Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the placement and experience the satisfaction and performance of employees. Respondents in this study focused on food and beverage service employees, amounting to 43 people at Hotel Melia Benoa. Anaylisis lane or path analysis is used as a data analysis technique in this study. Results of the study show the placement and experience a positive and significant impact on satisfaction and employee performance and job satisfaction and a significant positive effect on employee performance. Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the stock price reaction LQ45 in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) and the difference in average abnormal return in the period before and after the announcement of the events reshuffled Cabinet Indonesia Bersatu II on October 18, 2011. The research period consisted of a 100 days estimation period and the event period 7 days. The method used in this research is the “event study” which observe the market reaction to announcements or information from a publication event. The market reaction reflected the abnormal returns obtained from the difference (positive or negative) about the actual return on the announcement day to expected return. The results showed that there are stock price reaction LQ45 in Indonesia Stock Exchange before and after the announcement of the cabinet reshuffle. At the 5% significance level, there are 4 trading days which earn abnormal returns are on   t-3, t-2, t-1 and t+1, with successive values ??of 0.0074, 0.0093, 0.0127 and 0.0118. But there was no difference in average abnormal return in the period before and after the announcement of the events reshuffled cabinet, seen from the test results were not statistically significant. That is, the market reacts, but the information, the market is not efficient in the semi-strong form.

Abstract

The effect of a simultaneously significant, partial and dominant among the variables of leadership, communication, and physical work environment on job satisfaction of employees PT. Karang Bali Asli Tur. Sample 66 people. Based on the results of analysis show that the variables of leadership, communication, and physical work environment simultaneously or partially significant effect on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Karang Bali Asli Tur. Suggestions that can be conveyed companies should demonstrate leadership that is open, fair and able to establish a good relationship with the employees, the application of the continue effective communication between leaders and subordinates, as well as ensure and maintain a comfortable working environment within the company so as to improve the capacity, quality, and can create employee satisfaction. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to discover relationship between cash ratio dan loan to deposit ratio influenced asset profitability on listed banking sector in indonesia stock exchange period 2008 - 2012. this study based on 21 banks financial report published by indonesia stock exchange since 2008 untill 2012 and multi regression analysis method has been used in this study. the researcher discovered that 1) cash ratio has significant impact and negatively influenced on asset profitability. 2) Loan to Deposit ratio negatively influenced on asset profitability. the lack of this research are 1) this research has autocorelation problem, similar research in the future supposed to use anallysis regresion of logaritma to solve the autocorrelation problem that might exist in the similar research in futur. 2) the similar research supposed to add few more independent variable which it be able to provide more variation

Abstract

Sense of job satisfaction focuses on the employee with one's feelings toward the work produced. The company is expected to consider the factors that may affect job satisfaction in maintaining a sense of job satisfaction of employees in the company. Leadership, work relationships, and work discipline has an important meaning, because in the absence of leadership, labor relations, and good work discipline will affect employee job satisfaction and the achievement of organizational goals. The research aims to determine the effect of simultaneous partial and dominant variables significantly between leadership, work relationships, and work discipline with job satisfaction of employees at PT. Star Indah Denpasar Bali Leadership, work relationships, and work discipline after a significant effect on the simultaneous analysis of the job satisfaction of employees at PT. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan yang terdiri dari  bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan pada UD. Dewa Putu Toris Gianyar. Penelitian ini dilakukan di UD. Dewa Putu Toris Gianyar, yang beralamat di Br. Tengah, Batuan, Sukawati, Gianyar - Bali. Variabel bebas yang diteliti adalah kualitas layanan, yaitu bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati, sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah kepuasan konsumen dan loyalitas pelanggan. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 140 responden, yang diambil berdasarkan tehnik accindental sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis Structural Equation Modelling atau SEM. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa: 1) Kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasaan pelanggan. 2) Kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. 3) Kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan kepada UD. Dewa Putu Toris Gianyar bahwa kualitas layanan yang terdiri dari bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati mempengaruhi kepuasaan pelanggan dan kepuasan pelanggan akan menciptakan loyalitas pelanggan. Dewa Putu Toris Gianyar. The research was conducted in UD. Dewa Putu Toris Gianyar, which is located at Br. Tengah, Batuan, Sukawati, Gianyar - Bali. The variables studied were the quality of service, namely tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, assurance and empathy. The second variables are customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Accidental sampling technique used to get 140 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modelling or SEM. The results showed that: 1) The quality of services has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction UD. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational and transactional leadership on organizational innovation culture and employee performance. The number of samples in this study were 131 employees sampled. Hypothesis testing using structural model analysis techniques (SEM analysis), with the tools of SPSS (statistical package for social science) and AMOS (analysis of moment structure) The results showed that: (1) transformational leadership has a positive effect on the performance of employees in the Office (2) transactional leadership has a positive effect on employee performance at the Office of (3) the positive effect of transformational leadership on organizational culture of innovation at Office (4) the positive effect of transactional leadership on organizational culture in the Office, and (5) organizational culture of innovation has a positive effect on employee performance in the Office Suggested to the next researcher to examine the variables that influence organizational culture and employee performance and innovation for the company is advised further improve the quality of leadership styles in order to maintain the company's organizational culture

Abstract

Performance is the result of the work produced by the high and low quality employee performance will determine the survival of Denpasar in the PD parking services parking fees. The purpose of this study to examine the factors that determine the performance of employees in the PD parking Denpasar. Respondents of this study were 74 people. Exploratory factor analysis is used as analysis technique. The results shows that among 25 variables, obtained six factors that represent because it has the highest factor loading (1) information regarding the activities of the company, (2) workspace color settings, (3) training schedule, (4) dissent, (5 ) leadership assertiveness, and (6) discuss the problem. Factor information about the company's activities is the dominant factor determining the performance of the employee as having eigen value of 11.489                                 .                                                           Keywords: Employee Performance

Abstract

PT.Tirta Mumbul Jaya Abadi Singaraja merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi air minum dengan merek Yeh Buleleng. Munculnya beragam produk AMDK baik yang datang dari luar Bali maupun dari Bali mengakibatkan meningkatnya persaingan bisnis pada industri AMDK di Bali. Penelitian ini memiliki bertujuan untuk mengetahui indikator-indikator kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, ancaman yang dimiliki PT. Tirta Mumbul Jaya Abadi Singaraja, mengtahui strategi bisnis serta implikasinya dalam mengadapi persaingan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah matriks IE (Internal-Eksternal). Tujuan dari penggunaan matriks IE (Internal-Eksternal) untuk merumuskan strategi perusahaan untuk tingkat perusahaan ke lebih detail. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa posisi perusahaan berada pada kuadran V pada matriks IE, yang berarti perusahaan berada dalam kondisi "menjaga dan mempertahankan". Skor EFE sebesar 2.512 dan skor IFE sebesar 2.582. Perusahaan dapat menggunakan strategi penetrasi pasar dan strategi pengembangan produk untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan dan laba perusahaan.

Abstract

Job satisfaction as a matter that relates to the work carried out and the response of the attitude of the employees themselves. This study has the main objective to find whether there was simultaneous partial and significant effect, and the dominant influence of the variables of leadership, compensation, and the physical work environment on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Bhineka Putra Perkasa. Inferred F count (80.579) exceeds the value of F table (2,70). Variable leadership, compensation, and physical work environment is partially positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Bhineka Putra Perkasa, where the t value (6.957) for the leadership variable, t value (2.686) for variable compensation and t value (2,334) variable work environment, exceeding the value of t table (1.671).
