Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui potensi bersaing pasar tradisional di Kota Denpasar dan Kabupaten Badung dengan menggunakan parameter bauran pemasaran (marketing mix) yaitu harga produk, promosi dan tempat. Dalam penelitian ini diambil 100 pengunjung pasar sebagai sample dari populasi pelanggan pasar tradisional dengan cara interview dan pemberian kuesioner. Tehnik yang diggunakan dalam pengambilan data ini menggunakan purposive sampling nonprobabilitas. Berdasarkan penemuan dari interview dan kuesioner menunjukan bahwa minat pengunjung pasar tradisional mengalami penurunan walaupun persepsi konsumen pasar tradisional terhadap aspek harga, produk dan lokasi secara keseluruhan diniliai positif oleh pengunjung pasar trdisional. Pasar tradisional di Kota Denpasar dan Kabupaten Badung sebenarnya masih memiliki potensi bersaing yang sangat tinggi terhadap pasar tradisional terutama untuk pasar-pasar utama (pasar Kumbasari, pasar Bringkit, pasar Seni Kuta) terutama  pasar tradisional yang semakin mengkhususkan terhadap produk yang dijualnya.

Abstract

This research were done, in order to determined the effect of the work discipline, leadership styles, and work motivation to the employee performance either simultant or partial, to determine the most dominant variable that influenced the employee performance in Hotel Matahari Terbit Bali. The technique that used is factor analysis and multiple regression analysis. The result of the analysis showed that the variables of the work discipline, leadership styles, and work motivation has a significant communication simultan and also partial on the employee performance. The leadership styles variable, became the most dominant variable that affected the employee performance because based on the analysis calculation the Standardized Coefficients Beta has the greatest value. Abstract

F&B sector is a sector with stocks that are defensive. Since both in a state of crisis and growing communities will still need the product. Supported also by growing too JCI since 2002 until today making a stock investment is very promising. Thus came the idea to analyze the effect of financial performance, the level of inflation and GDP growth rate of the stock price in the sector of F&B period 2007-2011. The sampling method used purposive sampling and sample obtained 11 companies. The data used are secondary data in the form of annual analyzed using multiple linear regression. At ? = 5percent and the value of R square = 0,976 obtained simultaneously all the variables studied had a significant effect on stock prices, partially variable PER and EPS has positive and significant effect on stock prices, other variables such as : ROE, inflation rate and GDP growth rate has no significant effect on stock price.   Keywords: stock price, financial performance, the level of inflation, and GDP growth rate

Abstract

This research purpose is to determine the effect of service quality dimensions on customer satisfaction in saving and credit cooperative Lumbung Merta Sari, Badung. The sampling techniques that used in this research is purposive sampling. Techniques of analysis data used in this research is multiple linear regression. This analysis is used to determine the influence magnitude of service quality dimensions on customer satisfaction. The obtained results showed that the dimensions of service quality simultaneously and partially affect the customer satisfaction in saving and credit cooperative Lumbung Merta Sari, Badung. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of education and training on workers’ job performance. This study is done at PT. Telekomunikasi, Tbk with 65 respondents. Data Analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The result of this study are education and training influence significantly either simultanesously or partially as well as training is  the dominant variables influence on workers’ job performance.   Keywords: Education, training, job performance

Abstract

Kinerja merupakan hasil kerja karyawan untuk organisasi atau perusahaan dalam kurun waktu tertentu. Budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan dan motivasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja hal ini lah yang menjadi tujuan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT BPD Bali Cabang Renon Denpasar.  mengunakan sample sebanyak 62 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan kuisioner. Regresi analisis berganda adalah teknik analisis yang digunakan. Berdasarkan analisis ditemukan bahwa Budaya Organisasi, Kepemimpinan dan motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Karyawan di PT BPD Bali Cabang renon dan Budaya Organisasi, Kepemimpinan dan motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Karyawan di PT BPD Bali Cabang renon

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that consumers consider the decision to perform maintenance PT Agung Automall car in Denpasar. This research was conducted at PT Agung Automall Denpasar with a sample of 150 people using accidental sampling technique. By using Principal Component Analysis (PCA), obtained seven factors that customers consider are: (1) socio-cultural factors with the psychological factor loading of 0.718. (2) product and pricing factors with loading factor of 0.699. (3) factors and the promotion of the loading factor of 0.714. (4) physical evidence factor with factor loading of 0.661. (5) Factor loading process with a factor of 0.756. (6) distribution factors with loading factor of 0.826 (7) personal factor with factor loading of 0.824. Suggestions that can be recommended is expanded parking for customers so that customers feel comfortable. Keywords: Factors, Consumer, Decision, Car Care

Abstract

This study of the effect of the Marketing Mix Decision Against Nokia Smartphone purchases in Denpasar. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of simultaneous marketing mix Nokia Smartphone purchase decisions in Denpasar, to determine the effect of the marketing mix partially on Nokia Smartphone purchase decisions in Denpasar, and to determine which variables are the dominant influence on purchasing decisions in the Nokia Smartphone Denpasar city. The sample used in this study were 100 respondents to the purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Results of this study found that the marketing mix consists of product, price, promotion, and distribution simultaneously influence the purchasing decisions Smartphone Nokia in Denpasar. Partially, product, price, promotion, and distribution of positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions Smartphone Nokia in Denpasar. In this study, the price is variable dominant influence. It can be concluded that the marketing mix affect the purchase of Nokia Smartphone purchase decision in Denpasar.   Keywords: marketing mix, purchasing decisions, Smartphone

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to determine the impact of financial compensation, post promotion and physical work environment simultaneously and partially to employee work satisfaction as well as to identify the most dominant influential variable to employee work satisfaction in Parigata Resort and Spa Sanur – Bali. Analysis is using multiple linear regressions. The result is identified that variable financial compensation, post promotion and physical work environment simultaneously impact the employee work satisfaction in Parigata Resort and Spa Sanur – Bali with contribution 82%. Variable financial compensation, post promotion and physical work environment are also impact partially and positively to the employee work satisfaction in Parigata Resort and Spa Sanur – Bali with the variable financial compensation as the most dominant influential variable to employee work satisfaction.   Keywords : financial compensation, post promotion, physical work environment, employee work satisfaction
