, di mana DPRD mempunyai tiga fungsi yaitu : (1) fungsi legislasi, (2) fungsi anggaran, (3)fungsi pengawasan.Dari hasil temuan peneliti tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Implementasitugas DPRD dalam aspek legislatif periode 2009-2014 di Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu difokuskan pada tiga aspek yaitu fungsi legislasi, fungsi anggaran dan fungsi pengawasan. Para anggota DPRD Tanah Bumbu dituntut untuk bisa bertanggung jawab dan memilik aspirasi pendapat bagi anggota DPRD lainya untuk pengimplementasian Perda Tanah Bumbu.Saran yang dapat diberikan bahwa Hendaknya pengimplementasian tugas DPRD dalam aspek legislatif periode 2009-2014 di Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu harus berperan penting dalam mengapresiasikan pendapatnya dalam membuat Perda. Kata kunci : Implementasi tugas DPRD aspek legislatif

Abstract

Kolam Kanan Village is a village where people have three different religions. Religions that exist in the village namely Hindu, Muslim and Christian. Although they live in an environment with different beliefs, but the implementation of related public high tolerance of theists. Through some manner by the community it will be able to create inter-religious tolerance environment sector in the community.This study aims to determine how the community receives the difference between religious communities, the community recognizes how inter-religious rights and to know how the people appreciate the existence of inter-religious.The study was designed and conducted using qualitative research methods. Data was collected through observation, interview. Analysis of the results of the research is the analysis of the data reduction step, the presentation of the data and drawing conclusions.The results of this study indicate that the way society and accept differences among religious communities in the village of Kolam Kanan is to be consulted in case of disagreement, deepen and carry theology respectively. Then how society recognizes the right of inter-religious is to recognize the right of others to embrace the religion according to their respective beliefs and religions recognize the right to carry out worship in accordance with his beliefs, and recognize the right of participation in the culture of the people in the Kolam Kanan village. Next is how the public in appreciating the existence of the relationship between religious communities and interact in several areas such as economic and social life.Based on these results, it may be advisable to retain attitudes that are able to create tolerance and improve existing intolerance that still exists in some small communities in Kolam Kanan village.Keywords: tolerance, religious
