Abstract

Customers’ decision to save their money is a final effect of a purchase, which is defined as an attitude and an intention to behave in the future and expressed through things such as, a commitment to buy a product from a company if they need other products, a commitment to provide recommendations to others, intention to increase the amount of savings, intention or desire to give positive things to the company. In the decision making process of customers in choosing Ekasave saving product, it is affected by several variables, namely promotions and product attribute.This study aims to analyze the effects of promotion and product attribute on customer decision in choosing Ekasave saving at Bank Eka of Metro Head Office. The research method used in this study was quantitative. The research samples were Ekasave saving customer data in 2015, Bank Eka, Metro Head Office.The analytical method used was F test (simultaneous), T test (partial), determination coefficient analysis (R2), and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis for promotion variable had positive value with t count by 8.226 and product attribute had positive value with t count by 4.631. Therefore, promotion and product attribute simultaneously provide positive effects on customer decision with F count by 54.275.Keywords: Promotion, Product Attribute, and Customer Decision

Abstract

Tujuan penilitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi langsung pada kinerja pegawai dan hubungan tak langsung yang dimediasi oleh kompetensi sumber daya manusia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode secara variatif dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner yang didistribusikan kepada pegawai kesemua level jabatan fungsional secara random sebanyak 200 responden dan indepth interview di empat rumah sakit swasta kota Metro dan analisis data dilakukan dengan model analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan Smart PLS (Partial Least Square).Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa komitmen organisasi yang direfleksikan oleh tiga komponen yaitu affective commitment and continuance commitment tidak dapat memberikan impact langsung pada kinerja pegawai, tetapi normative commitment dapat memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kinerja pegawai, selanjutnya komitmen organisasi dapat memberikan pengaruh positif tidak langsung pada kinerja pegawai melalui proses mediating oleh kompetensi sumber daya manusia serta tingkat komitmen organisasi rata-rata ke empat obyek tersebut tergolong masih rendah.Kata kunci : Komitmen Organisasi, Kompetensi Sumber daya manusia, Kinerja  Pegawai.ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to determine the effect of direct organizational commitment on employee performance and indirect relationships mediated by human resource competencies. The method used in this research is the method are varied with primary data collection through research instrument was a questionnaire distributed to employees of all these levels of functional positions at random as many as 200 respondents and in-depth interviews in four private hospitals in Metro City - Lampung  and data analysis performed by the analysis model Structural equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS (Partial Least Square).Research shows that organizational commitment that is reflected by the three components, namely affective commitment and continuance commitment can not provide impact directly on the performance of employees, but normative commitment provide positive and significant impact on the performance of employees, then the organization's commitment providing a positive influence indirectly on performance Employees through the mediating process by the competence of human resources and the level of organizational commitment on average to four objects is still low.Keywords: Competence of human resources, Employee performance. Abstract

Charges against qualified employees getting stronger so that the implementation of empowerment in developing HR competencies of civil servants in the Secretariat of the Regional Representatives Council (DPRD)Central Lampungregency had not negotiable. But employees do not seem to understand and carry out their duties and functions, some are employees who understand their duties and functions, but does not perform the job optimally, even some employees consider coming late to the office are common, and they often employees are not present without explanation. The research problem is formulated as follows: "How Patterns Empowerment of Civil Servants in the discharge of members of the House of RepresentativesCentral Lampungdistrict?".Research carried out by methods descriptive-qualitative data collection techniques such as interviews, documentation, and observation. Information is determined not only of employees but also from legislatorsCentral Lampungregency.This study concluded: (1) Pattern empowerment of civil servants deemed appropriate Parliament Secretariat is being implemented consistently, in accordance with the conditions of employment and implemented fully. (2) The firmness of a leader or supervisor to employees with low performance or an employee with poor discipline so far is enough to affect the attitude improvement and increased productivity. (3) Modeling of the leaders of the secretariat of Central Lampung Regency very important role in empowering civil servants. (4) Empowerment of civil servants should not only emphasize the improvement of skills and knowledge of employees, but also to build character and personality of the civil servants who are responsible.

Abstract

This aims of this research to determine the effect of service quality on hospitals patient satisfaction in Jakarta. The specific objective is to determine the reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible of the hospitals patients satisfaction. Research carried out on 125 patients admitted to hospital use BPJS. The analytical method used in this research is path analysis with SEM AMOS software.Based on the analysis of data it can be concluded reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible have positive influence on hospital BPJS patient satisfaction. The advice could be given to hospitals to improve patient satisfaction is to improve the quality of services consisting reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible. Implications for future research is to explore the service quality variables other than the variables that have been studied so that the resulting model is more fit and the determination coefficient is greater. Keywords: Quality of care, patient BPJS

Abstract

The economy of East Lampung Regency in the last five years is still dominated by agriculture, forestry, and fishery sector. The biggest economic sectors contributing to GRDP at current prices for 2014 are agriculture, forestry and fishery sector of 36.61 percent followed by mining and quarrying sector 30.01 percent (primary sector). While the services sector companies 0.08 percent or the lowest of the existing seventeen sectors. The agriculture, forestry, and fishery sectors which are the base sector, its role in encouraging economic growth in East Lampung is not considered as the prime mover sector. The dominance of agriculture, forestry, and fishery sector has not been able to boost the acceleration of growth of other sectors, especially the manufacturing sector, as the resulted commodities have not added value (value added) and have not optimally impacted the improvement of people's welfare.There are three strategic issues that need to get serious attention in the context of local economic development of East Lampung Regency, namely: (i). The weak capacity of local communities to manage their potentials optimally, (ii). The relatively low institutional capacity and managerial organization as a prerequisite for optimizing the management of potential or economic resources and (iii). Not yet developed competitiveness of agricultural commodities (competitive advantage).Some policies needed to encourage economic growth acceleration of East Lampung Regency, namely: (i). The need to revitalize the institutional partnership of integrated agribusiness (integrated partnership) by institutional consolidation at the farmer level to become an independent farmer group with legal status, (ii). Considering that agricultural commodities tend to be perishable, their production is seasonal and therefore requires rapid handling, it is necessary to create added value through agro-industrial processes to become marketable products, and (iii). One of the efforts to reduce or minimize the risk of farming is by introducing agricultural insurance program. Based on Law number 19 of 2013 on protection and empowerment of farmers, the Ministry of Agriculture has established a working group of agricultural insurance, especially in assisting rice farming (AUTP) and cattle (AUTS).Keywords : Local Economic Development, Value Added, Institutional Agribusiness

Abstract

This research uses managerial ability variable, organizational commitment, service quality and customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a positive direct effect of managerial ability on service quality, knowing the positive direct effect between organizational commitment to service quality, knowing positive direct effect between managerial ability to customer satisfaction, knowing positive direct effect between organizational commitment to customer satisfaction, And know the positive direct effect of service quality on customer satisfaction.This research method is quantitative, that is research procedure which produce descriptive based on result of quantitative analysis to research variable that is managerial ability, organizational commitment, service quality and customer satisfaction. The population in this study is 1974. The sample used 95 active customers have savings. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. Analyzer used is path analysis. While testing the instrument using the validity test and reliability test.The result of the research found that managerial ability have positive direct effect to service quality, organizational commitment have positive direct effect to service quality, organizational commitment have positive direct effect to customer satisfaction, and service quality have positive effect to customer satisfaction. Of the four research variables, organizational commitment variables have the most direct positive influence on service quality.Keywords:       Managerial ability, organizational commitment, service quality, customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is a significant effect of leadership on the performance of employees, whether there is influence of labor discipline significantly to the work performance of employees, whether there is influence leadership style and discipline significant work on the performance of employees on the Office of Religious Affairs Tulang Bawang.Relevant to the formulation of the problem, the purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership style on job performance of employees, to analyze the impact of discipline on work performance of employees, to analyze the influence of leadership style and discipline of work together on job performance of employees on the Office of Religious Affairs Tulang Bawang.The hypothesis of this study is the leadership style have a significant effect on the performance of employees, labor discipline significant effect on the performance of employees, leadership style and discipline together/simultaneous significant effect on the performance Office of Religious Affairs Tulang Bawang.Data were collected by questionnaires, interviews, observation and study dokumentasi. Variabel studied with Likert scale. Data processing using SPSS version 16 software, analyzed by qualitative and quantitative analysis, and hypothesis testing of correlation with the number of respondents 34 people.The results showed that: a significant difference between leadership style on job performance of employees, a significant difference between the discipline of work on the performance of employees, a significant difference between the style of leadership and discipline together/simultaneously on the performance of employees of the Office of Religious Affairs Tulang Bawang. And the effect is more dominant leadership style affects job performance of employees Office of Religious Affairs Tulang Bawang. Keywords: Leadership, Discipline and Job Performance

Abstract

In accordance with the cooperation that is cooperative economic activity is based on the cooperation of family. Hence the main objective of cooperatives is to improve prosperity of the members in particular and society in general. And for that in an effort to examine and evaluate performance of cooperatives in the process of reaching the goal is to there needs to be on the performance of the measurement of cooperative.The formulation of problems in this research is: 1) The how the performance of cooperatives in the city Metro based on KepMenKop and UKM No. 96 year of 2004? 2) the how the performance of cooperatives in the city Metro institutional based on analysis?, 3) the how the institutional design (coordination system) performance of cooperatives can be improved?.This study was conducted in the city metro, in this study the sample used as is 13 cooperatives in the city metro who has committed RAT accounting year 2014. Collection of samples non technique use probability sampling which is purposive the sampling method of. All kinds of analyses descriptive and analysis describes a summary of research data such as the mean, standard deviations, mode of etc. In this research will be conducted descriptive analysis with provide an illustration of data on the amount of data, minimum, maximum, and the average, then also all kinds of analyses the ratio based on KepMenKop and UKM No. 96 year of 2004.Of the analysis can be concluded that based on the ratio of the solvability of standards in general financial performance of cooperatives in the city metro is good, based on standards and the ratio of the solvability in general financial performance of cooperatives in the city metro also is good. Then based on analysis of the survey and interviews concluded of institution performance of cooperatives in the city metro is good.Keywords: Solvability, Rentability, Institution Performance.
