Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh risiko kredit (Non Performing Loan) (NPL), kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusional dan dewan komisaris independen terhadap kinerja keuangan pada industri perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2009-2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi non partisipan yaitu dengan mempelajari dan melihat laporan keuangan yang dipublikasikan pada situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia (www.idx.co.id).  Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 9 perusahaan perbankan yang diambil dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa risiko kredit (NPL) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan dan dewan komisaris independen berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan.

Abstract

Kinerja merupakan komponen penting dari penilaian kualitas kerja perusahaan dalam melayani masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kota Denpasar yang bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, komunikasi, dan kompensasi finansial secara simultan dan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan PDAM Kota Denpasar, serta untuk mengetahui variabel yang berpengaruh dominan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Sampel yang diambil 63 orang dengan metode proportionate random sampling. Desain penelitian dalam penelitian ini digolongkan pada penelitian asosiatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, komunikasi, dan kompensasi finansial berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel yang berpengaruh dominan adalah kompensasi finansial.   Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Komunikasi, Kompensasi Finansial

Abstract

This study aims to testing the underinvestment hypothesis which predicts positive association between growth opportunities and hedging. This research population is miscellaneous industry sector companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2010-2013. Purposive sampling was used for determining the sample. According to preset criteria, 23 sample and 92 firm-year observation is obtained. The hypothesis was tested using logistic regression analysis. The results shows that market to book value of equity (MBVE) has positive and significant impact on hedging activity, meanwhile the coefficient estimates of capital expenditure to book value of assets (CAPBVA) are positive but insignificant on hedging activity. Based on this results shows that the companies in miscellaneous industry sector motivation for use of derivatives instrument was not proven to mitigate the underinvestment problem.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan citra merek terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dan uji Sobel, dengan purposive sampling ukuran sampel ditetapkan 105 responden. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kualitas produk dan citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan, serta kepuasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa kepuasan memediasi pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dan kepuasan memediasi pengaruh citra merek terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.  ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and brand image on satisfaction and customer loyalty. The method of analysis used was path analysis and Sobel test, the number of samples 105 respondents were determined by purposive sampling. The analysis shows that the quality product and brand image has significant impact on satisfaction and customer loyalty, and satisfaction has significant impact on customer loyalty. This study also showed that satisfaction mediate positive quality product on customer loyality and satisfaction mediate positive brand image on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the quality of service that consists of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy towards customer satisfaction at Hotel Griya Sunset Kuta. This study used a qualitative research using surveys and questionnaires to 115 Sunset Kuta Puri hotel visitors. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. It was found that the variable quality of services consisting of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy simultaneously have an influence on customer satisfaction in the hotel Griya Sunset Kuta and the variable quality of services consisting of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy partially positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in the hotel Griya Sunset Kuta. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of page quality, perceived trust, and perceived quality product of Purchase intention to product online at sites online shopping Zalora in Denpasar. Respondent this research were 120 people with the method of data collection using questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this study is the technique of multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the discussion of the variables Page Quality, Perceived Trust and perceived quality product and significant positive effect on Purchase intention to online at sites online shopping Zalora in Denpasar. Abstract

  ABSTRAK Perusahaan industri jasa dalam memasarkan produknya mempunyai tujuan mencapai dan meningkatkan keuntungan melalui penjualan, artinya laba itu dapat diperoleh dengan penjualan kepada konsumen sehingga konsumen merasa puas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel kewajaran harga dan service value terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Warung Subak Denpasar, menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling diambil 92 responden dengan menggunakan analisis faktor konfirmatori dan regresi linear berganda. Analisis membuktikan kewajaran harga dan service value berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Warung Subak. kewajaran harga dan service value berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Warung Subak. Kata Kunci : kewajaran harga dan service value, dan kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

Discipline is a condition that shows the values ??of obedience, obedience, loyalty, peace, order and order. This study aims toidetermine theieffect of communication, motivation and workiexperience to discipline employees simultaneously and partial, as well as the dominant variable effect on employee discipline. This research was conducted at PT. Bali Regional Development Bank Headquarters. 125 respondents were sampled, using simple randomisampling method. Dataicollected throughiobservation, interviewsiandiquestionnaires. The analysisitechnique usediis multipleilinear regression analysis. The resultsishowed that, communication, motivation and work experience simultaneously and partially an effect on employee discipline. For further research should add other variables could be used as study variables such as loyalty, morale and work environment.

Abstract

Change in the marketing field radically like change on techonology, globalization, government regulation. This situation and condition will arise new consumer behavior that reflected at their need and willing. In order to win the competition the marketer should quick response to the request change, to satisfy all costumer need and willing because base of marketing is customer oriented. This study aims to find out the effect of age, education and income toward consumer buy intention. Number of sample was 100 respondent with purposive sampling method. Data collection was conducted through interview and questoner. Analysis technique was multiple regression analysis. The result shows age, education, and income have significant effect toward consumer buy intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product attributes and brand image on the Samsung Android Smartphone on purchasing decisions in Gianyar regency. Research conducted on respondents who never make purchasing decisions and using Samsung Android Smartphone in Gianyar and the number of samples set at 104 respondents using purposive sampling technique. To find out how far the product attributes and brand image influence the purchasing decisions of consumers use multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that the variable product attributes and brand image has a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions.
