Abstract

The stock price is the price of a stock at a certain time that happened in the stock market . The stock price can reflect the value of a company . Purpose of study was to determine the influence of fundamental factors proxied by return on equity (ROE) , debt to equity ratio (DER) and price-to -book value (PBV) , as well as factors macroeconomic proxied by inflation and gross domestic product (GDP) in the property and real estate companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange , the period 2008-2012 . The research data is secondary data from the annual financial statements of the company. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 16 for windows . The results of this study is return on equity (ROE) and price-to -book value (PBV) have a significant positive effect on stock prices , while the debt-to- equity ratio (DER) , inflation and gross domestic product (GDP) had no effect on stock prices . Simultaneously, five variables have a significant effect on stock prices. Keywords : stock price , ROE , DER , PBV , Inflation , GDP

Abstract

ABSTRACT   LPD existence in the area can provide socioeconomic effect is very large for the weak in rural communities in general accordance with the function and purpose as a financial institution that collects funds from the public and channel them back in the form of loans . The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Third Party Funds , Non Performing Loan ( NPL ) , and inflation simultaneously and partially and which variables are the most dominant influence on the amount of loans extended by LPD Badung regency period 2008-2012 . By using multiple linear analysis techniques menunnjukkan that simultaneously deposits , non -performing loans , and inflation significantly influence lending by LPD Badung regency . In parcial third-party funds and non -performing loans and the positive effect singnifikan while inflation has negative and not significant to the loans extended by the LPD Badung regency period 2008-2012 . Abstract

Abstract Performance is the behavior of every person as a performance produced by the employee in accordance with its role within the company. Compensation and work environment is believed to affect employee performance in achieving the goals set. The higher compensation and improvement in the working environment, the higher the performance of employees. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the compensation and work environment is directly significant effect on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees at CV. Berkat Anugrah to the grace which amounts to 32 respondents. Data were collected by questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 15.0 for Windows. Based on the analysis results proved that the compensation and work environment positive and significant impact on the performance of employees directly CV. Berkat Anugrah. The implications of this study, is the employee's performance should be improved, especially in the case; work must comply with the standards, the work must reach the target, the ability to complete the work and attitude of employee cooperation in completing the work. Compensation should be improved, especially in terms of holiday allowance. The work environment must be improved in terms of working environment that can provide encouragement and morale high. Abstract

Discipline is a factor which is very important to increase performance in a company. To develop discipline of employee in a company first we need to know what kinds of variables that relate to discipline . The purpose of this research is to find the influence of leadership type and motivation ti discipline. The research was conducted at Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero),tbk Branch Denpasar with a population 75  people and all of tehe population are choosed to be sample. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The result of this research are leadership type and motivation are influent work discipline, leadership type is particulary influent discipline, and motivation is particulary influent discipline toward the employees of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero),tbk Branch Denpasar. To increase discipline realy Important for a company to pay attention about leadershipstyle . Therefore, fulltill the needs of the employes also really important to make discipline increase

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of simultaneous and partial of compensation, leadership and the work environment to the employees' job satisfaction in PT Anugrah Merta Sari Sedana Denpasar. Respondents in this study as much as 90 employees. The analysis technique used in this study is the analysis of multiple linear regression with simultaneous regression test (f test) and partial regression test (t test). Based on the analysis of the results obtained that the simultaneous and partial shows compensation, leadership, environmental conditions of work had an significant influence on job satisfaction employees at PT Anugrah Merta Sari Sedana Denpasar. Advice can be lodged is that incentives to based on a level presence and productivity work. Leaders need concerning the aspect of appreciation to work performance and discipline employees so that can be good influence to employees. Having regard to the lighting on the environment in the workplace can also affect job satisfaction at the company.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of company’s growth, profitability and leverage the value of companies in the sectors of food and beverages companies listed on stock exchanges in Indonesia. Sample size was 33 samples were selected using purposive sampling technique. This study used path analysis techniques. Based on analysis of the company’s growth (growth) positive significant effect on profitability (ROA), growth (growth) positive significant effect on firm value (PBV), leverage (DAR) negative significant effect on profitability (ROA), leverage (DAR) negative significant effect on firm value (PBV), and profitability (ROA) positive significant effect on firm value (PBV). Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of attitude and subjective norm on the intention of customers in choosing a bank loan without collateral In Permata bank Branch Denpasar. The number of samples is determined by the formula Slovin study using purposive sampling as many as 100 customers. Data collected by the method of observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaire, further analysis of the data using multiple linear regression analysis, the classical assumption test, F-test, t-test and Standarized Beta Coefficients. The analysis showed that the attitude and subjective norm and significant positive effect on the intention of customers simultaneously in choosing unsecured loan with Permata Bank Branch Denpasar. Based on the conclusions, the suggestions you can give is to add various products that quarter flowers lighter and longer repayment period specifically to provide more options for customers from various segments according to the condition of the economy, improve the quality of services, particularly related to credit granting process and improve communication marketing through marketing energies in an effort to convince customers. Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the significance of the effect of firm size, asset structure, and profitability is proxied Return on Assets (ROA) on the capital structure. Company that I use are listed automotive company in Indonesia Stock Exchange on 2008-2012 period. Through the technique of multiple linear regression analysis of the study sample was of 12 companies chosen by certain criteria. Based on the results of the analysis found that company size has a significant influence in a positive direction to capital structure, while the structure of assets and profitability is proxied Return on Assets (ROA) has significant influence with the negative direction of the capital structure of the automotive companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Shopping online is not a new thing for Internet users where Internet users are spoiled with the convenience offered by online entrepreneurs. The number of online entrepreneurs make in the field of online business competition is getting tight, so it takes the right strategy in order to compete in the online business. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variables that influence online shopping decisions of teenagers in the city of Denpasar and which variables dominate the online shopping decision teenager, so that marketers can implement appropriate strategies by observing the influential variables. Multiple linear regression analysis as a data analysis technique, with 100 respondents as the study sample. The analysis showed that all variables have a significant effect, with the dominant influence of social variables. Family, group interaction, and social status of adolescents should be of particular concern that marketers use marketing strategies that are expected to provide a positive influence to the target market.Key words: purchasing decisions, shopping behavior

Abstract

Hasil riset tentang variabel yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dari studi terdahulu menunjukkan hasil yang bervariasi. Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh serempak dan parsial variabel penempatan sumber daya manusia, lingkungan kerja fisik dan kepemimpinan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian yang dilakukan di 6 (enam) SKPD di Kota Kabupaten Badung menggunakan data data kuantitatif dan kualitatif yang bersumber dari data primer maupun sekunder, dikumpulkan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Data telah memenuhi uji asumsi klasik, model fit, dan dianalisis dengan teknik regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, penempatan sumber daya manusia, lingkungan kerja fisik dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian, diharapkan adanya perekrutan dengan proses seleksi, pengawasan, pengontrolan, pengelolaan dapat menjadi solusinya agar kinerja karyawan mampu membawa Kabupaten Badung sesuai dengan Visi dan Misi Kabupaten Badung yang sesuai dengan Tri Hita Karana. Kata kunci: penempatan sumber daya manusia, lingkungan kerja fisik, kepemimpinan dan kinerja karyawan     ABSTRACT   Results of research on the variables that affect the performance of the employees earlier studies showed varying results. The aims to this research was to determine the influence of variables simultaneously and partial placement of human resources , physical work environment and employee performance leadership. Research conducted in 6 ( six ) on education in Badung regency using quantitative data and qualitative data is sourced from primary and secondary data , collected with a simple random sampling technique. Data has met the assumptions of classical test , model fit , and analyzed with multiple linear regression techniques. The results showed that , the placement of human resources , physical work environment and leadership and significant positive effect on employee performance. It is expected that the recruitment selection process , monitoring , control , management can be a solution for the performance of the employee is able to bring the Badung regency in accordance with the Vision and Mission of the Badung regency according to TriHitaKarana.
