Abstract

The issue of the environment is now a public concern. Marketers today do green marketing by creating green products to attract consumers. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of environmental concern in mediating the effect of environmental knowledge on the purchase intention of green product in the electronics products LG brand air conditioners in the city of Denpasar. Sample size of 100 people, with a non-probability sampling method, especially incidental and purposive sampling using PLS analysis (Partial Least Square). The results of this study show the data analyzed environmental knowledge has a positive and significant effect either on the attitudes toward environmental and green purchase intention. Attitudes toward environmental has significant partially mediate the effect of environmental knowledge of the green purchase intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior in Warung Mina Peguyangan. This study uses a quantitative research using surveys and questionnaires to 66 employees Warung Mina Peguyangan. Data analysis techniques used in this research is multiple linear regression. Obtained findings that simultaneous variables of transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment significantly influence variables on employee organizational citizenship behavior Warung Mina Peguyangan. Second, partial, variable transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment and significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior in employees Warung Mina Peguyangan. Finally, the variables of organizational commitment (X3) is a variable that has the most impact on employee organizational citizenship behavior Warung Mina Peguyangan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of quality of service and product quality multipurpose loans to credit customer satisfaction at PT. BPR Hoki Region Denpasar. This study used a qualitative research using surveys and questionnaires to 85 respondents customers multipurpose loans PT. BPR Hoki Region Denpasar. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. Data analysis techniques used in this research is multiple linear regression. It was found that the quality of service and quality of products simultaneously affect the customer satisfaction at PT. BPR Hoki Denpasar. Second, the quality of service and significant positive effect on customer satisfaction at PT BPR Hoki Denpasar. Finally, quality products and a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction at PT BPR Hockey Denpasar.   Keywords : Quality Service, Quality Products, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Morale is the willingness and sincerity one has done his job well and achieve maximum performance, which stimulates a person to work and creativity in the work. This study aimed to determine the effect of financial compensation, communication and physical work environment on employee morale. This research was conducted at PT. Sang Tunas Sejahtera. The sample of this study all employees totaling 52 people, with the saturated sample method. Data collected through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The analysisitechnique usediis multipleilinear regression analysis. The results of the analysis found that financial compensation, communication and physical work environment affects simultaneously and partially on employee morale. The company should consider the suitability of incentives with the performance of employees, pay attention to communication and attention to the work environment of employees.

Abstract

The Company issued stock to meet the needs of its funding, while investors who invest funds in the stock has a goal to get a return that can be either capital gains or dividend. Investing in stocks at high risk, to minimize risk and obtain optimal return, in addition to the necessary technical analysis also fundamental analysis. Analysis of companies basing decisions of investors to assess whether the relevant company stock is undervalued or overvalued. This study aimed to determine the effect of return on equity, Earning Per Share and Price Earning Ratio of Company Stock Price Banking in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2013. Sampling technique was used purposive sampling, with secondary data such as annual financial statements Banking Company during the study period. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that the ROE, EPS and PER partially positive and significant effect on stock prices Banking companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2013.

Abstract

The funding decision is important for the company. This is because the level of use regarding the proportion of debt to equity in the level of investment financing. The company must decide whether to use internal funds first or external funds to finance investment. Financial managers must consder the fctors that afect the structure. This stdy examned the corporate governance, tax ratio, profitability, and size of the company on the capital structure.Indonesia Stock incoming ratings (CGPI) 2010-2012 will be the study population. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling method and determination through certain criteria then obtained a sample of 55 companies.Multiple regression analysis was used to test and obtain results that corporate governance, tax ratio, profitabilits, and the size of the reactor Integration simultaneouslycapital structure. Partial test results to obtain the result that significant ngative efect on the profitbility of cpital strcture and frm sze significant postive efect on the cpital strcture. Meanwhile, corporate governance and the corporate tax rate has no effect on the capital structure.

Abstract

Intention to leave is a phenomenon that is often encountered in a company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment to the wishes out either directly or indirectly, to determine the variables that affect intention to leave. Bali Nature Land Tour, Tabanan be the location of respondents as many as 43 employees. Data analysis techniques are used to test the hypothesis is path analysis aimed to determine the effect, directly or indirectly, one dependent variable and one or more independent variables. The analysis showed that the variables of job satisfaction has positive influence on organizational commitment, job satisfaction negatively affect the willingness and commitment of the organization out positive effect on desire out. Recommendations for future research, is to expand the area or location given the limitations of the study researchers looked only at one place Bali Nature Land Tour, Tabanan and future research should develop a research model by adding other variables.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Organisasi harus memahami apa yang menjadi penyebab kepuasan dan ketidakpuasan karyawannya. Setiap organisasi memiliki pemimpin untuk menjalankan fungsi-fungsi manajemen.”Gaya kepemimpinan”dalam suatu organisasi”merupakan”salah satu”faktor yang menentukan”berhasil tidaknya suatu”organisasi”tersebut. Selain itu, faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja juga dapat disebabkan oleh stres kerja.”Penelitian ini bertujuan”untuk mengetahui”adanya”pengaruh kepemimpinan transaksional dan stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan secara parsial pada PT. PLN (Persero) Area Bali Selatan. Berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria dalam teknik sampel jenuh maka diperoleh sampel sebanyak 139 karyawan. Hasil analisis data berdasarkan uji regresi linear berganda menemukan bahwa secara parsial kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dan stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap”kepuasan kerja karyawan.” Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Transaksional, Stres Kerja”Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, firm size, and growth rate of the capital structure of food and beverage companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses quantitative research is to look at the financial statements of food and beverage companies published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2013 and found a sample of 10 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis technique. Retrieved finding that profitability is partially significant negative effect on the capital structure. Liquidity, firm size, and the growth rate is partially significant positive effect on capital structure and profitability, liquidity, firm size and growth rate are simultaneously significant effect on the capital structure.   Keywords : Capital Structure, Profitability, Liquidity, Firm Size and Growth Rate

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of transformational leadership on job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at the teacher in SMA3 Negeri Denpasar. Data collection techniques used in this study is a sampling saturated because all members of the population used as a respondent. The number of samples in this study were all full-time teacher who has the status of civil servants (PNS) as many as 46 teachers. Data analysis techniques used in the study is the technique of path analysis. Based on the analysis found that transformational leadership and job satisfaction positive and significant impacton Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Transformational leadership and significant positive effecton job satisfaction.
