Abstract

ABSTRACT The research, entitled "Effect of Profitability, Tax, and Corporate Growth in Funding Decisions Against Cigarette Industrial Company in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Period 2007 to 2010" aims to determine the influence significance of profitability, tax and growth simultaneously and partially on the capital structure the cigarette industry companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period from 2007 to 2010. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis it is known that profitability, tax and growth simultaneously have significant the funding decisions on the cigarette industry companies on the Stock Exchange Period from 2007 to 2010. Profitability partially significant negative influence on funding decisions at the cigarette industry companies on the Stock Exchange Period from 2007 to 2010. Tax and Corporate Growth in partial positive and significant impact on funding decisions partially on the cigarette industry companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period from 2007 to 2010. The results showed that changes in profitability, tax and corporate growth together cause changes in the funding decisions cigarette company in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) the period 2007 to 2010, assuming other factors constant. Abstract

This study aims to determine the physical work environment, leadership, compensation and simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on employee loyalty PT. Gino Valentino Bali. Respondents in this study amounted to 78 people by using census. This study tested the F test simultaneously and partially with t test. The results obtained were found positive and significant variables simultaneously between physical work environment, leadership, and compensation of employees' loyalty PT. Gino Valentino Bali. There is a positive and significant effect of the variable partial physical work environment, leadership, and compensation of employees' loyalty PT. Gino Valentino Bali. Of the three independent variables, namely variable physical work environment, leadership, and compensation, which predominantly affects employee loyalty to the PT. Abstract

Produk handphone saat ini sedang marak dijadikan objek bisnis oleh perusahaan nasional maupun internasional. Berbagai merk handphone beredar di pasaran dan berusaha memperebutkan market share. Salah satu yang menjadi pertimbangn konsumen dalam melakukan keputusan pembelian adalah melakukan penilaian mengenai atribut yang terdapat pada produk yang akan mereka beli. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh atribut produk yang terdapat pada produk handphone terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Berdasarkan analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa variabel atribut produk yang terdiri dari kualitas, fitur, design, kemasan dan merk memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen berturut-turut sebesar (0,173), (0,115), (0,148), (0,054), (0,054). Hasil uji hipotesis didapat bahwa atribut produk yang terdiri dari kualitas, fitur, design, kemasan dan merk memiliki pengaruh simultan dan parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen.

Abstract

to investigate the effect of financial incentives and physical work environment on employee loyalty PT. Jasaraharja Putra Branch Denpasar is goal for this study. To achieve these objectives, research and data collection of financial incentives, physical work environment, and employee loyalty. The tools used to process data by multiple linear regression analysis test-f and the t-test. The results of this study are: simultaneous test results show that financial incentives and physical work environment significantly affect employee loyalty PT. Jasaraharja Putra Denpasar branch in the period with a value of Adj. R Square of 80.4 percent. The test results indicate that the variable partial financial incentives (X1) and physical environment (X2) have a positive and significant impact on employee loyalty PT. Jasaraharja Putra Branch Denpasar. This can be evidenced from tcount greater than the value of TTable. In the partial correlation test got the result that financial incentives are the dominant variables affecting employee loyalty variable PT. Abstract

Perusahaan perlu melakukan terobosan–terobosan dengan melakukan inovasiuntuk menciptakan dan meraih keunggulan kompetitif. Perusahaan memiliki sumber – sumber keunggulan kompetitif yang meliputi sumber  keunggulan kompetitif yang meliputi sumber daya fisik, sumber daya financial, struktur dan sistem produksi dan sumber daya manusia (SDM). SDM meupakan sumber keunggulan kompetitif yang utama karena pengelolaan sumber keunggulan lain secara otomatis memerlukan penanganan dari SDM yang ada. Pengelolaan SDM harus diperhatikan agar menunjang strategi bisnis yang akan diterapkan, karena jika praktek pengelolaan tersebut mendukung strategi bisnis perusahaan akan memeberikan konstruksi dalam menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif, yang merupakan kunci kesuksesan perusahaan dalam lingkungan.

Abstract

Organizations need to consider factors that affect employee job satisfaction because it’s an significance factor for the survival of the organization. The research objective was to investigate the influence of compensation, transformational leadership and communication on job satisfaction and employee morale at PT. Jamsostek (Persero) Bali I. The population were 204 people and by used Slovin formula obtained 135 people. The selection of respondents was using stratified random sampling. Data collection were used observation, questionnaires and interviews. Data processed using path analysis techniques with SPSS software. Results showed that compensation, transformational leadership style and communication significantly affect employees' job satisfaction and employee morale. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study has the objective to determine the effect of the cash ratio, debt to equity ratio, and earnings per share of the cash dividend on the company's food and beverages. The data used in this study are secondary data from company financial statements food and beverages in the IDX period 2005-2010. Sampling method using purposive sampling. Results of analysis of this study showed only CR variables that affect cash dividend, while the DER and the EPS does not affect the cash dividend on the Stock Exchange. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dipertimbangkan konsumen dalam keputusan pembelian  laptop merek Acer di Kota Denpasar dan variabel yang mewakili setiap faktor-faktornya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Denpasar. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 105 responden dengan teknik non probability sampling . Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuisioner yang kemudian diolah menggunakan software SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) dengan menggunakan teknik analisis faktor konfirmatori. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor budaya, sosial, pribadi, psikologis dan bauran pemasaran adalah faktor yang dipertimbangkan konsumen dalam keputusan pembelian laptop merk Acer di Kota Denpasar. Variabel-variabel yang mewakili setiap faktor adalah : (1) variabel sub-budaya, (2) variablel teman , (3) variabel kepribadian diri, (4) variabel persepsi , dan (5) variabel saluran distribusi. Implikasi yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini adalah kebijakan-kebijakan pemasaran untuk konsumen sebaiknya menggunakan pendekatan-pendekatan pada faktor budaya, seperti iklan yang menampilkan bagaimana keseharian aktivitas masyarakat yang membutuhkan laptop sebagai penunjang kebutuhan sehari-hari dalam memenuhi kebutuhan teknologi dan informasi sehingga faktor budaya menjadi pertimbangan dalam memilih laptop merek Acer. Kata kunci : faktor-faktor, perilaku konsumen, keputusan pembelian
